Does exactly what it says on the box (packaging) works superbly on USB3.0.. excellent flow of data and even on USB 2.0 it is faster than their earlier models (300 series).. VFM? (Value for Money) .. I would say yes without hesitation. I compared the price to may 'rivals' and including Transcend's own website and I still saved .. I use this mostly for transferring files between laptop and desktop PCs. My desktop PC is USB 3.0 but my laptop is USB 2.0. The Transcend works flawlessly between the two.However, the speed difference between them is astonishing.I can load up from the desktop at 80 MB/second but transferring to the laptop this drops to a paltry 23 MB/second.It is not recognised by my Asus HD-RP1 media player so beware if you are thinking of using it with this player. I believe this is an issue with the player more than the stick so no stars off there.

Good price for the GB's, seems well made.Not really a deal breaker, but; compared to all my other devices, the USB pins are quite slender so it disconnects if its not in perfectly straight in wobbly and/or shallow USB ports.Not a problem on my MBP as the USB port is recessed by 2mm, but for my desktop I use a short USB extender cable to get around the problem.Can't test USB 3.0 as it's a purchase for the future.

Use this as a back up tool. Not to sure what makes sticks fast but this unit managed to back up my data much much faster my previous USB 2.0 stick. Maybe in part due to its being an empty stick and that I now reformat to NTFS though my backup nearly filled the stick. Not experienced any problems with data loss on Transcend sticks - hopefully I have the same experience with this

This is the third transcend USB stick I've owned. Deliberately bought the brand, purely because of it's reliability. This one is a 32gb model, but I only use it as an image backup boot disc. Will use for other purposes when my other Transcend (16gb model) arrives.Another great drive. Will probably buy a Transcend 128gb version next.Thanks again.

Having bought one a few months ago, for backing up all of my music and making it portable, I had need for another one. As the first was working just fine, got another. its slightly larger than the first but this one is also USB 3.0No problems prompt delivery.. go for it.

I find Transcend to be the best flash drives around and this one is just as good as the previous ones I had bought some years ago and which I still use. No encryption; no fiddling around; just insert it and its ready to use. Fast too!

This storage device does the job perfectly and has a large memory capacity. I back up everything on my desktop with this make of device: music, documents, etc. All are easy to transfer and re-use. Why buy anything different?

Excellent. This quickly became an essential item and is still going strong 2 years later. The usefulness of the cap for stopping the USB from getting clogged with dirt is invaluable.

Looked around a good while before purchasing this and i have to say its much quicker than any of the previous pens i have used. Very impressed and happy.

I always buy Transcend flash drives and have never had a failure. This USB 3.0 drive runs at a very good speed in a USB 2.0 socket. Very good product.

Very easy to use - I don't find it slow at all - and great capacity too. Used it to back up my stuff before upgrading OS. Does the job perfectly.

works great, just wish I had gotten a micro so I don't have to take in and out back and forth between classes and storage of netbook.

I have used many Transcend JetFlash sticks and have not had one fail. What more can I say transfer rates are good.

Works well, hasn't robbed me or ran off with the milkman yet. Not much else to say it's just a memory stick.
