Broke my original shield having dropped the razor onto the lip of the sink - own fault. Delivery arrived earlier than anticipated. Quite surprised as to how much the performance improved by just replacing the shield. Although I like the fact there are two replacement cutting blades within the pack, I was somewhat disappointed that you can't purchase a shield as a standalone item - I suppose it's a ploy to grab more money from the customer. If you like the razor I would recommend this purchase rather than looking for a new razor, which many of us would do as it would be the easier option.

The actual razor is much better than my last Remington. I only had to replace the foil as I had dropped the razor on the bedroom carpet making a tiny hole on one half. What I did find out is that the foil is in two identical halves! So, I still have a good spare half foil should one half wear out or become damaged and two spare cutters. The price was £16.99 including delivery which was about the same as the last razor, but a good few years further on! Overall I find the foils more forgiving when shaving with my eyes closed!!!

This was exactlly what we were looking for: my OH had lost one of them down a plughole and we were deligted when these arrived within a few days. Easy to refit and use as normal.

These foils give a good close shave but do not last that long before they wear out. The cost of this pack is quite high considering the shortness of their lifespan.

First time I've been able to find replacements. Better than replacing the whole saver. Perfect fit.

Expensive but makes a huge difference - shaver runs quieter, smoother and much more efficiently.
