I was sorting through my old toys in the attic the other weekend and found my old cap gun.As part of the 'YouTube Generation' I'm always making silly little videos. A cap gun has loads of possibilities, but where was I to buy the caps from? I speculatively looked here on Amazon, and was happy to see them available for purchase. Good news for me. but not so good for my other half!The purchase consists of 5 packs of 6x 8 shot rings. That's a total of 240 shots!Apparently the E.U passed a law that means less gunpowder is used in caps, but personally, they are just as loud as I've always remembered them.All I need now is to find some people happy to 'play dead' in my videos!

there are lots of caps in here so a good value pack. they come in several seperate plastic casings so are protected in the pocket. the only thing is, and i dont know if this is the guns fault or not, they dont always fire and are not very loud. although the latter is a blessing! i was expecting a loud pop but you here the gun click more than anything..........

Give a good 'crack' when fired. Not very loud but enough to satisfy my two boys (5 + 8). Tricky to get in and out of our gun (but maybe just ours) so at the rate they shot them off it became a bit time consuming for me! Didn't last long enough for my boys though, so I've got to send off for more!

Sorry, but I dont get the many 1* reviews. Im using these in the "Exploding bang Pen" you buy on E-Bay & Amazon and they work intensely ! You get hundreds of them (OK, not literally but a LOT) for just £3.10 ! FAB

These caps are fab my son thinks there brill, coz they bang loud n smell of gun powder after just like a reall gun, had lots in packet so keep him supplied for a while

Great fun and my little son loves these caps. Very reminiscent of our childhood! Loud, noisy and the smell that we all associate witht the caps!

These caps are probably more popular with parents than kids. Not loud at all. Buy these for your kid, and be prepared for disappointment...

Bang bang bang, great fun, not as loud as when i was a kid though, and a few dough ones..but not bad for the price
