Excellent product that arrived fast, my large friend and I have used snazaroo paints for years for Halloween do's (and dont's), it's easy to apply, the colours are rich and vibrant (well black isn't very vibrant, but it is a good deep black) it covers your skin perfectly and easily lasts through even the sweatiest drunken stupours you can throw up at it. unlike other paints i've used in the past it doesnt dry up and crack and flake off, it stays looking like you just applied it right up until you take it off. an individual pot will last forever as well, as mentioned earlier my large friend once covered his whole body in green Snazaroo paint for a Hulk outfit and i don't think he even used a third of the pot.

There was a virtual Christmas jumper competition at work and I don't own a Christmas jumper so in a rare bout of lockdown camaraderie I decided to paint myself Grinch instead.I bought the lime one and it's green, it's really, really green!I've never used face paint before and wasn't entirely sure what I was doing. I tried with just a damp sponge initially but it didn't apply well so I softened the pot itself by passing it under the hot tap briefly and continued to apply with the damp sponge - that worked a treat.I did two layers, let it dry between layers and found out dabbing it on was better than wiping it on else it just wipes itself off. I've got loads left too, it looks barely touched.Getting it off was tougher.

I purchased these face paints to use at my daughters birthday party. Upon opening the box I was concerned at how small each pallet of paint was and was worried i would run out before decorating 15 kids faces. How wrong was I! The pallets may look small but the paint goes a long way. We had more than enough left over.Applying the paint was very simple and easy. I used a drop of water mixed in with each colour. I used the both the brushes and sponges and the paint went on effortlessly to the children's faces.I loved how each colour was so vibrant and stood out. The paints didn't dry patchy or crack at all.The paint dried fairly quickly and once dry didn't transfer onto any clothing or material.

This is the second time we have bought these, and my 5yo had no issues with her sensitive skin. The first time we used them we had some skin staining; particularly with the yellow and orange, but have since found ways around this: Start off with a freshly washed face and apply a moisturiser as a base (I use Aveeno). Don't leave it on for hours on end, the length of a kids party is usually long enough. Apply baby oil or some other kind of oil to the face and massage in, then use a damp warm cloth to wipe off. With the yellows and oranges I sometimes need to use a little face wash afterwards too.When you first get the product, there are little bits of cellophane on top of each colour,

I really love the Snazaroo face paints. I absolutely love face painting and fancy dress, Snazaroo paints always go on smoothly and provide full coverage, they also mix really well with other colours if you want to slightly adjust the shade.Before putting the paint directly on your face I would recommend a full facial routine, this not only helps your skin to stay moist but it helps the face paint go on better and last longer. No one wants crusty paint rubbing off while partying. Id start with a clean face then apply a toner, followed by a moisturiserThe paint comes off easily which is always a plus after a boozy night out on halloween. I just use a damp face cloth to wipe it away.

It was my nieces birthday and she loved a cheaper pack of face paints I had bought her so I decided to treat her with a trusted brand.ProsThere is a great selection of colours all with the usual snazaroo quality, the brushes are fantastic and she really enjoyed the glitter. My niece also enjoyed looking through the booklet to pick out the different designs she liked.ConsI found the sponges supplied could have done being a little bit firmer as they are quite open celled so can make it a bit tricky to get a decent amount of paint on them for large areadsI am a nursery nurse and I have used snazaroo paints on hundreds of children and its always a brand that I will go back to for their vibrant

If your're thinking about getting some face paints to try, don't cut corners and buy cheapy ones from somewhere like Wilkinson's (which I did - false economy!! Ended up chucking them - rubbish!) get a little Snazaroo kit like this one. My boys really enjoy having their faces painted and it's a great Christmas Holidays/rainy day activity. They come off easily enough in the bath with a bit of make-up remover - use something gentle though, like Body Shop Aloe Vera or Lush Ultra Bland.I'm now thinking of investing in some more sponges, brushes, and colours!!The question now is: I have a kid's birthday party to take the boys to tomorrow. Do I take the face paints along? I know I'll get no peace but it might be fun,

I'm impressed by the coverage: one puck was more than enough to put two coats on most of my (6'5", 16st7) body. It was all two easy to wipe off the dry first coat while applying the second, giving a decidedly patchy result, but at least it was patches of green on green and looked OK form a distance. Where I managed to get a lot to stick the colour was nice and uniform, so it would probably improve with practise.The paint washes off easily. It contains a yellow pigment with dissolves away very quickly, leaving a mid-blue that takes a bit more effort or soap. One result is that if you were to, for example, paint yourself green and jump in the sea in the middle of winter,

I used this for a costume, keeping it on for a good 9+ hours. The colour was easy to apply (with a sponge and a brush). You will need a few layers for a complete cover, and dry it in between though. It dried quickly. I used spray on top of the paint, just to keep in on for longer, and to prevent accidental hand/clothes swiping it off easily.The colour gets to you clothes/hands somewhat easy, so you need to be careful for it to last a full day. Also I had the colour stick to my face well, but for example my throat and neck got hotter - so any sweat will get the paint smudging.Obviously you can get a better paint, but that's expensive, and this did serve the purpose well enough for me.

Did a trial run of this at home before halloween and it's all you really need! It's so easy to work with, add a little water to your brush beforehand to really spread the product far otherwise it can apply a little cakey.It lasts for ages too, I thought the fairly small amount would last for one or two tries of my makeup look for Halloween but I have barely used any product at all and I've practised four times now (it's a complex look!).I would definitely recommend this product and the fact it barely costs anything is also brilliant. I would suggest picking this up especially if you have children that love to do face paint throughout the year like mine does.

This is a brilliant buy, I am a complete novice at face painting and I have never considered myself the creative or artistic type but I purchased it to keep my girls amused over the October school break and with Halloween coming up. I managed to make my children look like I had paid a professional to paint their faces and then it was the children's turn to do mum and dads, my 8 and 12 year old girls did a smashing job and so this set is fabuous and the step by step booklet on designs are easy to follow and easy to accomplish. The only slight downfall is that the brushes and sponges can be a little scratchy on sensitive skin but all round an excellent buy.

I bought it to complete my Halloween costume (Ursula the sea witch) I used it not only on my face but my neck, chest, arms and back and it worked out perfect. My skin is rather delicate and I was a bit worried but it didn't itch or gave me a rush or anything, it's great! It's easy to apply and dries very quickly, also once dry it wont smudge or crackle and fall off like other body paints do. It stayed perfectly on my skin all night long and it was very easy to remove, just a quick hot soapy shower and it was gone!Amazing product, I am very happy with the results. I totally recommend Snazaroo Face Paint and will buy it again if I need to. Well done!

This is great as a starter kit or for those just wanting to create at home designs for their children. A little goes a long way and colour choice is enough for multiple designs.I’d say this kit is more suited for girls due to the pearly/shimmery colours that are included.Gentle on skin and causes no irritation, washes off easily with soap and water or even a baby wipe if you need it off fast.Only downsides are the sponges which are in the rough side and leave the paint patchy. I would advise using the triangle/wedge shaped make up sponges.Brushes are of good quality but are way too thick for fine detail.

I really like these and I think it's a good starter buy for anyone who maybe wants do fun face paints at kids parties or Halloween looks or like myself experiment with make up for photography. It is reasonably priced and you get some good colours to get you set up. Not sure if that pack would be enough for a party as the discs of colours are not very deep but you can buy extras. The photo I took was just on my phone and without filters or touched up and the white came out really good on me (I did use some of my own brushes) This kit has helped me unleash a little of my creativity and I'm grateful for that.

I purchased this pack for Halloween to paint my children's faces. All the colours we needed were in this pack and I found it great as a starter kit to get me going. It Comes with a booklet that a few different ideas and tips. I did purchase an extra white as some of my spooky designs had a white base so I was concerned that I may run out but I didn't in the end.The only thing I found was that the green did leave a yellow tinge once we washed my daughters witch face off, I would perhaps recommend using a make up primer before to minimise the yellow after effect.I'd buy again in a heartbeat. Great value!
