If this is for a large dog I would really like to know on what the hell they're basing that on? The only way a largish dog could fit into that basket without flattening the sides and back (it doesn't have solid back and sides) is by curling up into the smallest ball going. I only have a Westie and yeah I could probably fit a Yorkie in with her (if they'd share) but that would be it, but I'm currently looking after a larger dog and she's tried to use the basket and it's far too small and chose to lie on the very large quilt I've folded up and put on the floor which is twice the length and width of the bed (folded up).

I bought this as an additional bed for my dog and intended to have it in my study so he can doze at my feet whilst I work in the daytime. I didn't expect it to have sturdy sides, as his regular bed does, and indeed it doesn't, but it is ideal for the intended purpose. It is nicely made and very plush. The velvet fabric is lovely to the touch but might not stand up well against a destructive natured dog. Our gentle whippet tends to stretch out on it and use it like a mattress, rather than curling up in it, but he is quite comfortable and contented.

Nice sized bed and soft and cosy too my dog loves it. My dog also enjoys dragging it around the room and placing where he wants it and is very light weight. Underneath has a plastic type coating and this bed also washes nice. It does state you cannot tumble dry the bed but I have everytime on low heat and keeping an eye on it say every 25 minutes or so and dries lovely and puffs it back up.Would recommend .

I bought a medium-size bed for my 10-month old Maltipoo and he loves it. Good size, very soft and looks great after being in the washing machine. Good value for money and I recommend. Bear in mind though that the sides don’t stay upright like in the pic. I didn’t mind it, nor did my dog as he uses it as a head rest.

Absolutely gorgeous soft, comfy, fleecy fabric, my 9 week old pup has been having the best sleep ever! Can highly recommend. Seller has excellent communication and their customer service is The Best. I don't usually write reviews until we've had the product a while, however this photo speaks for itself. Our puppy has had this bed for 20 minutes and absolutely loves it.Will have to wait to see if it will stand up to being chewed, but for the price and the reaction it's had, it's pretty much perfect.

A good price. We bought the bed for our temporary lodger a chihuahua and he loved it. Nice and cosy.Not sure how long the bed would last if used all the time but it served our purpose and will be useful for other times when the chihuahua comes to stay for his holidays!

Got this for my 10 week old beagle puppy for his crate. Soft and plush has lasted a week so far so good. The whole bed is machine washable as is the removable inner cushion. Great for accidents! Also tumble dried at very low setting and kept its shape and size

Brought the large for my 1 year old Chihuahua and 9 month old frenchie - as soon as it was out the bag they were in it. Theres enough room for them both as my frenchie likes to spread out and he has some more growing to do. happy customer and 2 happy dogs :)

Lovely little bed for a smaller dog. The material is nicely padded and very soft. Our little chihuahua took to it immediately although she's so tiny that we always keep a blanket in the bed as well to fill up some space. Excellent product for the money.

My dog loves this, i bought it because he kept getting into my Sons dogs bed while we were looking after her.He is a cocker spaniel so it’s a little small for him. Now he will hardly ever go in his big bed. But if he’s happy, so am I.

My dog loves it, the cushion is comfy but could benefit from being slightly thicker, also it doesn't lay flat-not quite fitting the rest of the bed. The walls of the bed stay up properly so keeping him protected from any drafts.

Easy to clean, I actually got these for my cats and they are just big enough for them so get this size for small animals only! Great quality though and my cats love them, they look like they’re comfortable and keeps them warm

My dog loves his bed. Good for border collie size( large) .Any larger dog would need bigger bed. Only downside is that the base cushion is loose not fitted so he often kicks it out of the bed. Otherwise no complaints.

Have a pup who was keen to get up on the sofa. This on the floor beside the sofa has helped put an end to him jumping on sofa - it's very soft and cushioned - likely feels like something he shouldn't be on!
