Ok it's just a spanner / wrench, oh.... but how tough is this beauty! Next time you tighten an adjustable spanner and it still jumps you'll wish you had one of these. After a lengthy wait I watched an emergency plumber brandish one of these and promptly fix a very wet and greasy rounded off bath tap with no problem - simply adjust by hand as you would with any old adjustable spanner BUT then clamp down on the molegrip style locking handle to grip like a Yorkshire man on to his wallet!

I bought this on the recommendation of another reviewer here on amazon.This product is excellentI needed to fix a washer but my other tools kept rounding the nut. This was perfect for the job, locking on for it's dear life and not slipping one little bit.Jobs are always so much easy when you have the right tools for the job and this is one of those tools, do not hestitate in buying it's great.

...Might not get you out of every 'jail' every time, but a very useful tool.Like an extra hand in some circumstances....but if you already have three of those then maybe you don't need :-)Stanley Tool Co ~Please make a larger version too!Like an adjustable spanner but without the tendancy to slip at the most untimely momment.Thumbs up.

This is the second one of these i have bought as it is proving invaluable for home plumbing use. Whereas the usual adjustable spanners tend to slacken off with any movement, this spanner grips the fitting securely and ensures a good tightening effect.Also can be used as a small clamp when glueing two items together.

this is never going to be a go-to tool..... its not the swiss army knife of spanners.... but when you have rusted,,, rounded,,,,, hard to reach and you cant keep the spanner on.... nuts,,,,,, its awesome.... it also works ok as a pair of grips when you need them too

Once my neighbour had come over and removed the nut from the jaws I was very pleased, purchased to tighten up my front gates which had come loose overtime.. Once again easily used by my small hands..

nice piece of kit , took a while to get used to it but really good being able to lock the jaw width particularly in tight areas , highly recommended if you do a lot of plumbing bits

This is the most useful hand tool since the Mole wrench It eliminates the readjustment always necessary when using an adjustable wrench and retains a positive fit every time

A cross between an adjustable spanner and a Mole wrench; it has the advantages of parallel jaws and a close fit that prevents slipping and mangled nuts. Ideal for plumbing.

Saw these on a YouTube video, and what a great idea, the time when an adustable spanner goes a little lose is a pain. But as these lock like mull grips they are great.

Good quality adjustable wrench. Really handy to have the locking mechanism on the wrench. Better than using Mole Grips as you don't mess up the head of the bolt.

Not as useful as I had hoped. Not enough lee way in getting a firm grip. Have to be very precise in setting spanner to get a tight grip

Got this for my father in law as a present and he really liked it. He had a lot of tools already but thought this very handy.
