I am new to whisky drinking, I finally discovered it's beauty at the start of the year. So far Macallan and Glenfiddich have been my personal favourites. This Amber is spectacular and has similar tasting notes to the Glenfiddich 15 year (to me) that I love, especially on the finish. There is some aged whisky in this for sure. I was going to purchase the Macallan 12 this month but this dropped to £37, it's worth every penny. I loved the Gold, but Amber is now my baseline. Sienna next ?. Enjoy people!

My work colleague and i drank a full bottle of this whilst on our arrival back on shift in antwerp at the hotel de keyser .all I can say is it took away the homesick blues and the hangover the next day was equal to a tropical disease sytoms.Marvelous stock.

Lovely drop - but beware that is is very light and those that want a smoky or stronger flavour will not like. Beginner scotch.
