Love it. Sturdy and a good weight, not thin old tin like some of the cheaper models on sale. You can remove the lid for filling or fill through the spout. The whistle gets louder the longer you ignore it, and is so loud we can hear it anywhere in the house. So no chance of boiling it dry. This feels like it will last and last (unlike the 2 cheap ones I bought earlier this year). And it won't rust like one of the dearer ones I had before. I use it on a small ring of my gas stove and the handle does not get hot. The flip bit on the handle means you don't have to touch the whistle bit to pour the water out (so no burnt fingers).

Handle stays cool. Kettle keeps water hot. The bottom has a nice design keeping the flames inside. Buttons work fine. Whistle is loud enough.If it had a thicker bottom it would be perfect.
