This is my fourth pair of Kayano's now and I was a bit unsure about getting them because the price seems to have crept up quite a bit, I wasn't sure on the new colours and the reviews on here were quite mixed when it came to sizing. Anyway, I decided to go with my usual size 8 and when I first looked at them I thought they looked very narrow, and also, although they seem to be more expensive now I thought they looked somewhat cheaper and basic in the flesh than they have done in the past. Anyway, I tried them on with my Sofsole Womens Airr Sport Insole 57102 Black 6-9 UK (39-43 EU) like I always use in my Kayano's and yes indeed they are quite a snug fit, both in length and width. However, they were passable. I'm actually a size 7 in one foot and a 7.5 in the other and I just always buy an 8 and have never had an issue. However, if I was truly an 8 there is no way I'd have been able to keep these and I'd have had to return them for a bigger size.Once I got them on anyway, all my reservations completely evaporated because I forgot how good these trainers are. They are definitely worth the money and I could really tell how beat up my 22's are. No wonder I have been starting with niggles in my knees, shin and my back! I could really feel the difference in these and had no such complaints. I would definitely recommend these to others. Like I say, this is my fourth pair and I'd not buy any other running shoes. Not sure why they have changed the fit, but they DEFINITELY have. Much much narrower and a little shorter in length too than the old pairs of Kayano's. If you buy big anyway you should be okay but if not I'd go half to a full size up. Great looking pair of trainers (colour-wise), and they make for a more pleasant and comfortable run. Definitely worth splashing out that bit extra for in my opinion.

I debated between 3 and 4 stars with these. They are my 3rd pair and although people state they are small I honestly don’t think they are shorter just more narrow. I bought my usual one size up and it does state they are 5mm different in length but really I can’t tell any difference. They are narrower but that’s fine for me. I also agree with the comment about not as cushioned. They really are different to my last pair. Hard around the heel as well. However as disappointed as I was when I got the out the box I tried them anyway. I only run short distances and after 5 miles I can say they were actually pretty comfy and very supportive. I roll in and out in a step and these are stablising.I may build the arch up a tad but that wouldn’t be unusual and I have always found these result in no shin splints and I have tried a few brands!! Lastly I think they are generally sturdier so I’m hoping they may look good for longer!!

In a normal shoe I am a 6 and my last pair of running trainers were a 7, so I decided to go up a half size again for extra room this time, especially as I have suffered from bruised toe nails from training for half marathons in the past. I've only worn these twice since receiving them, but I am so pleased. I love the colour and they provide great support for over pronation. I think they are slightly narrower than previous Kayano models so bear that in mind when selecting your size. I'm currently wearing them with thin socks and feel like there is a lot of wiggle room between the end of my toe and the end of the shoe,so again something to think about if you wear wicked socks which are thicker.

These have been miracle trainers for me. I over pronate badly on one foot and was getting a lot of pain in my shins during and after running in my old trainers - not any more! The heel support is fantastic and so comfy to wear. These are worth every penny. Love the bright coral pink colour too. One word of warning though, go up a size at least from your normal shoe size as feet swell during exercise and in my opinion these come up on the small size. I normally wear a size UK 6 and have got these in a 7.5 which are perfect.

This season’s Kayanos come up a half-size too small. I’ve always (6 or 7 years) taken my standard size 4 (37), this year: no way. I needed the 4.5, which is an excellent fit. My feet tend to roll outwards and I wear down the outside of my shoes: these have stabilised my feet in a truly neutral position, which in turn has eased ankle, knee and back pain almost completely.I normally just buy the all-black Kayanos. These pale grey ones are actually super.

I’ve been wearing Asics Kayanos for a while now and this latest version does not disappoint - the black & white style is great as they go with everything and can be worn with jeans as well as for running. As with the Kayano 23s, I had to go up 1.5 sizes from my regular shoe size. They are very comfortable and supportive and feel a bit roomier in the toe box than previous versions.

I bought mine from Asics themselves, after reading reviews about purchases turning up in a white box... Not an Asics box !The shoes are the same price plus Asics do free returns.Size wise I ordered a whole size bigger, they only just fitted. I could have gone another half size without them being too big.I'm very happy with my purchase from "Asics" .

These are super comfy & definitely worth the money if you are a regular runner. I've suffered with knee injuries for a while & these provide the cushioning that I need! However, they do come up small so I would recommend going at least 0.5 size up, if not 1 size. It's a shame they're so expensive but hopefully that means they're quite durable..

Purchased because I have over-pronation. Nice to find a black pair of trainers to walk to work. But the fabric upper does get mucky and not easy to clean. The white sole is garish. I purchased one size bigger than shoe size and it fits well. But on longer walking sessions (eg sight seeing) my feet still ached but ok for commuting.

Amazingly comfortable and supportive running shoes for someone with very over pronated feet. Have bought 2 pairs.I also use on a daily basis as so comfortable.Feel snug but not tight when first worn but after 1-2 wearings have settled in and remained the same over several months. Worth every penny.

Good fit, I've had Asic Gel Kayano in various forms for over a decade. Many of the other shoes that I might have picked were not available in my size. Makes a huge difference to change your trainers frequently. Something happens and they lose their bounce after 6 months. These have lots of 'bounce'

The colour is nothing like the photo - they are not pale pink/coral but a bright neon. They run small compared to other versions of the Kayano, but seeing as the brand has got me through marathons and long runs safely for years now I'm hopeful they'll still be comfy once worn in.

Tired of buying men's shoes number 43 because there are never in pillé stores these online, just carve we go that is not that you overdo much, the pronator shoes are the best! I always use asics with other brands my back hurts A 43 European size woman! I'm super happy!

Very well structured running shoes that help combat over pronation. Great for walking fast (not a runner) and seem to help with plantair fasciitis. Smart enough for work. They fit very well if you buy them a half size bigger.
