I remembered having fun with Swingball as a child. I have limited mobility at the moment and wanted a way to keep fit and burn some calories. Swingball was the perfect solution. It's fun on your own, tones up the upper body (especially the arms) and improves co-ordination - which is great for the aging brain. Even better, is playing as a pair. This pro edition is great for adults as it's a bit taller than the kids' version. The pole is very stable in the water-filled base - no ballast needed.

Really pleased with this Swingball Pro. Bought it for my active family to use and it didn't disappoint. Easy and very quick to assemble (I filled the base with sand) and a lot of fun to use. You can adjust the height of the pole so that children can use it more effectively - so that the ball is at the right height.Seems sturdy and well made. Keeps the family active, which during lockdown has been particularly needed. Ordering was quick and simple and collection from store no problem at all.

I tried the base with water not sand and found it worked very well. I was expecting to have to bat gently so that the whole thing didn't fall over, but no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get it to fall. Very impressed with the whole thing and great exercise, which is why I purchased this item in the first place. Only problem I have is that once each upright section was pressed into place, I have been unable to pull apart to pack away in the base. That's probably down to my lack of strength.

We have played on this every day since buying it. The construction generally is robust and so far we have had no issues. I was a little concerned that the base wouldn't hold up if the ball was battered around really hard but have been pleasantly surprised at how stable it has been. The base doesn't feel all that robust and the clips come undone easily, its been fine in the garden but not sure how well it will cope with being carried about on camping expeditions planned for later in the summer.

We bought a much cheaper version (from a different store) for a trip to the beach and which broke almost immediately. Got refund next day & found this much better, more robust version: cost twice as much but is more than twice as good. Features:-1. two-player option & score counter to keep track of games2. robust bats - which allow HARD hitting!3. a base which will stand anywhere - can fill with sand or water for greater stability.4. stays outside so can play anytime - gd way to get fit.

A more sturdy stable version of swing ball from my youth. Base can fill easily with sand or water keeps the system stable and upright. Even as a group of (ahem) 40 somethings you can really smack the ball and the system doesn't topple. Additions like the clip to snap your bats too is very good addition. The extra length to the swing mechanism is great as it means the game lasts longer. ( an extra few revolutions to get your win ). Was great fun at a recent barbecue and was enjoyed by all.

Great Swingball - better than the original (taller) & with more features (score markers, clips for hanging bats). Only issue - the placement of the pole in the hole base which is a bit fiddly - particularly when filling with sand as the sand falls into the hole & means you have to put pressure on the base when pushing pole in! Not a major issue however & one you get with any model of Swingball. Overall, would recommend especially if any of you out there wanna tone up your 'bingo wings' !

Yes that's right, 60th birthday! I bought this for my husband for his birthday ( it wasn't his main present !!! ) and it was a brilliant decision. We were visiting the Bluestone resort in Pembrookeshire for his birthday weekend with my grandsons , 7yrs and 13yrs old, my daughter and my son-in-law. We had hours of fun, adults and children , playing swingball. The design is excellent, very strong and easy to transport because the base acts as a carry case. I would highly recommend it .

I wanted something to keep my 13 year old son occupied this summer- and as we have a small garden thought this would be ideal. It is really good quality and easy to put together. We used weights in the base so that it was sturdy. We have played on it for hours- together and my son will on his own. The ball really withstands it being hit hard. We have just kept it assembled in the garden- but it does come with a travel case and can be broken down and fitted inside. Great fun. 10/10

Bought for 7 year old niece and nephew. Very pleased overall. Only issue was getting the lower part of the pole into the base. Appreciate it needs to be secure but it was really difficult and I was worried we were going to break the lid by forcing it on. Ended up gently hammering the pole against the wall and got there in the end! The rest was quick and easy and suddenly the whole family got involved and wanted to play. Exactly as I'd hoped and now tempted to get one for myself!

I decided to by the pro version of swingball for my 8 and 10 year old boys as they love playing it, but have managed to break a cheaper version (not official swingball) that they had.The quality and durability of this product is superb. It's well made and the fact that it packs away easily in the base after use is a real bonus. The pole sections are made of metal, so they shouldn't break. An all round great product that will get many hours of use both at home and on holiday.

We have had a Swingball since our children were quite small. It grew with them: you can start with a shorter pole, adding the third section as they grow. Our teenagers still love playing Swingball in the summer. This version, the ProSwingball, is perfect as it is tougher and can cope with the stronger hits by my son. We keep it out of sunlight when not in use to prolong its life, but it is easy to move around. We filled the base with bricks and sand and it stays really stable.

Swingball is a great game for all ages. It's keeping us and our 5 and 7 year olds entertained. The kids can play alone or together, or with us. You can really whack it too if you want to vent some inner McEnroe! It's improving the kids hand eye coordination & keeping them active - win win! Once put together you literally pick up a bat (supplied & stored on the base) and go! We've filed our base with water so it's easier to move on and off the lawn for mowing and storage.

An outstanding design on this swingball. The whole set fits into the base and is like carrying a briefcase so it is very mobile. It fits together in minutes. We put six bricks into the base with water and it doesn't move when we are whacking it. Otherwise you could take it to the beach and fill it with sand or water. The ball is solid, the bats are also. It doesn't jam like the old swingball but the rope runs smoothly around the top.We worked up a sweat very quickly!!!!

Bought this version as junior ones sold out, it takes a fair swipe to swing ball around so that it moves up or down the spiral top, bit too much for my 7 and 5 yr old grandsons. I ended up hanging the ball from an arm on my big parasol for them to hit, more fun, also used the hanging ball to play skittles - knocking plastic flowerpots off a small garden table. The base and pole will come into its own in years to come when they are older, v good quality product.
