I got these hooded cave beds for our cats as special presents at Xmas to replace their usual stations on the couch. Initially they seemed a bit bemused by them but gradually got the idea. They now use them sporadically, in between commandeering the couch, but when they do it is usually accompanied by purring. The beds themselves are really well made and very cosy and plush, with a removable inner cushion that can be washed if needed, so great value for money. Mine came in a flattened state that required plumping up. At least they look better than scruffy blankets when we have guests! As cat beds are all quite expensive these days, the cheaper ones being pretty sad affairs,

Definitely one of the best out there & certainly so for the price!I would definitely recommend it.I would like to give this 5 stars but there is just thin material at the back & base. This means it isn't as cosy as it could/should be. I am having to buy something to fill the area.The size is plenty big enough. Quite a few people have worried it's too small but this one fits my cat with plenty of space. 2 could fit.The construction is good & the cushion inside (removable for cleaning) is beautifully soft.My cat didn't like the "this ain't natural" smell so I put a jumper I'd warn in there for her & now she loves it.Also I add a heat pad as it's so cold, plus a bit of a draft from the back!

I have purchased a few of these beds over the past few years for my cats and kittens, and I can say with absolutely no doubt at all, they all love them! The most recent one I bought, I had barely finished unwrapping it before one of my older kittens jumped straight in with her teddy bear in her mouth purring very loudly and prodding at the soft fluffy material! When my five kittens were tiny babies, they all piled in on top of each other to sleep, and now they are bigger, they take it in turns. The bed is very soft and fluffy, and I only wish I was small enough to fit in there myself! Very pleased with this product, although it would be even better if the price was a little lower,

Beautifully made cat bed. Very soft and padded removable inner cushion. It took a couple of days for my cat to get used to it as she is a bit of a fuss pot with anything new. She now loves it and sleeps in it at night when the heating is off. Very snuggly & plenty big enough inside for an adult cat and believe me ours is a bit of a pudding. It looks lovely too & so far easy to keep clean with the vacuum attachment. Can be hand washed but not had to do that yet. Highly recommend. I just wish there was an adult size one as it looks so cosy. !

My cat absolutely loves his cave. He's just under 4kg and relatively small for an adult cat but he has loads of space inside to move around if he wants while still seeming nice and cosy once he gets settled in. The cushioned base is very thick and comfy, though it does tend to move around a bit and might need repositioning if your cat is a wriggler. Feels very sturdy and like it'll last a long time. The only problem is he'd rather be upstairs in there than in my lap so I'm going to buy another one for the living room as well.

I recently rehomed a kitten from a local animal welfare charity, on bringing her home she very quickly took the the bed. I just used one of the blankets sent home with her which has her familiar scent on to put in the bed, and she was in there within an hour of being brought home! She now loves this bed and whether overnight or whilst we are out during the day she is more often than not found snoozing inside! I think the fact it is a snug enclosed bed gives a sense of security! Very happy with the purchase!

Bought this for my cat who sleeps in the outhouse for most of the year.I bought the small size as our cat is only small but it's actually quite big, big enough to fit two cats her size in.Seems well made but not sure how long it will last because if it needs to go in the washing machine (which it's looking that way already after just a few weeks) I'm not sure how the furry bit will come out?All round a good cat bed which is good if there are draughts about or your cat just likes the security of a cocoon.

Great quality, can't get over it for the price. Has a nice deep cushion on the interior.My older cats aren't one for cat beds, but they jumped into this straight away.I bought it for some kittens that I'm looking after, think I might buy another for the older girls, they both just fit into itits a perfect size for them,. They are small cats so if your cats are on the large size it would probably be good for one.Beds like this are often twice the price... really pleased and it arrived very quickly too

My cat jumped into this within two minutes and went straight to sleep... so I guess that speaks for itself. I also like the product but am slightly disappointed that the back isn't padded as well as the sides. The point of this purchase was to keep the cat warm and cosy during the winter nights. The thin fabric backing is also not very supportive when she is curled up against it. The photo gives the impression that the padding goes all the way round. On the whole though, good value and fun to look at.

I had my old address as the delivery address and contacted the seller as soon as I got confirmation that it had been dispatched to that address for them to recall it and send it to my current address. Much to my relief they caught the parcel in time and were able to send it to the right address!It is as the picture depicts, there's a very soft cushion covered with ultra soft faux fur which is great!Now all I need to do is convince my cat that it's for her and will make a great bed for her!

I bought this for my elderly shih tzu who is about the same size as a cat and the bed is a perfect fit for her. It was only out of the packaging for 5mins before she ventured into it! It's very snuggley and comes with a reversible cushion for the base which is a good thing as the base is very thin. I've not tried to wash it yet as it's just arrived. All in all I'm really pleased with it and as long as my pooch is happy with it, that's all that matters.

Lovely plush bed for the money perfect for my smaller puss although my bigger also ventured in when her back was turned! ;-)Only bad thing was the packaging...delivered in a massive box when a plastic bag would have been more then sufficient and would have saved clogging up my recycling bin!!!!Update:- my bigger old cat kept sneaking in the first one so I have now purchased a second one in the snow print design. Very happy again and two happy kittie

This is the second of this type of bed I've bought. This time it's for our new kitten. It is the perfect comfy space for her to hide, feel safe and keep warm. They are beautifully made with a furry outer and inner liner and a crazy long faux fur trim around the exit. I bought this 'Snow leopard' design for the tabby kitten and out ginger cat has the ginger/brown one of course! Great for small to medium sized cats. I'd highly recommend this product.

I ordered the Cat Cave yesterday and it arrived today, i was really pleased.I thought the cats might not really like it at first because of the new smell, but they love it, i ordered another one because it was such a hit.The fact that it can keep them snug and warm is great and they like getting into things, which is why i chose this particular cat bed.Would definitely recommend the Cat Cave to other cat owners.Thanks.

I got this as the house gets chilly at night and thought this would keep my kitty a bit warmer at night, the quality is excellent, the bottom cushion is plush and can be removed for easy cleaning, my plump cat fits in in with plenty of space to spare, so would suit a big cat or even a small dog. I would recommend this to anyone, I have included a picture of my cat in her new cave bed to give you an idea of size.
