Generally speaking, the printer/scanner works well. The only two minor problem I have found to date are: 1) It has to be switched off manually. It doesn't like it when my computer automatically switches off it's power supply, and 2) When printing letters & envelopes it's not easy to position the envelopes. The instructions seem to say that the envelopes need to be printed separately with the letter paper removed. This is most inconvenient and doesn't appear to be necessary.

The Canon website not very helpful for Linux users but the driver is there if you persevere and dig quite deep.You can download the file cnijfilter2-5.20-1-deb.tar.gz -. Just extract it and let it do its thing and then use printer install the usual way & the scanner is found and works with with Simple scan. Not qute as straightforward as some but still quite quick & easy.

I am one off these people that have no idea when it comes to technology I needed a simple but quality printer that I could tint directly from my phone photos that I wanted. This was perfect for what I need and the price andQuality of the printing is amazing definitely use this company again

It’s a great printer.Set up. There are two sheet.One connect printer to internet - I would suggest you get instructions off the internet - not clear on leaflet. Used disc to set up lap top.I have not done the note book yet as cable not included! That’s next weeks job

I got this as a Christmas present from my mother. It’s a excellent printer. Easy to set up and install inks. The quality of the photos are good but you need to get good quality paper for the results. Printing is easy. I love my gift. Would defo buy.

Brought from a famous catalogue company as was cheaper but can not fault this printer. Was very easy to set up following the instructions and was able to wirelessly print documents from both my phone and my MacBook. Very impressed with it.

looks good and as important!!!!!!!!!it prints well - the st up is easy and print quality excellenta bit of a performance after printed as it chunters and chugs after but nothing that would stop me giving this 5 stars

Work well, easy to set up and use. Cant use with internet if connect to wifi, hp can. After a while, when printed there are shadows in every single letter. Quite hard to read

Great product easy set up, I linked to my Samsung Phone and works really well. The delivery arrived before promised date so can only rate it all 5 stars.

Bought for my Daughter. I have had a Canon MP 600 for umpteen years without a single hitch. Can't say fairer than that.
