The Supergirl Girls Fancy Dress Costume Set from Rubie’s Masquerade UK consists of a dress with Superman logo and detachable cape, a separate gold belt and a pair of red boot socks. The cape, skirt and boot socks are a bright shiny red material while the rich blue bodice/sleeves are made of a velvety material with a good quality stitched on “S” logo badge on the chest. The gold belt is also shiny and is suitable for tying while the sleeves and boots are trimmed with the same gold material and the cape has Velcro patches for attaching/detaching. I ordered the small size 3-4 and it is a good fit for my 4-year old granddaughter who normally wears dresses suitable for 116cm height.

My daughter is 6 but wears age 8 clothes. I therefore thought to get the most out of the costume that I'd buy the age 8-10. It's absolutely enormous on her and I really wish I'd gone for the smaller one! I'd say it's suitable for age 10, definitely isn't the size of clothes shops age 8. Will probably order the smaller one as well so she can grow in to the bigger one in a few years.The dress though is amazing quality and not that awful itchy stuff they usually make fancy dress costumes out of.

Fabulous little outfit!! By daughters just turned 5 but very tall, was prefect fit in length with some growing room for the body so will last a while.. Prefect! A little more expensive than I wanted to pay, but glad I did, as the quality is superb and its made very well. Boot socks (they have no bottoms to them so they slip over the child's normal out door shoes - fab idea and look great!) very pleased mummy and an even more pleased daughter!!Delivery spot on too, received within 4 days ?

You might wonder why I have written Wonder Woman !As we placed our order Super Woman went out of stock. We were informed immediately and offered an alternative. As we were in a rush, the supplier posted it Recorded Delivery that day so we had in plenty of time. The costume itself is excellent. I very often find fancy dress costumes quite neat. My daughter is now 5 but quite tall. We bought 5-7 and she has plenty of room. Great quality for the price.

I bought this costume in Amazon UK because I couldn't do it in Spain. The order did not arrive at the indicated date and, after waiting some days, I decided to contact Amazon that quickly solved the problem with the carrier.The packet arrived today and I must say that the costume is very nice, size is right (except for the boots that are a bit small) and we are very happy with it.Thank you to Amazon workers that helped me with the delay.

This is a lovely costume for a super girl superhero as written in the tag. We bought it for a nursery party but my daughter still loves putting it on at home. The material is soft at the top and shine in the red bits - it comes with boots covers and a golden belt - which I find really honest for the price! Overall we were really pleased with this as we can use for fun activities! Ps we got a Small for a 3 years old (S=3-4 yo)

Looks absolutely stunning I have to admit. The colours are vibrant though not sure if they will remain so after a wash. Clever boot coverings and velcro cape are nice touchesBought for a 6 year old and chose the 5-7 year size. Fits her perfectly though chest a bit loose. I did think about buying the bigger size but I figured she won't want to wear this when she gets older so may as well but it so that it fits perfectly now.

This is a very well made little costume for a girl. Bought size 8 for my very tall 6 year old. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the shoe covers do not stay put and also there was some discolouration at the bottom of the cape, but my daughter didn't notice this and had a great time on 'Superhero Day' at school. I recommend it because delivery was efficient and it was good price.

The outfit was as described, my daughter is 7, the outfit was a little big but that was fine it gave room for growth, as she will at least be wearing until next year. the material was super with lovely deep blue velvet, with satin red skirt and cape and gold belt.However the boots were hugely disappointing as it was far to small and useless, this is why I gave it 4 star.

This is the best quality dress up costume I have ever bought. The price is unbelievable value for such a great quality fabric. The sleeves are soft and keep you warm in winter months, it isn't at all flimsy. My daughter is a tall, skinny 5 year old but it fit perfect. The belt is an excellent idea as it brought her in at the waist. I love it, full stop.

Really good outfit, pretty good quality! The only drawback is that the boot covers don't stay over shoes and are too small for this size outfit, my child doesn't have unusually large feet for the age group either. Sized a little large on her as she only almost 5 so will still be good for next year, apart from the boot covers! Would recommend though!

Got this for my daughter to go to nephew's 4th superhero party. All the Mum's want one especially when I said how much I paid, the material is comfy, resilient and looks luxurious! Boot covers fall down quite easily on my daughter but hoping when she grows this will improve, she loves it and is her friends' first outfit out of the dressing up box.

Arrived promptly.nice quality dress and cape not used leg covers as my daughter had red pair of boots.she looked lovely .generous size my daughter is tall for 9 years and rather stocky but there was plenty of room in dress she may even be able to wear next year ! the only downside is that it is sponge clean only why I only awarded 4 stars.

It's one of the best costumes I've bought so far. The quality is very good and well made.The shiny skirt and accessories make it look very very nice and more expensive than ehat it actually is.I've bough size M for my daughter who is a tall 4 year old and it was slightly large on the neck area, but overall it was perfect for her.

Really happy with this costume, colours are so vibrant, my daughter was so happy when she saw it, and it was a perfect fit. One improvement would be to add velcro on the front inner side of the gold belt so that it doesn't keep moving up and down on the waist. Still had to give it 5 stars because it just looks really good.
