I used this broom years ago and found it remarkably successful - it picks up everything without scattering crumbs about, and when the foam head finally wore out I was disappointed to find that it was no longer made. I even contacted Vileda to no avail. However, I spotted this by chance and have bought another - it is just as good, design unchanged, and does the job brilliantly. I now have a very hairy dog and when I don't want to haul the vacuum cleaner out yet again, a quick whisk around the wooden floors and they are immaculate. The head is easy to wash and dries quickly, and I have never had a better indoor broom.

I had one of these for years but when I moved I left it behind by mistake. Since then I have been trying to replace it but it didn’t seem to be available in any of my local shops. I was thrilled to find it on Amazon. It works brilliantly as it gets up everything which does not happen with a normal bristle brush. I use it before I wash my hard floors and the result is spotless. I have allergies to dust etc and this removes all of it. It’s easy to clean the Vileda broom and easy to replace new foam heads.

This super broom with foam head seems to be unobtainable in stores in England, but I am delighted to have got one through Amazon from a German supplier. I have had one before, and found it THE most effective broom ever. It picks up every speck of dust as well as the usual bits, and is brilliant on all hard surfaces. It is long-lasting and extremely easy to clean, far, far better than any broom with bristles of whatever material. I cannot understand why it is no longer stocked in UK.

Product received was not as described. I ordered Vileda Super brush Classic Set With Replacement Foam Broom Head with Free MicroFibre TV & LCD SETF [Pack of 1, 1 - Pack but only received the basic item without Replacement Foam Broom Head with Free MicroFibre TV & LCD SETF [Pack of 1, 1 - Pack ]. Therefore totally misleading advertising on Amazon site,Actual product is very effective in sweeping up dirt and hair from floors and would definitely recommend.

I have been trying to find a replacement head for my Vileda brush for the past 3years. I even contacted Vileda who said they were no longer on sale in the UK then amazingly I found one on Amazon (shipped from Germany).This brush traps every little bit of dust/ dirt on your floor and is a pleasure to use! Wonderful for hard wood and laminate flooring!The brush head arrived very quickly, excellent service....please keep stocking them!

Ive had one of these brooms for 20 years, used almost daily on my tiled kitchen floor and wood floors. What I love is that it collects the dust on the foam rather than pushing it up into the air only to land again later. After years of great service the foam is now beginning to break up. but the great news is I have found I can purchase a new foam refill. Happy days ! Well done Vileda !

Perfect for tiled floor. Have not tried washing the sponge bits, but am assured that it would be as presented. Woe betide if not as expected. WE have a hairy dog who moults. The old broom was effective until the foam crumbled in cupboard storage- became dry and granular with not a chance of removing the hair swept up, We will wait and see.

Best brush ever .why did Vileda stop selling them and the replacement heads in the UK.The new brush and foam head combo is rubbish and not comparable to the original.also they make a dustpan and brush in the same material. This too is not available in the UK . Great pity

The best hard floor sweeper ever. Lucky I was able to buy from this German seller through Amazon UK as otherwise unavailable in UK. It is Much better than any broom or any other Vileda product on the market!

Superb broom. Sadly not available anymore in the UK, (WHY !!) but well worth getting it from Europe as Vileda's replacement version available in the UK is nowhere as good.

I had one of these foam brushes for years and was really disappointed when Vileda changed the design. Why don't they still sell them & new heads in the UK?
