Ordered as an extra piece of play for our garden for the children. Lovely bright coloured boules and a dark grey jack. I was really surprised by the weight of each boule as they look like a set of plastic balls but are surprisingly solid feeling. The case clicks together and is relatively sturdy. I'm not sure how long the click mechanism will last as you have to exert quite a bit of pressure to release and attach it but a good idea. Girls out to play with it straight away with me and we had some fun. Not sure we really followed the 'rules' (which were included) but easy to see, great size and worth it for the money.

Bought for my 2 eldest boys to play in the garden. They don't yet fully understand the competitive aspect of the game (being just 3 and not yet 2) but they simply love to throw the balls at the jack the run, scoop them up and start all over again. Definitely stil need supervision at this age but their older cousins played with it for ages. Good quality, bright colours and durable so should last. Only downside is the black jack - it has been lost in the garden a few times now!

We got this for my son's third birthday. The balls are heavy and solid. The carry case is a little flimsy, but for the price what can you expect? The only downside is that the balls are a little heavy when his one year old sister is around so we probably won't get full value out of this until they're a little older.I would happily buy it again or as a present for another family.

Our 3-year old loves these. They are just the right weight for her to throw under and over arm. The jack is black in colour - would be nice if a white one was included so that a choice of contrast against playing surface was available. Boules packaging is a plastic frame - I'm guessing it won't last that long. All in all, very suitable kids version of a great outdoor game.

I have 7 grandchildren all 5 and under. Had thought of a 'proper' set of metal boules but glad I decided on these which are quite heavy enough for young children and the colours make playing much simpler. I hope the boules will be a good source of fun at family gatherings until the children are about 11 or 12 when I think they would graduate to a metal set.

We regularly played with it thoughout the summer with our grandchildren. The colour conceoption made erything easily visble and far better than the "all silver" balls. It ienables the younger children to get an early grasp of the game. The balls are also very durable and of the right weight. The price was also good.

We bought these without knowing what the quality would b like, well I have too say they r tops for the price why would I want the silver ones ? These r solid well balanced and great to play the game with. Its just the sort of thing a couple like us can do ,highly recomend these bowls 5stars BoB on.

An extremely good value heavy duty plastic toy for all ages to play with in the garden. The different colours is a far superior way of indicating individual teams rather than the silver bands on a silver coloured normal set. Very durable, should outlast me and the children!! Stuart Osborne

Bought for my 7 year old grandson who had played boules with an adult set. He enjoyed the colours which meant it was easy for him to see which balls were his and they were lighter which meant his brothers could join in his boules games.quick delivery and good packaging.

Have used them once and had fun. A couple of them had a small dent which made the balls go a weird direction but it’s not a big deal and you can’t beat the price. The carrier is kind of hard to unsnap but it’s not a big deal. They are filled with water .

This is a very well made toy, the balls are a nice weight but not to heavy. Nice bright colours. Great game to play in the garden with family and friends. Younger children can roll the balls rather than throw them so great for all ages.

I bought this to play with in the summer sun with the kids and its been brilliant. I have a daughter 5 and a son 12 and it seems great for all ages. The one downside?, I saw the same item in a shop in Porthmadog for £2.99!!!!

Simple set of boule for a good old fashioned game.One of the balls seemed to have a slight leak and has a little less liquid than the rest.Plastic case not particularly robust so will be slightly careful when opening etc.

Lovely set of boules.Suitable for all ages.Not too heavy for little people and challenging enough for the older ones!It brought all the neighbours kids out of their houses for outside play and fresh air!Reasonably priced!

good for a family/friends gathering event. the black plastic frame holding the balls come with a slight broken point. this doesn't affect children enjoy playing it. not bad at all, worth the money definitely
