Have bought for my 6 year old grandson who was over the moon with his present cos he 'really' wanted one and had done well in his spellings this term. Little difficult for him at the moment as the ball in the flat position takes 10 seconds to pop into ball shape and we can't throw it that high or far yet for him to be able to catch!! But that's not a 'fault' of the product, children learn the difficult action of catching at different stages, but the game of throwing it between dad, mum and Liam works as when you are the person on the pop, you are out!! Well made,robust toy for a boy who loves to be outside, it's a great present and toy.

My 3 1/2 year old daughter loves her Phlat Ball. She still finds it funny when it pops open. Not had any problems worth our ball - it always pops open about 30s after being pushed down. It's great for using on windy days - its weight means it won't get blown about like a Frisbee or typical child's ball - but the soft rubberised surface means it can be used safely. Definitely supervise young children as small fingers could get caught when it pops open.

Bought as a Christmas present and my nephew seemed to like it. Great for outdoor play. Yes it does pop open as per previous reviews but for the price it is still a good value toy that is great for trips to the park etc.

Bought for my 9 year old nephew and went down very well. Doesn't always pop open as you expect but that kind of adds to the fun of it. Adds a bit of extra interest to the throwing and catching of balls games.

A great toy reminded me of my youth. Really nostalgic. It came in good condition no problems. Pops out in a few seconds a minute max. Really like it highly recommended.

Second year of purchasing the same caps, yet in different colours for husband. Fits perfectly, good quality and yet so cheap !! Highly recommend.

This ball is awesome. We have a daughter with learning difficulties and this is her favourite toy by far. So simple but really fun

little fella loves it, nice little toy, but in my opinion it pops back into a ball a bit too quickly apart from that its ok
