This handy little opener is smaller than I expected, thicker and sturdier than I expected and most importantly, works well.The middle wedge for opening screw cap bottles works very well. Can't open that bottle of juice? No hassle now!Bottle opener and cap lifter or ring pull lifter too and no moving parts or welds to break. Should last a long time and is WMF quality steel so should not corrode or stain over time.

I bought this for myself mainly to open plastic bottles, and it's a great little gadget. Even my dad was very impressed and has got one now, too.Maybe the lever arm is a little short for opening beer bottles, but it's fab for opening drink cans and any tins with a ring pull.WMF have never disappointed me yet!!!
