Finially a game which is free of charge (warzone, requires hefty download but well worth it, I haven't had any space issues) on the PS4...been waiting for a great free multiplayer shooter which is fair and the gameplay is simply stunning compared to other loot shooters.Sound: graphically intense but the game changer in this modern world is the intense sound. From quiet settings to large scale battles, I could hear everything, by plugging in my optical 2.1 speakers and could hear gun shots from varying lengths and clear footsteps in houses above me or below. Didn't want to get headsets yet as it's not true surround sound.

Before I purchased this game, I was reading and seeing very poor reviews about this game, which made me slightly hesitant in buying it. I’m so glad I did though! You need to experience it for yourself and make your own mind up about it. It seems to be one of those love it or hate it games. I love it! I’m a massive fan of the original MW series like MW2 and MW3. This game takes me back to those excellent games, before all the futuristic nonsense took hold. When you first start playing it, it WILL frustrate you, massively and you WILL die.. a lot, but once you get used to the dynamics of the game and how each map is laid out, it’s amazing. The graphics, Scenes, textures and especially the sounds are mind blowing!

It did come very quickly, and immediately after taking it out the box, the single disc didn't look ominous ... however after inserting and downloading the updates to play online with other players, I noticed that the file size was over 100GB, this is especially hard for people who use older versions of the PS4 with less than 500GB of storage. I had to delete almost all of my games just in order to play the campaign, which you have to install separately. In total the game must have been over 150GB to download, all of which is done via the internet by the way, and is not directly from the disc - in components of special ops (which hardcore players remember), campaign, and multiplayer.

Ok so we didnt get a MW2 remaster but this reboot of MW is pretty darn good.The campaign is excellent and has the feel of MW.The multiplayer mode although FULL of campers is also really good, Ground War has to be the best mode I have played in COD in years, its so hectic but fun. Its Battlefield but on a smaller scale.I have knocked one star off because their Spec Ops this time around are very similar, large maps (think blackout) and have to go to a cabin and kill or download and do this whilst having VETERAN enemies shooting at you, ALOT of them to, along with Juggernauts and Helo. Insanely hard and some need to be done for Multiplayer challenges (to earn legendary guns)Survival mode again is just as hard as spec ops nothing like the one from MW,

I hadn’t played a CoD game for years, I’d gotten bored of them and couldn’t justify the outlay anymore. For a long time I found Battlefield provided the better FPS experience.When I heard that Warzone was going to be free to play I had to give it a try and it grabbed me in no time. The slick graphics, smooth animation, variety of weapons and game types were more than enough to keep me interested.It also got me back into playing online with friends and colleagues, something which I’d stopped doing. I really enjoy the call of duty franchise, and when I heard they will do another modern warfare game I had some amazing memories of the old games like modern warfare 1, 2 and 3, I didn't buy the game at the beginning but playing warzone really got me in the nostalgic of the old games,but well not everything is perfect due to the fact than I bought the physical copy of the game thinking to save space in the storage of my console to be surprise with around 170 gb download content waiting for me once I put the game in, got me thinking what did they put in the CD, and well now I am looking for an external drive for the PS4,soo well I recommend the game if you have played old ones like me and you

I was really excited for the release of MW but so far it has been a huge let downThe campaign was short but great the story and gameplay was the best since black ops 1, The CO OP mode is really difficult but its pretty good.But the multiplayer is one of the worst in cod history the player base is 90% campers it's really hard trying to enjoy the game with out get shot by a camper in every corner the gun mechanics are too different its almost not a cod game and the maps are really boring and uninteresting, the camos are horrible and the kill time is alright but headshots are op you can almost kill anyone with any gun with 2 shots to the head.

I bought this at Christmas and immediately immersed myself into the campaign. Although short, the excellent level design combined with action packed realism made it a truly exciting experience.Secondly, the multiplayer features endless gun customisation and a range of new and remastered maps, allowing for nostalgia and an awesome time with friends.Lastly, the recent addition of Warzone was a great addition to the range of battle royale games available. The combination of traditional mechanics with a hyper-intense range of combat scenarios allowed for Warzone to provide a truly thrilling experience, making a win so much more worth it.

This is actually a really good game i was so supprised, i am like many old school players that are tired of the repetitive gameplay and reskins, but they have finally made steps in the right direction with warzone and the customisation and awesome graphics.If you liked mw2, with the classic maps like Rust and containment, you will enjy revisitng these veteran maps again.Not happy with the pay 2 win, loot box/gambling culture - I do hope t gets regulated, additional content and loot boxes are 2 very different things.Overall quite happy 7/10 worth the time just to play warzone which is the best battle royale game out right now.

Bought this due to reading and watching reviews.Had about given up with cod with the way the game was going on the last couple but im glad i bought this one as its back to cod old school with the best graphics yet .The only bad thing and that can be said for most games these days is the download that needs to be done to get you up and playing. Its getting a little silly as not everybody has huge drives and a fast internet speed .If your one with a slow internet speed you are going to be in for a long wait to download it but the wait will be worthwhile.

Bought this about a week ago, 1st purchase after having console just over a year! no book BTW.. great campaign though stuck and hoping it's not a glitch as I have shot this guy everywhere possible and can't seem to move forward.. Can't comment on multilayer as my console, bought on Very as well is registered in USA, and no facility to change regions so not accepting UK cards.. Trying to sort with Sony atm. Apart from that, graphics and game play is excellent, if you a COD fan, you won't be disappointed

online is Good for gung ho players and the campersvariation for every type of player. Prestige mode has been modified greatly and I would say is better.Campaign mode is very close to some real life incidents like the Bin Laden siege but also has some very contentious storylines with a child holding a gun however this is a back story and ties into the longer running story.With terrorism being at the forefront over recent years, it has been well thought out and very well choreographed.

One of the most anticipated games of the year: I bought this for my boyfriend half a week earlier than he could afford it - and he has rewarded me by forgetting all of his chores; moving the couch closer to the tv (which I am no longer inclined to watch); ignoring me and blowing me off for my friends... and even scrabbling around the house for batteries and stealing them from every compatible device with AA’s within, including my mouse. I completely hate it, which tells me it must be incredible.

Tip- if your buying this as a present for someone, download it for them, the updates, the packs on their console then nicely put it back in its case and wrap it up.Reason why-it takes a very long time to download, even if you have a fast/big connection. It will take you a day or two to set up.After all that-the game is worth it. Graphics are fantastic, storyline is great. Nerve gripping too! There's some scenes you might be sensitive to but you will be as brave as the characters themselves.

This game is incredible and will genuinely put a smile on your face. The graphics, audio and haptic feedback are brilliant, and you can happily play this game offline if you’re not into playing online. It’s not the easiest game to begin with, but it soon becomes quite playable for people of all abilities. But the biggest problem with this game is the Special Ops. What a let down. If you enjoy these missions and the survival mode, you’ll likely be severely disappointed. Too difficult and not fun
