Gives an excellent close shave without needing excessive shaving gel. In fact I've used this with a good quality shower gel and due to the lubricating strip it doesn't give a razor burn and still gives a close shave.I haven't had any cuts or irritation from using this razor, it even navigated my knees and armpits without trouble.The shave seems to last for a few days rather than the 1 day you get from a cheap disposable razor.I find that good quality razor heads like this last me a long time before needing replacement. Even the strip of lubricant lasts much longer than the rubbish gimmicky ones used to (as long as you store the razor in a dry place).

I always, apart from the colours being invariably pink or pastel shades, wonder what the difference is between male and female razors. Given the amount of time my wife borrows my manual shaving equipment there can't be much. In fact this is almost identical to the male version. Pivoting head, almost impossible (unless you've particularly craggy features) to cut yourself with, good soft rubber ergonomic grip; which means the razor doesn't spin in your hand when in use and an Aloe Vera strip in front of the cutting blade, which a lot of male razors are now using to moisturise the skin and prevent irritation as the razor passes over the area shaved.

A good quality ladies razor that has the addition of a lubricant strip to aid skin moisturisation. As well as pivoting vertically the four blade head also has a small amount of sideways movement, which helps when tackling tricky areas, such as armpits .I found that I had a close, comfortable shave using this, nothing exceptional given the high standard of this type of razor, but perfectly adequate.This razor also comes equipped with a small suction pad holder.These are really useful for helping to keep the razor head dry between uses, though you need to be careful where you position the holder if using it in a shower area, so that water does not wash over the lubricant strip and dissolve it.The handle is a little small,

I gave up using this type of razor a while ago instead opting for the disposables as I found the refills often expensive and not significantly better for the price paid. It's good to see that if you but the handle/base from Amazon as an add on item it's much cheaper than the £7.99 I've seen it listed at elsewhere.These blades are high quality and have aloe and other calming ingredients added so are meant to be kinder to your skin.First use - smooth flow with no dragging and easy over knees and ankle areas. No cuts or nicks as yet and no need to go over the skin again - smooth finish first time.If honest - they are better than disposables and as you get more usage out of them they do come out

With 4 blades on each head these razor blades are extremely effective at producing a clean and close shave. You get 6 blades in the pack and each blade does last for a reasonable duration of time, depending on the coarseness of your hair. They have a conditioning strip that is excellent if you don’t use shaving cream, as it helps to soften and hydrate the skin as you go along. They work well on sensitive areas too, and despite the blades being sharp they don’t nip at your skin in the way that cheaper blades often try to do. Adding and removing the blades is quick and easy too and they remain securely in place until you want to change them. Excellent blades for the Quattro razor.

I recently bought a Wilkinson Sword Quattro when it was on sale at half price at my local supermarket and I liked it and found that it gave me a good close shave and I was impressed.The refill pack of course is designed to fit the main handle and these do and are easy to change. Having used these blades for a couple of months now, I have decided that these are not my favourite razors - I still prefer the original Gillette Venus razors and replacement blades. The main thing for me is that even though these have aloe vera, I find that on occasion, my skin feels irritated more with these blades than they do with the Venus blades.

Absolutely brilliant shave with these Wilkinson Sword Quatro razor blades. The mistake I made was that I assumed the wilkinson sword blades fit any ladies' wilkinson sword handle - but no they don't, so I had to buy a handle. A bit of a trick really to get you to spend more money - in contrast to the main large competitor of wilkinson razors; whose blades/ handles were interchangeable.Saying that the razor gives a fantastically smooth and easy shave with no nasty nicks. Also the shave is very close and therefore lasts a little longer. I will buy these next time, however I do think all these razors are terribly expensive.

I get confused with the seemingly neverending varieties and types of razors out there - gone are the days of a simple bic disposable! But as a female, shaving is as important to me as my husband so I need a good razor.This Wilkinson sword Quattro razor was lightweight, easy to manouver, and gave a good close shave without all the nicks and scrapes sometimes encountered. The extra blades made close work a breeze, and made shaving a little quicker than normal. I've noted that the shave itself lasted longer than usual, and the blade is still going strong after 4 shaves with no deterioration in performance.A great razor!

The Wilkinson Sword 4 blade razor for women, is the perfect product for a quick pain free solution for keeping your legs feeling soft, silky and very sexy.This version of the 4 blade razor has a comfort strip made from papaya that is supposed erect your hairs for the 4 blades to make light work of removing the your hairs.The effects will last for 2 to 3 days before that familiar stubbly feeling on your legs returns for another shave.The blades are easily removable but generally last for around 3 months before needing a replacement.The razor is by no means expensive and is highly recommended.

These are good blades but for me they dont match up to Gilette Venus.I did not get any cuts whilst using these blades so on that score they are really good, but for me where i feel they have an issue is with curves, as in knees, underarms and the bikini line. It just did not cut as close as i would of liked and i was left with 5'oclock shadow on my bikini line for instance when the venus leaves it completely smooth.The blades are of average value, much cheaper than the venus blades by quite a margin, around 20% cheaper. I would use these again, but only as a back up if my venus blades ran out.

These are the first blades/razor that I've been totally happy with, I bought the razor years ago and the fact that I'm still using it shows how much I like it since previously once the blades have gone I tend to buy another shaver, it seems wasteful but it works out cheaper that way but since these blades shave well and last longer than I expected I've stuck with them.I have found they gunk up quite easily but a good rinse and swish and they're good to go again.

The Wilkinson Sword Quattro refill comes in a little container with space for 4 but you only get 3 in the pack. They are not compatible with all handles so worth noting if you don’t already have a Quattro handle. It is a decent razor – no cuts and it didn’t irritate the areas I shaved but I am more of a fan of the Hydro range over the Quattro. Personally I don’t agree that I can skip a day but it does give a good close shave.

Reviewed by my wife -I always shave my legs in the shower using a razor, and this is by far the best version I have ever used. It is the 1st Quattro razor I have tried and I like it a lot, it does not drag but slides very smoothly. Admittedly it is brand-new and very sharp, I will see how it gets on when the blades get a little blunt.Replacement blades seem to be quite cost-effective in multiple packs.

These are easy to fit and give a nice smooth shave with no nick's. They do not dry the skin and glide easily over the shaving area, leaving it smooth and soft. They may seem expensive but you do get several shaves from each blade so they are economical. There are six blades per box.I do like the conditioning strips as they help to make sure that you do not cut yourself and moisturise the skin a little to.

I've been using these blades for 5 years and have never looked back. Before I would end up with painful cuts, particularly where I have a scar on my leg, however these have been a blessing! Thanks to the wire wraps, they are smooth to use, and do not catch as easily as normal razor blades. No more sore legs! They don't stay sharp too long, but are fantastic quality and will definitely continue to use.
