This game captures the feel of the "2003 USA Today Game of the Year" original and it's sequel gloriously. Now multiply it by two.Double Trouble does what no other DS game has done so far and displayed 2 views of the same action in 3D. In truth, we could have done with out it and doubled the frame rate of the bottom screen but alas, it is still a great game. This is a very impressive game graphically. The cell shading is awesome and very close to it's Gamecube counterpart.It is more puzzle oriented than its console bretheren whose focus is on the fighting. This is by far not a negative since the touch screen is put to use in very imaginative ways.

This is one of the most impressive DS titles currently on offer. For a handheld console of DS specs, the graphics across both screens are of amazing quality - vibrant, crisp and fluid.The developers have fully maximised the touch screen capabilities - it's not just a lazy port of the Gamecube offerings. Touch screen VFX powers include scratch, split and slide, all of which are cleverly employed whether fighting evil Madow clowns or solving the perfectly crafted puzzles. The player is encouraged to use their finger rather than juggling the stylus, adding to the superb gameplay.Auto-save is a useful feature, as you can return to the last episode you were on before having had to dash off somewhere without reaching a proper break point.
