I havnt used another headset before so I have nothing to compare it to. The sound and mic is fine so I dont know why people say otherwise. You turn the volume up on the speaker, and the mic has 5 levels. The headset is comfortable, but after a long time it digs in a bit, so you just transfer it to your other ear, unless your Van Gough! The headset looks awesome and is very small. The best thing about it though is that you can hook it up to your mobile phone aswell, so you can play CoD and answer the phone at the same time, brilliant! I know you can do this with other headsets too but eh!
