This is the first time I’ve replaced the blades and shaving head not this razor (I LOVE the razor itself by the way). Seems like when removing and replacing the inner blades, it’s just not as easy to set the blades onto the prongs as easily as the original blades. Same goes for the outer head. The original that I’m replacing fit easily and snapped right into place. This one is a tighter fit. It goes on and is seated properly once on, but it’s just a little more difficult to do than the original.Also, when cleaning the razor, I normally pull the inner blades right out and clean them. These replacement blades, one of them, if you start to pull it out by the blade, the blade can detach from its mount,

Remington advises that customers replace the shaver cutters/screens (comes as a kit) every 6-months. I ignored that advice for 13-months, after which it became downright painful to shave. It felt like the whiskers were being pulled out one by one! That was my wake-up call. The new cutters arrived yesterday. I quickly snapped them in place and used the shaver this morning for a perfectly smooth and comfortable cut. I now plan to replace the cutters semi-annually, and clean the shaver often, as recommended. The $24 cost of the kit is significantly cheaper than buying a new Remington shaver for $41. =Ken

I use Remington shawers for years, Braun before. Compared to Braun, the shawing is much smoother. I use the shawer daily, the foil lasts 10 to 12 months. I pay attantion to cleaning the head thorouhly. After the cleaning, I always return the components so as they are oriented as before (no random positioning of the head, no changing position of the blades). One must be very careful to protect the black cover from slipping out from the the head of the shawer during travelling. This may decrease the life of the foil dramatically.

Item is as described and well packed and difficult to extract from packaging,as everything seems to be these days.But I find it rather annoying that this is the third time I have purchased this item,and now have 3 new foils in a cupboard which I did not require.All I wanted was a pair of new cutters and yet you can only obtain new cutters plus a new foil.In a way we men are being ripped off having to pay for an item that is not required.Just does not make sense to me,why can't cutters alone be available to purchase.

If you have a Remington shaver and you want to make sure that you can continue to experience the best shave possible, you want to purchase this cutter and screen replacement set. I you use the original cutters and screens, you need to upgrade as the difference is amazing. The cost is reasonable, replacing the old with the new is super easy and the quality of the shave makes it all worth it.

It is only when you fit a new set of cutters and foil, that you realise how blunt the old set were! Perhaps I might have to buy these more regularly.They fitted perfectly straight away. I fear that those who complain that they don't fit have not successfully navigated the tricky waters of matching shavers and spare parts; It doesn't help when the shaver doesn't have a code on it.

I cannot even remember when I bought this replacement cutter set and found my order on Amazon to be some time in 2018. Absolutely amazing that this has lasted two years with daily use. The cutters are becoming, understandably, a little blunt now so I am searching for a replacement on Amazon. If these are the same set- they are totally good and worth considering.

New cutters now in place and working effectively. The last ones I purchased (from elsewhere) lasted 9 months before the oscillating blades cut through the foil - which was OK I suppose. Hope these are at least as good. I have known them break through in 3 months which makes it a very expensive shaving experience. Here's hoping.

It was as expected the correct foil for my shaver and of course works perfectly, and should last at least twelve months.Should be cleaned in soapy water and dried carefuly about once every two weeks, when refitted a drop of vert thin oilshould be placed on the cutters and the shaver switched on for 2.or 3 seconds.

A genuine spare part, well pakaged and promptly despatched and keenly priced [check the manufacturers own website on this £].A weekly clean with any of the electric shaver cleaner sprays and a Kleenex Tissue keep the shaver in good working order.Will re-order again after a year when this one has become blunt!!

Got this replacement head for my husbands Remington Titanium which he finds a good razor, He is well pleased with the replacement, as now he is getting a good close shave. If he should need a replacement again, (which I am sure will not be for along time) we know where to come.Many thanks, and quick delivery....

The Remington is so much better than the Phillishave I used for many, many years. That seemed to hardly ever wear but then it wasn't doing a great job. I replace the head about every 12 months on my Remingtom and it gives an excellent shave. This supplier (Sussex Shaver Supplies)always gives excellent service.

I like the Remington Titanium Shaver because it gives you a very close shave, When I had to order a new foil for my shaver I was amazed that it came with the NEW BLADES AS WELL AS FOILS. When I used to order for my old shaver it came with the blade only. This is a very good product and well worth buying.

There's no warning when the foil goes, you just feel it on your skin so it's really important that the replacement arrives quickly after it's ordered. In this case it was a matter of a couple of days so I was delighted. Easy to change and immediately back to giving a good clean shave without scratching

Good product. Has the Remington logo which I hasten to add my original shaver did not have. I think it's good to replace the foil and cutter together. In this instance, my foil was damaged.The packaging is well made but snip by sharp scissors L-cut is fine can easily remove the contents.
