This is the first rechargeable vacuum cleaner I've had in many years; previous rechargeable vacuum cleaners have been for cars and not particularly effective. I'm pleased to say that my experience with this rechargeable vacuum cleaner is the opposite. Out-of-the-box you get the main motor unit, a docking station which can be used for charging and storage of two of the accessories, an "Allfloor" Power Brush, a flexible crevice novice, the XXL upholstery brush, a mattress nozzle, two 18V 2.5AH Batteries (which apparently are compatible with Bosch Power Tools and garden appliances) and finally a batterycharger. This is simple to assemble and use out-of-the-box.As I wanted to begin to use it immediately I did so without the docking station. The charger plugs into a 13 Amp socket and there is a lead with a plug on it which plugs into the underside of the main motor unit. After Inserting one of the batteries into the motor unit, which again is very simple, I started the charging process which is indicated by a flashing white light on the handle until charged when it becomes a steady white light. I put the all floor power brush onto the motor unit and again it simply clicks together. I was surprised with this combination how light the unit is. The great thing about the power brush is that it is powered by a separate motor using power from the rechargeable battery. My first test was to use the vacuum cleaner on "turbo mode" which really sucks to the carpet (almost) like a conventional corded vacuum cleaner. But I soon found that battery life is limited on turbo and matches the manual runtime of about eight minutes. When the battery gets down to about 20% the display begins to flash red. The other nozzles provided work well on upholstered furniture and also for hoovering up the odd cobwebs. On further occasions, I found that turbo mode isn't always necessary on carpets and can be judiciously applied when necessary. The manual quotes various runtimes of up to 30 minutes with non-electrical accessories, I.e. the passive nozzles, up to 25 minutes with the All Floor power brush without turbo mode and up to 8 minutes When in turbo mode. The battery runtimes in the manual are realistic. Like most rotary brushes in cleaning heads the All Floor power brush Is no different in that from time to time It needs cleaning. This is easily done by removing it without the necessity for any tools. It simply pushes out.Of course, the dust container isn't as big as on a standard vacuum cleaner, but like most things with this portable vacuum cleaner when it needs emptying it's very easy to do so. I haven't really used the docking station yet as we are in the process of refurbishing our utility room. However, I have tested it and will be using it in the future as it has the benefit of storage and charging at the same time. My early scepticism about the efficiency of having a rechargeable vacuum cleaner has completely disappeared. This Bosch model is well made and has a good feel about all of the components. I'm sure it will last. I think the benefit is that it is quick and easy to get out and to use. No trundling around of a heavier vacuum cleaner and having to reel out all of the cable and plug it in before using it. This has the benefit that this unit can be used very quickly and easily on a daily basis without much effort. It almost encourages use! The power brush works well on carpets and the kitchen tiled floor. Is there anything that I don't like about it? The simple answer is no. It's a rechargeable vacuum cleaner which functions very well. The power brush really is an asset. I am required to say something, but before I do so, I just like to say that this is an honest review and in a previous life I was an auditor where I was required to be independent and impartial as I have been with this review. The Reviewer was part of a manufacturer appointed, independent review panel. I last used a non mains vacuum cleaner around 9 years ago. It was supplied in a holiday let property and it was awful. No suction, took ages to charge and ran out of oomph very quickly. I’ve looked at many since, and although tempted by the positives (light weight, ease of use, improved suction) I’ve never been convinced. So I was pleased to have the chance to try out this Bosch cordless. I tend to have confidence in German developed and produced products. They are noted for their high standards and in this case, it’s backed with a 2 year warranty. It’s not the cheapest available, but ultimately it’s a question of cost v performance. I’m happy to pay a reasonable price for something that does all it claims.First impressions are excellent. The tubing is light as it’s aluminium and everything feels like it’s good quality. I unpacked all the bits and then followed the largely graphic line drawings to both put the unit to charge and build. There’s a real plus with this cleaner; it’s supplied with two batteries, so there’s a good chance if both are charged that any job undertaken can be completed without having to wait hours for a recharge. And the Bosch system is universal, so if you have other items like drills, screwdrivers etc in the Bosch rechargeable range, the battery pack is compatible. That’s a big bonus.Charging was fast. I,plugged it in and there’s a clear white flashing light on the unit showing it’s charging. The flashing stops when it’s complete, which took just on 2 hours. There are different power settings and although I didn’t use the power zapping turbo for more than a couple of minutes, the unit performed well over some 20 minutes of use on carpet, solid floor and handheld for ceilings and furniture. The main fitment for floors works very well on tiled floor and carpet. The head is very manoeuvrable and it’s incredibly light to work with. Because it was so easy, I almost thought it wasn’t really doing the job. I was wrong. It picks up animal hairs, general rubbish etc and even seems to lift the pile a bit on a short pile carpet.Changing heads is a really simple twist and connect. Even with some grip issues, I found it easy. The brush head on the floor attachment can easily be removed with a simple click. I haven’t had a problem, but if the brush clogs with hair, it’s easy to remove and there’s even a thin slit along the length of the brush which allows a blade to be inserted to cut any collection of tangled hair. First time I’ve seen that feature; Bosch seem to have thought of everything. The thin crevice tool is brilliant. Mostly, they’re made from rigid plastic. This is constructed from a strong but pliable ridged rubber. It bends, so you can not only get down the back of things, you can then angle it under to really awkward corners. Best I’ve used in some 30 years of different vacuum cleaners. It makes cleaning down the side and under car seats an absolute doddle. The dust collector isn’t the largest...but if this is used regularly, there’s no need and emptying the device is amazingly dust free. I hate tipping the content into a bin and having to hold my breath to ensure I don’t breathe in clouds of dust. That didn’t happen with this; it’s sort of compressed and clean to dispose of. No need to buy filters or bags, so no additional ongoing expense. And the greatest delight? It’s almost weightless. Cleaning ceilings and above body height is almost a joy. The handheld unit is so light, there are no trailing leads to manage and it’s really effective. I have limited mobility and this is the lightest and easiest to use cleaner ever. I’ve had Henry’s, Hoovers, Dysons, Vax, Bissell and others over many years. This beats them all and then some. Worth every penny and I’m a cordless convert.

Unpacking and assemblyAll the parts were easy to identify and fit together. They clicked into place with a positive feel and were just as easy to remove.Instructions for useAlthough these were very detailed, they were necessary to read through first to familiarize ourselves with the various stages. The pictures were very useful, particularly the section on cleaning the filters.ChargingIt took over 5 hours to charge both batteries, as they came with less than 20% charge from new.Connecting and using non-electrical attachmentsWith the exception of the flexible crevice tool, these attached by simply pushing onto the end of either the motor unit or the extension tool, the trick being not to force them on too tight, because that made it awkward to remove them, but if fitted too loosely, they tended to fall off! Using the long crevice tool fixed to the extension, it was easy to reach ceiling corners for cobwebs. In the car, the upholstery nozzle and the flexible extension nozzle were ideal for cleaning the seats, boot area and under the seats particularly.Using floor nozzleIt was easy to clip together. It seemed to pick up more than our usual vacuum cleaner (which is a powerful one, but without the rotating brush head). We have been renovating our kitchen and there seems to be sawdust everywhere! The floor nozzle on turbo mode made very short work of successfully removing sawdust from our track mats, a job which usually takes twice as long and leaves small bits trapped in the carpet weave.Run timesThis was fairly short with the floor nozzle on turbo power and it needed both batteries to nearly finish the carpets on the ground floor. This meant a three-hour wait before one battery was recharged. Having no separate charging unit meant that the vacuum cleaner was out of action while the batteries recharged. Therefore I think that a separate charging unit would really need to be purchased. The two batteries included in the box were 2.5Ah, but batteries of 4Ah would probably be a little more useful, but they do come at a fairly hefty price.Cleaning base unitIt was easy to unclip the filter and clean, but a little bit messy – best to do it outside! Putting it back together again was simple.Cleaning floor nozzle roller brushReleasing the roller was slightly fiddly, but once removed, was easy to clean and replace.ProsVery efficient at cleaning, particularly on turbo power.Very lightweight, so it’s easy to use one-handed, reaching high places and on the stairs. All the components feel like they are made of good quality plastic, and they clip together firmly.ConsThe filter fills up very quickly, so has to be emptied frequently, and cleaning the filter is a little messy. This would be good as a second vacuum cleaner, as it’s capacity and battery-life is somewhat limited.A separate battery charger was not included, I think it should be.SummaryOverall, this stick cleaner was very efficient at doing it’s job, albeit with a shorter run time. It is sturdily made and hopefully should last with no problems, provided spare parts are easily available. This review is by "Beaker", and is his personal view on this product.Dated 27 October 2019

This is the first cordless vacuum cleaner that I’ve tried; I have to say that overall, I’m really impressed. The loss of a cord is a great feature, though for the first couple of weeks I was forever stepping over the non-existent cord… Now I’m used it, the lack of a cord is very liberating. It makes a real difference to the time it takes to clean my house and the ease with which the task is completed. There were lots of things I liked about the Ultime 6 and a couple of things that I wasn’t so keen on.For me, the pros were:It is so quiet when using, a gentle hum rather than the ear-splitting noise I’m used to.It was lightweight and flexible. The head pivots, which means that it gets into corners and spaces with ease. The time to charge was not over-long, I would estimate that it was less than an hour. Used in normal, rather than boost mode, the batteries last about 30 mins each. With this model, the 2 batteries are a boon as it means I can clean the whole house without charging part-way through. The suction didn’t feel so hard that rugs and loose mats were sucked up, but it was more than capable of thoroughly cleaning and picking bits up – e.g. shreds of cotton following a dressmaking session. My corded vacuum struggles with those but the Ultime 6 picked them up with ease. An added bonus is the ‘boost’ function which gives a bit more oomph when needed. I must say that I’ve hardly used that in the house, but it was great when I cleaned my car.The brush roller on the main head slides out in one easy action and has a groove each side so that any hair etc that has wrapped around the roller can be cut easily with scissors. It was so quick and easy to clean. The crevice tool is slightly longer than normal and is flexible. This was great for cleaning behind radiators and was an absolute boon in the car – it slid into all those normally inaccessible places and made cleaning under and between seats a breeze. It took me a little while to adapt to the flexibility and bendiness, but once I got used to not pressing so hard, it was a great tool to use.The cons were:There were 3 tools included with the unit, but the wall hanger fitment only has holders for 2 attachments. That means that I have find somewhere to store the third tool and spare battery and remember where I’ve put them!I wish that one of the spare tools was a round brush, so that I can more easily clean my skirting boards and picture rails, I wouldn’t mind doing without the mattress tool and having one of those instead. I’ve check online and at the moment can’t purchase this as an extra, but hopefully there’ll be one online soon.All-in-all though, the Bosch Ultime 6 cleans really well and has converted me to cordless cleaners; I would find it hard to go back to using a corded version. This is the first time I have used a stick vacuum, and this Bocsh unlimited serie 6 looks well built. It comes with 2 lithium batteries and 3 push on attachments which I will talk about in a bit.The main vacuum fits nicely in the hand and it is a nice weight and well balanced.I used it first on a new thick pile carpet , which it handled with no problem, the motor is quiet and you feel it is not doing much as it glides over the carpet, but when you look at the dust container (see photo) you realise it is doing a very good job.I have a small dog and it picks up the dog hair very well. The on/off switch, you only have to press it once and it stays on until you press it again. The main head has a brush that rotates and as I have got a new carpet it soon picked up a lot of fluff but that is no problem as the brush is easily removed to aid cleaning and is pushed back in with a reassuring click. The transition from carpet to hard flooring is very good and the vacuum cleans right up to the edges. You can also get the vacuum under wardrobe and sideboards, I even vacuumed under the bed.You get a good 30 minutes running time on normal use, and the battery indicator light starts flashing about 2 minutes before battery runs out.The boost function is very powerful but does reduce the battery life. The 3 nozzle attachments you get are all push on fits, they are all a good fit and do not become loose during use, they fit the main vacuum body or the extension pipe, as does the main cleaning head.I used the xxl upholstery brush on the sofa seats and backs and it did a nice job. It will also be useful for stairs and doing car seats, carpet and boot. Not too sure about the mattress nozzle, you can just use the xxl upholstery brush. It would have been nice to have a soft brush nozzle instead which you could use to dust window sills, shelves, car dashboard and radiators and much more. The flexible crevice nozzle is handy for those awkward to get to places, like the back of radiators. The storage bracket uses a magnet to retain the vacuum in place, and you can also have the power adaptor fitted to holder to charge vacuum when not in use.The only issue is my cupboard does not have a power supply, so I just charge the battery (which you have to have fitted to main body) on kitchen top.It takes about 5 hours to fully charge battery from flat.Overall a very good product. The Reviewer was part of a manufacturer appointed, independent review panel. For an expensive cordless vacuum cleaner it has some gaping flaws that don't warrant it's high price. For a start, despite having two battery packs, you actually have to attach them to the cleaner and the docking station in order to charge them! What's that all about - surely a separate charger could have been supplied to charge the spare battery pack whist the other is in use? Seeing as they big-up the versatility of the battery pack and say that it can be used for many of their other cordless products, it's ridiculous that if you want to charge the pack for a hedge trimmer or other garden tool, you have to attach it to the vacuum cleaner!!!If you don't have space near a plug for the docking station, don't get this - unless you want to lay the whole thing on the floor which would be counter productive and untidy. On the plus side, it's lightweight, although a little top heavy as the motor is practically in your hand but, unfortunately, the switch, which is situated in the handle, isn't a hold-down type but an on-and-off type so you have to be careful not to keep your finger on it when you're using it or it will keep turning off. Most of these types of vacuum have a trigger switch to save power but this is an old skool on/off switch and you have to position your fingers awkwardly to avoid touching it whilst in use - another design fault or just something you have to get used to?As for the suction, it's good in the power-boost mode but if you use this for too long it will drain the battery in about five minutes. and the brush bar isn't powered either - it just rotates by suction power and easily stops if you press too hard when you're cleaning. The tools are good, especially the velvety one for doing upholstery but the crevice tool is a bit counter-productive as it's too bendy - it would be better with a longer, more solid nozzle on the end of the flexible bit.Altogether not too satisfied with this product - I expected better but if you haven't had a re-chargeable cordless before, you'll probably be happy with it as you won't know the difference. It looks stylish and it's a trustworthy brand but too many manufacturers are jumping on the Dyson bandwagon instead of inventing their own products and a lot of the time they don't come up to scratch.

A wide range of options now exist for cordless handheld vacuum cleaners, and there are good and bad points for each model. Overall this Bosch is very usable, with some standout features many may like, but a few points others will not be so enamoured with. The good points start with the ease of use and performance on both hard and soft flooring. The latching power button, which is pulled to turn on and pulled again to turn off, will be a key benefit to those who struggle to keep a trigger held down on competitors’ models. If you have a larger house or sustained cleaning to do, the ability to swap over to another battery will be appreciated. This swapping of batteries will also be useful if you have other Bosch tools that use the Power for ALL system. It is quiet on the standard power setting and only increases moderately on the high-power mode, which I feel is needed to give carpets a good clean but not required so much for hard floors. The less attractive points are highlighted by the bin emptying task, which is not as quick and simple as it could be. You have to remove the bin (simple press of a button) then pull out the filter and tip the contents away; so far not too bad. However, then you have to clean the filter, which tends to get hairs wrapped around, so need to be pulled off by hand. Then you need to split the outer filter (simple twist to separate) from the inner and tap/wipe the dust off. This can be messy and best done outside! You can also only charge the batteries while attached to the unit, so defeating some of the advantages of having swappable batteries. The provided mattress and upholstery nozzle are only a push fit, not latching like the flexible crevice nozzle, and therefore are easy to knock off with vigorous use. The flexible crevice nozzle is great for some tasks but poor at others, since it flexes when you try and press it into crevices! Ideally this should have been a combined ridged tube with a pull-out flexible extension.I would suggest anyone considering purchasing to review the owner’s manual and have a play with one to see if the balance of features meet your needs and priorities. First off it’s a Bosch so a good pedigree as all this brand items I have brought in the past, none have let me down. It comes in a sensible sized box instead of some manufacturers keen to have their minute sized item in a big box. Once out the box, a cursory look over the instructions - being Bosch they are clear and precise - then check to see if all the bits are there, and yep - full house then!. Being what it is, it’s light very and practicable with three attachments that fit well as in ‘snug as bug in a rug’ as opposed to some being sloppy in fit but not here. The long pole or the longest part I should say gives this vacuum a lot of scope in being able to get into corners without having to move the furniture about. It comes with two (2) batteries so we use one but keep the other charged if needed. So far, we have used this as we would our other similar, different brand, cleaner in doing the same sort of work over the same area but so far it has not run out of charge while in use - impressive. There is a turbo-button feature but so far we have not had to use it - we must be living cleaner lives then!. The attachments are easy to change over and overall it does its job well on all surfaces, even down to picking up elusive pet hairs. Emptying it is quite easy and fuss free and does not require replacement bags or what have you so that is an ongoing expense saved. Its worth noting that these 18 volt battery packs are compatible with a whole range of other Bosch branded devices which is handy as I am about to upgrade my drill, so no guesses as to what make I will be choosing.. Initially it took around about two hours to change each battery up and as pointed out, they seem to last well on a charge but of course no two people’s usage is the same. It comes with a two (2) year warranty so it shows they have faith in their product. Overall it cleans well as it implies but my only minor gripe is the price at over £300 (reviewed early November 2019) as it might put people off but then again it is a Bosch and so good quality and considering the 2 year warranty, perhaps I may be bickering but based on the product and what it does or is capable of doing, I give it 5 Stars.

Cleaner was easy to assemble and dismantle. Instruction leaflet clearly showed operations and actions to do. Initial charge of battery was made using the power lead directly plugged into the main head of the cleaner. Wall mounting bracket arrived in a disassembled state as the clip was not attached to the unit.Had to find correct screws and rawlplugs to use as none provided - a dimension of the hole centres needed would have been helpful. When charging, the white led indicator seemed very bright and when flashing caused a distraction to the eye.Unit is light and initial impression was that it was not man enough for the job. However, when assembled and used on a carpet and tiled floor the cleaning power was clearly demonstrated.Using the floor nozzle with power brush the cleaner picked up very well - needed the turbo button to get to the edges. Easy to change heads on the unit, one button press. Found mattress nozzle effective and easy to use. Crevice nozzle a little too flexible as it kinked and stopped the airflow when cleaning underneath furniture and in between radiator grills. Upholstery nozzle was great especially when used in the car.Noise level is exceptionally low and I could hear the telephone when using the unit. Cleaning of the unit is simple and easy but you have to exercise care when removing the filter cover. The twist required to remove the unit may cause the cover to break as it seemed a little flimsy to me. Tapping out of the filter element may cause some damage to the filter - could a soft brush be added to aid this? The battery lasted long enough to allow cleaning of the whole house but the temptation is to use the turbo button all the time, thus decreasing battery time. Having a second battery obviously overcame this problem. The unit is neutral coloured and when hung on the wall is not intrusive to any colour scheme.I found this unit easy to use, it is light and has a quiet and effective motor that generates good power. The unit can be used by both young and old and can effectively clean both high and low areas. An efficient tool with hidden powers! The reviewer was part of a manufacturer appointed, independent review panel

I was lucky enough to be selected to test the Bosch cordless hoover - previously I had used my parents Electric sweeper and wasn't overly impressed - to be honest I thought that cordless vacuums were all hype and money was better invested in a high power corded model. However with Bosch's reputation I thought why not try it out - there's nothing to lose. Firstly I was really impressed with the unit - electronically powered brush bar for carpets, the incredible flexible corner/gap attachment (can't believe never come across this before) and the wall charging/ storage unit works well with storage for those 2 main accessories. I have both a dog and an African grey parrot in the house, with a large (and as in UK currently muddy) garden and although no kids the house normally needed a good hoover a couple times a week - this ain't a case of a show home without real use. Well the Bosch blew me away - it picks up dirt easily from the carpet (bits of dried mud from paws and seed shells chucked out of the cage by parrot), grass and the usual detritus. A big difference has been just how easy it is to use - it can hoover all through a 3 bedroom house on normal (turbo mode lowers this - but my usual mix of both modes 1 battery does the house) and have been using it every day or every other day - it's so light and easy to use that it doesn't feel like it's a chore - something I can't say for a corded model where you've got to keep unplugging and plugging and watching cable. I've not only been won over but my other half has been as well - the difference between this which is effectively a proper hoover and a sweeper is unbelievable- I've not had to have the corded hoover out since the 16th October - and I'm quite houseproud. Would throughly recommend - it's not the cheapest but you do get with this what you pay for - it's worth every penny as it's so light but works so well. An expensive alternative to the cordless vacuum range. The price stunned me when I first came across this model. I thought it must be good then..How Does it Perform?Lightweight, slides across our stone floors and wool carpets with ease. Though there is a bit more than it can chew on our wool, which always sheds. The unit manoeuvres around tight corners well and picks up embedded fluff and pet hair superbly.Critique:Of course, being a cordless vacuum, i often find that the dirt canister is too small and will fill quickly. Personally, this is the perfect sidekick to my main unit as it quickly and effortlessly does away with an array of accidents, kids' mess and 'tumble-weeding'longhaired cat fur across the hard floors. Tasks that are simple and area specific for which, taking out a larger, corded machine too tedious.A Helpful Tip:If you buy this, it's a good idea to buy the Bosch Multivolt charger, along with it, this charges the 18v batteries too.As this vacuum is sold with two battery packs which have limited power compared to the larger mains powered alternatives. It's always handy, to keep the backup battery pack charged and ready to go. Another very good charger that I am planning to buy is the Bosch 18v Quick 1-Hour Charger. There's nothing worse than a vacuum running out of juice, mid-use. Trust me.You know, I actually love that the 18V battery packs are interchangeable across a whole range of Bosch appliances; And with the addition of the separately purchased charger I can ensure I'm not left without power across all my cordless Bosch appliances.I can quickly whip out the spare battery pack provided by this vacuum and pop it in my other appliances to continue on with my other DT/DIY projects!I try to leave fair and honest reviews, as I myself, really appreciate a genuine review before I decide on my own purchases.Hope this review helps you decide whether this product is for you.  If not, I am happy to answer more questions!

Of all the vacuum cleaners we have tried over the years this model is the best yet. Why? Simply because unlike other cordless models we’ve had it is a lot less of a slog to use (easy in fact). It is noticeably more lightweight to use than others and yet is no less effective. Suction is good and the accessories work well (particularly the very useful feel edible crevice tool). It’s also noticeably quieter than previous models we’ve had (not that the dog has seemed to notice!).Handily it comes with two batteries (which are also compatible with other Bosch products) and they are easily fitted and removed. The whole unit needs to be plugged in to charge, but fortunately you don’t have to wall mount the vacuum in order to do this (though here is a wall fitting kit supplied should you want to).Run time is pretty quick on the max/‘boost’ setting (maybe ten minutes or so) so it’s just a well there’s a back up battery. It works well on all floor surfaces, and even on medium pile carpeting it didn’t feel ungainly and as if I was dragging it around against its will. The brush head is powered via the suction provided but seems to work well enough. The dust collector is not huge so needs to be emptied more often (though this is easy to do and managed cleanly). it seems there may have been a couple of design compromises made (e.g. smaller capacity dust collector, shorter run time/battery capacity) to keep the bulk and weight of the unit down but this seems to be a sensible trade-off making the unit almost a pleasure to use without reducing its effectiveness as a cleaner. Finally, though perhaps not a priority, it’s a nice-looking vac (one of the nicest I’ve seen). In conclusion this is a great product: practical, effective and sensibly priced (given Bosch’s reputation for quality and reliability also - which I can vouch for).Recommended.

This nice looking cordless vacuum has a lot of good points and one or two bad ones. The Good:Being lightweight it is a joy to use, especially on hard floors and normal carpetsThe Bad:On long pile carpets it becomes more 'heavy' to useThe Good:It comes with two batteriesThe Bad:But to charge them they need to be in the machine and not in a separate charger - strange thatThe Good:Nice balance when holding and using the full length pipeThe Bad:When using the unit without the long pipe, such as on the stairs, after a shot time it becomes a strain to hold and becomes uncomfortable in the handThe Good:Small dust holder that is easy to emptyThe Bad:Small dust holder - doing a relatively clean room still needs the dust holder to be emptied at least twiceOK that's all the bad and some good, now just the good. The actual design is lovely. It does a really good job and is simple to use. The suction is powerful enough to surprise anyone who has never used one of these cordless ones before - I was very pleasantly surprised. Having another Bosch 18v unit (garden strimmer) makes it even more useful. The motor is fairly quiet and does not irritate like some vacuums. We have tried a couple of these cordless vacuums and this is pretty good, although not as good or well designed (IMO) as say the Dyson, but then again the Dyson is more expensive. In use it does a very good job and the battery life is very good indeed, especially as you get the spare battery - incidentally changing the battery only takes a few seconds and is very straightforward indeed. So value for money is acceptable at 4/5 and suction power is also very good and comes in at 4.5/5.All in all a worthy vacuum from a trusted manufacturer.

The packaging is robust and the product arrived in pristine condition. I am very pleased to see that the majority of the materials used in the packaging can be recycled. My initial thoughts when looking at the handstick is that the styling of the product was based on the Stormtroopers from Starwars! The product feels premium. It is lightweight, easy to operative and the main brush, (AllFloor PowerBrush), has excellent manoeuvrability. When using the vacuum I found that more often than not I used the boost button as this appeared collect the most dirt but that the boost was too aggressive for my laminate flooring in the kitchen therefore I had to The click lock mechanism for the tools makes the product feel premium so was disappointed to see that not all tools have this feature. My partner commented that they thought their elderly relative would struggle with the non click lock tools as they were quite difficult to take on and off.The flexible crevice tool was particularly very well received and has been put to good use retrieving detritus from my partner’s work van! It will also be great for vacuuming behind radiators. The interchangeable batteries are a great feature. Supplying 2 batteries with the vacuum is a great idea and means the user will never run out of power when carrying out a range of vacuuming tasks. The fact that they can be used with a range of diy and gardening products is also another plus. Maybe a new user could be incentivised to buy 1 of these products with a money off voucher or something similar. The Reviewer was part of a manufacturer appointed, independent review panel.
