New to photography I was advised to get a lens hood for my 18-135mm lens that is fitted to my canon EOS 650. The reviews put me off for a while and I planned to visit a photography store to purchase after trying it on the lens first. But in the end I took a chance and got one from Amazon due to the Fast delivery and half the store price. It arrived next day and fitted perfect. Screw on and I can't see how it can fall off. I take it off the lens to put in the bag because my bag is not big enough. So it's been on and off a few times and it still feels solid. It "clicks" into place and stay there until I take if off. Can't fault it. If its due to luck then it's a first for me.

It fits perfectly and is a fraction of the price of the official canon product. I read reviews about these non-official products not fitting, but ultimately, that would make it not fit for purpose, so surely you'd send it back, no? As such, I thought, what did I have to lose in buying the imitation version? Anyway - no such worries when my hood arrived as it fits fine.

A good value alternative to the Canon original. I have had it attached to the lens for the past few months. No issues with it, stays on, doesn't rotate by itself or do anything that is shouldn't do. Can access the lens cap (new canon pinch style). For those that use lens hoods it is a cost effective alternative to the Canon original.

Amazing value for the price. Nicely machined out of hard plastic and professional looking. Firm fitting. I have not experienced the problem of the hood coming detached as reported by some other reviewers. Takes UV and other filters as well as accommodating the standard Canon lens cover. Delivered within an acceptable time frame.

Does the job just as well as the Canon equivalent at a much lower cost. Not had any problems getting it on or off the lens. The material may not be as strong as the Canon but it seems strong enough. No problems with vignetting or anything - i recommend this if you have the 18-135mm lens.

Amazing products. It fits my 18-135 canon lens perfectly. High quality and cheep comparing to canon's expensive hood. Defiantly worth money. Highly recommend it. you can not go wrong with this products guys. There is no vignetting, when hood is on, i have tested it .

Not used it that often but it its OK, does not fall off and shields the lens as expected. I have not had it long enough to judge durability and an not interested in whether or not it looks cheap after all it has a simple job to do and it does it well enough.

Was cheaper than the genuine canon one and works absolutely fine.Decent build quality and snaps onto the lens as I would expect.And if you click it on the right way you can't see the branding easily as it's on the underside :)Really can't complain!

It's a lens hood. It didn't cost very much, and, unlike some reviewers' experience, mine fitted perfectly and stays attached. What more can I say? If you want something that Canon charges 3 times more for, without paying 3 times more, then buy this.

I doubted in the beginning about the sizing of this camera hood. It perfectly fits my Cannon 600D (18mm-135mm) So happy for getting this product. Works for me! didn't see any part of camera shade hood through the viewfinder. Thumbs Up!

I was a little apprehensive prior to buying this lens hood given the negative reviews.However I have just received it and can confirm it fits perfectly and is identical to the original lens hood that came with my EFS 17-85 mm lens.

I find this item to be as described. It fits the lens (18mm - 135mm) perfectly with no problems. It does what it is meant to do, and fits neatly with no suggestion of falling off if fitted correctly. I can recommend it.

Good quality lens hood.Fits nicely and reversable.I did have my doubts at first but I'm really pleased with the order.Can recommend.Delivery was longer than expected but did arrive within the delivery dates.

Got this for my new Canon 7D with a 18/135 Lense,it is a 5 star item, you can still put the Lense cover on even with the hood in place so if you need one, dont think twice buy one today Highly Recommended.

Fits nicely on my Canon 70D 67mm lens, bayonet fitting secure, can also be reversed no problem. Additional filters and cap not hindered either. Guiding mark helps ensure correct position before securing.
