So a new a game that has been the best one since Star Wars The Force Unleashed 1 and 2 and in the right era of what people would have wanted, that's right the Empire Strikes Back! If you get my quote, Jedi: Fallen Order is set five years after Star Wars Episode III Revenge Of The Jedi and fourteen years before Star Wars Episode IV A New Hope. So first off, you are a young Jedi in exile who is called Cal Kestis, which after both what is known of Order 66 and in the game and comics, The Purge, he is on the mining Planet of Bracca which he's a scrapper of salvaging Clone Ships, just on the plus side you do get to see a Trade Federation Ship and a Jedi Star Fighter.Hence why Cal says it has been five years since the tragic year of the death of the Jedi along with his humanoid friend Prauf, everything is okay on working with these ships until they get separated and falling downhill, near to their deaths, but Cal uses a bit of the force to save his friend which freaks Prauf out and in short the Empire stops a train that they are both on until an Inquisitor comes by and kills Prauf. only to get Cal's anger out to show he's a Jedi, hence activating his blue lightsaber, which later on you can get your lightsaber worked on single, to double and then to two in both hands and different colours, with my'n I preferred green, so in the story line a little bit again. You are chased down, noting that Cal takes a hell lot of pain in until a ship comes to rescue him by a woman who is known by the name of Cere Junda, once a Jedi Knight and unattuned by the force, so no longer a Jedi Knight and the Captain of the ship as a humanoid, sort of a four armed cat. Called both Caption and Greez Dritus. The main part of all of this game is, after having your own droid called BD-1 a funny droid who jumps onto Cal's shoulder, Cal is unattuned to the force a little bit, now and again you go back to your teachings by your Master, in the Clone Wars, but mainly to re-build the Jedi Order. But to do that you have to follow a former Jedi Master named Eno Cordover. To reveal the meaning of the cult, called the Zeffo, who will have the list of the Jedi children, before the Empire can get there hands onto it, it's a race for the future...so from Bogano, to Kashyyyk, your love being inside an AT-AT moment. I did, but then to Darth Maul's Planet, Dathomir, beware of the Night Sister! Then going back and fourth you will have both the Inquisitor called the Second Sister and another one who is the Ninth Sister, and I'll reveal that Darth Vader will be apart of the game at some point, but I won't ruin all of it.This game is five stars to me, as well as ten out of ten, Cal Kestis is a brilliant character, the force powers are upgraded as if it was like a movie game, which my best friend had said and some of my staff carers have said that it is like a movie in one. There is so many pro's but there is one con:The Pro's:You get to travel the universe, as you want, it doesn't have to be in order, you can do any part of the game as you wish it to beYou have a lot to explore, a lot of game footage that is brilliant and companions that are amazing!Cal's past haunts him but you get to go back as a Padawan up to Order 66/The Purge with your Master and learn stuff like wall run's, lightsaber throws, force push, force pull ect... it comes slowly but in a good way.The whole re-building the Jedi Order, visiting the different temples is great! The Empire era is amazing, as is the graphics and as near to the Force UnleashedYou get to see Vader and a fair bit more of himThe Con:The Inquisitor is an amazing idea but you don't get to battle this enemy as much as many other random characters, only learning the Inquisitors past and true identity is both good but weak

Okay, so I pre-ordered Fallen Order and I have since completed the game in it's entirety. I've scoured each of the 5 planets looking for every hidden detail and collectable, of which there are many (but not too many) I've achieved every trophy in the game and it was an absolute joy. My only complaint is that the game wasn't much much longer and there weren't more planets to explore!I have loved every minute of the game. Yes, it's a little flawed but other than a couple of awkward glitches here and there, and the one time I kept falling through the map, which was highly frustrating, I have had a hell of good time with this game.So it saddens me to see so many negative reviews on Amazon.A huge surprise.I'll start by saying the game has an excellent story, nothing hugely game changing but enough to show me it's the best star wars game I've played. The gameplay takes a lot of inspiration from games like God of War, Uncharted and Tomb Raider, which is wonderful since these are what I consider to be TRUE games.Anyone going in expecting a sequel to The Force Unleashed (a game full of over the top action and broken controls) will be disappointed. This game requires actual skill. It's absolutely NOT a 'button masher' as some have stated, but a game were you have to carefully plan you're attack, make very good use of your parry and evade buttons and choose the right moment to strike, if you feel you cannot defeat an enemy, avoid them return later. You are a Jedi, and quite respectively, the combat requires patience and skill. Anyone not adaptable to that can turn the difficulty right down and it'll be a breeze. But where's the fun in that?Throughout the game you unlock a large array of fun abilities and upgrades that help you progress through the story. Some of the areas require backtracking later once you've unlocked the skill to unblock your path. Which brings to my next point. The level design is outstanding. This is not a simple linear game, it's requires a lot of thought and exploration (something hugely lacking in many modern games) As you progress through the map you'll find many doors locked from the other side or places beyond your reach and areas you can only explore with a new skill. Many of these doors are intelligently designed shortcuts, so if you play through the game for several hours you may find yourself on the other side of where you started, so that when you need to get back there later it won't take nearly as long. The lightsabre combat is fantastic, I will never tire of throwing my lightsabre at enemies, wielding double blades, and force pulling enemies directly into the sabre, and pulling off a precision evade-into attack, is always so satisfying. This is a quality game, made by a quality developer who understand what a good game consists of. This isn't Battlefront or Call of Duty. It's something infinitely better, and more exciting. THIS is the way a Star Wars game should be done, and I absolutely cannot wait to see where Respawn take the franchise next!Side note: The game is published by EA, but as far as I'm concerned they have no presence in the game. It is purely story based, there is no way to unload your money into the game to make yourself a better jedi. That happens by playing the game, as it should.

Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order.PS4 Review.Pro's.Interesting CharactersIntriguing Storyline.Atmospheric Music Score.BD Is Awesome.Con's:Combat Needs ImprovingJumping Mechanics Are Awful. That Ruddy Daft Force Metre.Synopsis.A former Padawan named Cal is on the run from the Empire, you must complete your training before Imperial Inquisitors discover your plan to revive the Jedi Order. Aided by a former Jedi Knight, a cantankerous pilot & a fearless droid, you must escape the evil machinations of the Empire.Timelord Review.Fallen Jedi Order despite a few technical issues finally delivers a solidly enjoyable story driven game that features great characters, plenty of drama, mystery & emotion enhanced by a superb music score which gave me goosebumps during several scenes throughout the game. The game takes around 20 hours to complete & features plenty of side quests along with the main campaign, there are around 6 planets to explore each with there own weather environments, monsters & characters to interact with. There's plenty to upgrade along the way from Cals upgraded light saber abilities to increased force powers, also there are ponchos to collect & various parts or skins to upgrade for your light saber, BD & your ship, the characters are well written & each have there own back story which makes the story progressively intriguing as you learn more about them. However there are a few issues i had with this game, the jumping/climbing mechanics are shocking & i found myself dying more from a miss-timed jump than a actual light saber battle, several times i jumped & missed my mark or veered off the ice falling to my death while climbing i sometimes just fell for no apparent reason & I'm surprised this issue hasn't been patched as its quite a frustrating experience. My other gripe is the Sekiro combat style timed button presses which doesn't work for this type of game as no matter how much you upgrade Cal's abilities i always felt on the backfoot defending against enemies especially in the later boss battles when i should be on the frontfoot attacking, taking out stormtrropers is also slow & sluggish made more annoying by a Force Metre which quickly depletes, when you upgrade you should be able to use that manoeuvre as much as you like not be hampered by a ruddy force metre this feels dated & the gameplay would've benefited from a Shadow Of War style combat.Fallen Jedi Order adds a great storyline to the Star Wars universe that embodies the qualities of George Lucas true vision & while it has a few issues that occasionally frustrate it doesn't ruin this from being a unplayable experience, hopefully if Respawn/EA do a sequel these issues will be fixed because finally we have a Star Wars game that i can highly recommend playing.

Following the deeply disappointing Star Wars Battlefront games Jedi Fallen Order is the first Star Wars game on the PS4 that is actually half decent. The graphics and voice acting do a lot to capture the mood and tone of an original Star Wars story. However, apart from some cosmetic choices, such as picking which poncho you wear, the story is very linear and there are few meaningful player decisions. In its gameplay Fallen Order most closely resembles the recent Tomb Raider releases with big open world maps to explore, but which funnel you down a particular route. As you unlock new abilities and equipment new routes will become available, allowing you to revisit previously explored locations.Comparisons to Dark Souls can be found, especially in a mechanic which allows you to rest and recover health but at the cost of your enemies respawning. The difficulty is also similar to Dark Souls with only the easiest difficulty level allowing you to play through without your stress levels going through the roof. The story centres around a young jedi in the time before Episode IV of the movies, being hunted by the Empire and trying to restore the jedi order. It's an entirely unoriginal plot and one with few surprises. The voice acting on the whole is very good, with some entertaining supporting characters and a bland but sympathetic lead.Gameplay mainly centres around you exploring areas much like a jedi Lara Croft. There are a lot of physical puzzles involving a lot of jumping and climbing. In combat you do get to use a lightsaber which looks and sounds great, but there are not too many combat moves making much of the action repetitive. The weakest part of the game is the lack of options to alter the story or engage meaningfully with the world. While I appreciate this is not a roleplaying game it would have been nice to have some populated worlds to visit and more dialogue options when interacting with others. As you progress the story feels more like you are following a predetermined plot than forging your own path.Overall this is a much better Star Wars game than Battlefront, but it is not a classic by any means. After only a short time I found myself thinking in of terms of "where am I supposed to go next" rather than doing what I wanted to do. Its enjoyable to play a game set in in the Star Wars universe once again but I don't think I will be playing it through more than once.

Update: Played another couple of hours and have come to the conclusion that this is another game I will not see the end of simply due to boredom. There are some great set-pieces (ATAT cockpit etc.) but the story is becoming tedious and game formula is getting a bit too repetitive for my liking. EA could have/should have been a little more ambitious here considering how badly they have handled the rights to star wars so far. the further I get in the game the more copy and pasted from other (better) games it feels and I'm losing the will to carry on. I would wait for a price drop before purchasing. We desperately need a modernised version of KOTR or similar but with EA at the helm - no chance.Uncharted star wars edition is the best way I can sum up the first five hours or so of fallen order I've played so far.No spoilers ahead, just my first impressions. If you were hoping for a jedi RPG open world experience then you may be disappointed. This is a linear, story driven game with fun and satisfying lightsaber combat, a simple but rewarding upgrade system with some great puzzle solving thrown in.The story so far is engaging enough to keep me interested. The character models, facial animations and voice acting are spot on and graphics are superb on PC at ultra 1440p.In my first few hours with the game I've visited two planets. The first swamp planet kicks off the story and introduces you to the type of game you are playing. You land on a planet, you have an objective and you can stray off the path slightly to pick up cosmetic skins for your character, lightsaber, ship and droid friend along with skill points, force and health upgrades plus 'force echoes' that allow you to learn about the planet your on.A couple of paths have led to mini boss fights and puzzles and the game seems to want you to return to these planets later as a few paths will be unaccessible without learning the correct skill like force push for example which you don't learn until you reach the second planet. The next planet has you visiting an ice tomb which turned out to be one giant puzzle involving large balls and lots of force push with quite a bit of back tracking. The formula is simple and has been done before (some might say done better) but so far I'm having fun and if you like this type of game and are a star wars fan I think you would enjoy it.

Ok so this game is good, not great but good. Im about 5hrs in I'd say. Now i like to think that I'm pretty good at these kind of adventure games but I am finding this bloody hard, there are 4 difficulty levels and when I play any game I normally opt for either hard setting or normal, I started with the fourth difficulty setting and it was solid, went to third and still found myself dieing more than I liked, then went to the second and still found myself getting my butt kicked, luckily like most games now you can change the difficulty setting at any time during the game, what I found in the normal setting is that you can have one enemy ie storm trooper attacking you and you would have no problem taking him down but it's the massive creatures that can just take you out in a couple chomps, also when you are bombarded with about 4 troopers at once it's so hard to know when to counter their attack and they just whipe you out, this wouldn't be a major problem if it wasn't for the loading time when you die... it take sooooo dam long and because of this I am now I'm on the easiest setting and finding it a more pleasant but challenging setting, I think maybe it needs an update for the controls tbh as I'm sure they will address this as you find yourself swinging sliding jumping of cliff sides due to the controls not my gaming skills, again I think it's a control update problem, this can be sooo frustrating, I haven't shouted at the screen so much in a long while. I would say It has a mix of dark souls and god of war, I wasn't a fan of God of war at all, they have also taken alot of gameplay similaritys from the tomb raider games which I love. There is alot of puzzle solving in this while I don't have a problem with as it reminds me of the tomb raider games. Now when it comes to reviews 'looking at ign in particular' they gave this a 9/10 BUT gave death stranding a 6/10 WHAAAAT, they couldn't review a cup of tea, death stranding in my opinion is a masterpiece and can't get off it, it really does baffle me. Ok so to round up I must like this game as I keep coming back to it and look forward to playing it when im away from my console, but I would say to you that maybe wait a while for a decent update to fix the bugs.

Update at the end of this: EA have pulled some ground back with this game. Its really good. I love the souls franchise and all of its clones. But this is the best star wars game i have played in years. Good story great gameplay and alot of fun. I been playing since release and i cant turn it off. I am playing on jedi difficulty and it is abit of a challange but easy to get through so far i am about 15 hours in and i am trying to do everything. If you like star wars this game is worth it trust me! If you like souls and hate star wars this is still worth a try. What you would expect from a souls clone, you gain xp ans loose it if you die, however this game unlike dark souls is forgiving. If you fall of an edge you pop back on the map with a chunk of hp gone. To get your xp back you have to strike the enemy who killed you once and you get full force and full hp.So far i have unlocked 4 planets and the missions on them have been long going back and fourth. The fighting is good i would say the speed is inbetween souls and sekiro.Update: small spoiler non involving the story.... i have 100% all planets. 6 in total 5 you can properly explore which is a shame i hoped for more. There is no end game sadly so now its like once i have done everything this game will collect dust.Still it is worth a play but with no end game i would proberly wait until the price drops. I have dropped my rating from 5 to 4 just due to the end game. Also i wouldnt expect much from the upgrade system, it is rather small... i guess i was expecting the same as dark souls level up bahhh go as far as you want lolThe force powers are of few but they get the trick done during combat, cause you are a jedi you get less in that perspective. I think if they did multiple endings and a light and dark choice this game could of been so much more but i guess they want it to tie in with the movies. To sum up if you like star wars buy this game it is a great addition to the story, if you like a challenge wack this game on jedi master and have a blast, although it is still pretty easy.I wiuld prob replay this in a few months just because it is decent just lacking on certain aspects.

Thanks to EA for bringing the world a Star Wars game that is more than just a bitty, online-only punch-up. As a fan of old titles like 'Knight of the Old Republic', a single-player, immersive adventure like this was just the ticket for me. That said, the game is not without its problems. If EA is planning more like this, I'd like to offer some constructive criticism.First - combat difficulty levels. I'm an old fart and my gamer reflexes are very mid-table by some standards. That said, I'm generally far above the easy-peasy modes, which is where I spend a lot of my Fallen Order time. It's just too difficult to time parries and use force powers - particularly against animals - without getting killed,a lot. I learned the game's ways eventually but I'm still mostly limited to 'Jedi Knight' level. Even on my second run-through, I can't nail a boss scene without taking it all the way down to kindergarten level. An unfortunate effect of all this is that a cagey, defensive combat style which avoids frequent death and tedious back-tracking also stops you generating and using the force powers which are really the key appeal of the game.Second - interminable cut-scenes that go on and on and on and can't be skipped. Please give the gamer the choice about whether they want to watch the cinematic links. They don't always enrich and can simply frustrate.Third - puzzles. As an Assassin's Creed aficionado, I quickly learned that  the third-person mayhem of Fallen Order is only superficially similar to AC Odyssey, et al. Not only is the combat trickier and less intuitive, but there is far more head-scratching and problem-solving to be tackled simply to get from A to B. I learned to enjoy this aspect - apart from one or two scenes I simply couldn't crack without YouTube. I'd ask EA to make the cutesier problems a bit less obstuse. Examining one room for twenty minutes isn't my idea of a good time, nor is repeatedly failing an impossible jump because I'm new to the game and don't realise I'll be coming back to the location later with more powers. That's it. This game comes pretty close to classic, but the frustration needs to be dialled down.

If your a Star wars fan this game is an absolute must, not only is it probably one of the best Star Wars games ever made but its close to being one of the top games I've ever played on Xbox, a fantastic story that captures the magic of the movies in every way, the campaign is very long and will take you much longer than your usual game of this type, (but that also depends on how many hours a day you play for) the story is very well played out with your character building upon their skills as you progress through the game, by the time your finished you will be a fully skilled Jedi, there are several planets you will explore as the story unfolds, every planet is lush to look at with beautiful scenery and art,the graphics are very detailed, all the creatures and droids look amazing as do the characters, you will find yourself pit against stormtroopers and biker scout troopers and new purge troopers sent by the inquisitors who are ordered by Darth Vader himself to find and kill the Jedi's. You will also be able to customise your look and lightsabre as you progress too, the action in the game is great, lots of combo force moves you can perform as the story goes on too, if you like collectables in games there are plenty in this, tons of things to find hidden over the planets you visit, some are small areas some are huge and you will repeat locations too so its best to remember them, the action in the game is much like tomb raider in a way with some climbing and well timed jumps etc and some puzzle work in places, maybe a little frustrating at times but overall its an amazing experience and by the end you will be blown away, especially the amazing cameo at the end of the game too. A must for fans of Star wars or just an awesome 3rd person hack-em up puzzler action game too.The game can be played on easy to difficult settingsplenty of collectables to find throughout for the extra generous achievement of 100gmost achievements are collected through playing the story but you will certainly want a second play through to mop up the others, you do have the opportunity to continue exploring after the story ends if you missed anything.

I'd heard a lot of bad things about this game before I played it. My expectations were low, alas it was lockdown so my requirements for entertainment weren't exactly high either! Still, I think it's great game. The story is really well paced and enjoyable. It's an incredibly cinematic game which is blighted only by frame rate issues (occasionally, sporadically and only on some consoles - read about that elsewhere!). It also has a nice little turn of events towards the end which I didn't see coming. I like star wars, but not one of those who cries about things they don't like, but to my mind this is a proper star wars story. The graphics are pretty good, the worlds are fun and, I must admit,I got a bit of a "mass effect" feel - the sense of adventure I had in the original.Gameplay is not challenging really, although I was a bit worried with the "soulslike" elements at the beginning (people who like Dark Souls are not so much gamers as sadomasochists in my opinion!!) but, thankfully, this can be overcome in settings. Actually, the ability to adjust difficulty throughout is good because it allows the challenge of getting better when you want it, with the option to just crack on when you don't want to reload a level 100 times, to kill some bugs, to unlock a marginally better move, and you know... Get back to enjoying the game. It's a good size game - not too brief and not an amateur opera - and all in all I highly recommend it.Things that could be improved, frame rate issues asside, just two I think:1. Star Wars fans want to escape tedious reality and feel the can be a Jedi, swing a lightsaber around without cutting an ear off, and generally be a part of that world. With that in mind, I've no idea why the main character is so utterly fixed - the beauty of a game rather than a film is that YOU can play it. It would have been great to have had a Mass Effect style ability just to make "Cal" (or even "Cas"!) your own.2. The making your lightsaber bit felt actually kind of pointless by that stage and had nothing of the significance it had in, say, KOTOR.Otherwise, the force is strong with this one!

Loved this game.Yes it is another game where you play a light sabre wielding Jedi (in the making), but it is done so well, the combat is fluid and challenging, I mean storm troopers can kill you in this. For example instead of holding the block button and firing the shots back and defeating the enemies easily, you simply just knock them away, if, however, you want to fire them back you have to time it, which is a nice addition. And you don't just face the run of the mill storm troopers, you face a large variety of them, all with their own individual strengths and weaknesses. You have to approach each slightly differently. There are ones that have a mini gun, of sorts, with a shield which will eventually break your guard if you don't more quickly, ones with rocket launchers (they're super annoying as they don't tend to be in your line of sight), and ones with sabre axes who move slowly but have powerful attacks if they hit you, to name a handful of them. The game is made by the devs who made Dark Souls so there are similarities, such as if you want to upgrade your abilities you have to find places to meditate which are frequently spread throughout the worlds you visit. The skills/abilities can be both passive and active, such as increase to your health (almost a necessity in this game) or more varied attacks combinations. The story was really enjoyable as well and was well acted. I really like Cameron Monaghan, from the likes of Gotham who he played Jerome Valeska, i.e. The Joker. He plays Cal Kestis the protagonist in this game and does an excellent job IMO.My only negative is the difficulty, I don't have a massive amount of time to play as I used to and with this game game was quite difficult, and I begrudgingly lowered the difficulty so I could actually get through it in a reasonable amount of time. It's not super surprising coming from the devs of Dark Souls but still, but that is my only negative.Definitely get it and customise the light sabre that you've always wanted :)

It's been a while since Jedi Knight, Jedi Academy - the Kyle Katarn saga - and while the Force Unleashed series was welcome, it didn't have the tactical saber combat I was looking for.The Fallen Order takes it to a whole new tactical level of combat. You can't hack and slash your way through enemies, healing as you go. Nor can you just hold down block and wait for an opening, then rinse and repeat. You need to dodge, roll, jump, parry, use Force powers and then you get to do maybe one or two slashes before going back on defence again. Enemies are rock hard, even on medium difficulty, and they have a variety of moves to confuse you - some un-blockable and highly damaging. Many times in the first 5 hours or so I was getting killed by a single creature, or two of them - but persevere and it'll get better.Saving is done in specific points in the map on a planet, and when you rest to recover health, all enemies re-spawn except bosses. This makes it annoying to backtrack through a planet - and you will be a lot when you unlock more Force powers to get you into other parts of the map. There are lots of collectables for those looking to reach 100% (like me) but they're not hugely rewarding - some of them increase health and amount of Force you can use - but most are costumes or colours for your ship or droid. The game length is good - I'd say about 20 to 25 hours if you really explore, and waste time back-tracking like I do. If you blat through the story and not bother exploring then maybe 15. It feels like it has some replay value, but only to experience the combat again rather than finding new things you didn't discover on the first run through.I haven't followed the plot closely - I have a general idea of what I'm doing and why, but I'm not bothered by it. Just the fact it's based in the Star Wars universe in between Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope is enough story in it's own right. This is an action game above all else - and it does that bit very, very well.

This is the game we've been waiting for, I'm someone who enjoyed the Star Wars Battlefront series from Dice and I really recommend you re-visit Battlefront 2 if you haven't played it, but a gripping story is something we haven't had since 2010 when The Force Unleashed 2 came out.Respawn Entertainment once again made a fantastic game with so much character.Combat: I'm not very good at difficult games, and I'd say on Jedi Knight (Normal), this game was difficult for me but the game has a difficulty slider you can change in the Settings menu and you get no punishment for doing so. I'd recommend to not play it on Story mode though, it makes you feel a bit over powered and takes some of the fun away.Visuals & Sound: They nailed the look, feel and sound of Star Wars. Apart from some odd graphical glitches that are in no way game breaking and are easy to brush off. The opening cut scene really sets the stage and by the end of the first level you can really tell the threat you are up against. I'm also convinced Respawn played a lot of old Star Wars games and took some inspiration from them, looking at you Jedi Academy train mission!Price and release quality: This is far from the live service model all other games from EA have been recently, you buy the game and it is complete on the disc so in 30 years when you want to replay it and PS4 servers are down, no worries, it's all on there. The most they've done at launch is a deluxe edition and a pre-order bonus, they are all cosmetic only and break nothing in the game play so aren't necessary but I went for it.Closing off, this is the first time since the early 2000s I've been excited to see where they take the Star Wars license, this has knocked Jedi Outcast off the top spot as my all time favorite Star Wars game. and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Only a handful of hours in and so far it's been marvellous. The opening moments are exhilarating and I've been blown away completely by the graphics. Playing on a standard PS4 and the details and textures are incredible and highly polished. The character models look fantastic and the special effects are movie quality.Another reviewer posted some screenshots highlighting how bad (?!) the graphics are but failed to also upload examples of where the visuals shine, of which is many. The gameplay is challenging but then again I am playing on the hardest difficulty. The controls are fine, they are very responsive. I'm not sure what some people were expecting, but you can't expect to be a Jedi ninja from the off.If you want an easy time just lower the difficulty. The checkpoint and save system does take some getting used to especially as when you save all the enemies respawn. On the one hand it gives you more things to fight, an excuse to whip your lightsaber out, on the other it can be annoying if you died and just want to get back to that point in the game. Maybe, this feature should have been for the harder difficulties only as it has put some people off.As a fan of uncharted and tomb raider, i appreciate the platform mechanics and it makes a change from just running from A to B. The platforming adds variety and mixes things up. I enjoy exploring in games.Everything has a majestic star wars movie feel to it from the cinematic cut scenes, the motion capture, voice acting, music, unique characters especially the awesome sisters enemy types. As a video game in its own right it is a worthy AAA single player experience.

Star wars fallen order what can i use best to review this single player star Adventure? Frustration , Fun , nostalgia of past star wars games of the early 2000s Jedi knight jedi knight academy. This game really brings a smile to my face every time i play it because it does not hold your hand .Cons.The game play i enjoyed the light saber combat and it is the best combat in a star wars game since jedi knight games of the early 2000s.The levels layouts of the planets is both frustating and rewarding at the same time, this game takes a little patient to get into at first but when you get the climbing mastered you will begin to enjoy exploring the various planets. The graphics are nice and detailedon the PS4 various charactors are well voice acted. One other point i want to mention is that i feel that this game would be enjoyed even more on a Mid to high PC the reason being is that the is a lot of buttons and the console controler can sometime in my opinion be a little tedious to use all of the force powers that you gain as the game progesses, force pull, push, slow ,light saber throw and blocking climbing and so on there are so many buttons and in the heat of battle you can sometimes press the wrong button ,i would feel more comfortable playing this game with a controller and a mouse.Star wars fallen is a game that i have been waiting for for years,it is challenging fun and rewarding if you just stick to playing and Think ,it forces you to use your brain . 4 out 5 buy this game if you love star wars .
