The seller and Amazon seem to have resolved their issues - see poor ratings. Luckily for us, the right costume in the correct size arrived next day as promised.The dress is a supermarket size 5/6. I have a well-proportioned but big 4 year old (91 centile height, 75 centile weight) and it just fits. The arms in particular are snug and the dress goes over the head with the only stretch being in the bodice. You may need the next size up and to take up the length. Additionally the sheer material is very stiff and could be a little scratchy as another reviewer mentioned. However, it is a very pretty dress.Be warned the the price fluctuates wildly.

After reading mixed reviews I was worried that I would receive the wrong dress, that it would be too small and/or it would be an overall bad buy... I couldn't have been more wrong! Biting my nails I opened up the packaging to see an elsa dress... Put it on my three year old daughter (size small fits like a glove! Although she is a very petite three year old) and she has lived in it for two days straight with, I'm sure, many more days to come! My only problem with the dress is that it is sponge clean only so I'm hoping she doesn't get it too dirty too often! Considering everyone else was out of stock, I feel my daughter is so lucky have got such a beautiful dress up dress!

I bought this well before Christmas for my daughters new year birthday. It arrived in good time and looked beautiful. I bought large as although she has just turned 6, she us tall and I'm glad I did as there is not much give in the bodice or sleeves due to the type of material. The bit round the neck is a bit scratchy due to type of material so may not be suitable for very sensitive skin. My daughter complained a couple of times, then forgot about it. It looks stunning and she wore it all day. There is a fault however. The glitter just sheds of it. My house now needs to be hoovered upstairs and fine as there is glitter everywhere, sadly not much left on the dress. I would be big tempted to send it back,

My daughter turned 3 today and this is by far her favourite gift. The colour is lovely and it has lovely details. She only wears age 2-3 clothes, so I agree the dress comes up small. The length is perfect for my little one though (she's 92cm tall) and the sleeves a perfect length, any bigger would have drowned her! But she is diddy! I wanted her to have it to wear today, she'll (hopefully) be over her Frozen obsession before she out grows the dress.The organza material is a little scratchy, but it isn't bothering my little one.The hem of the dress frayed withing minutes of wearing it, so we have double hemmed it while she played and it's fine now. I would recommend turning the hem over a couple of times and stitching it,

After reading the reviews I was a bit nervous about ordering this dress, but it was what my little girl really wanted for her birthday so I took the chance and ordered it in size 5-6 for my tall 4yr old. I am so glad I did. It is lovely, I had a wee peek before her bday to make sure it wasn't tiny and it looked a good size. When she opened it, she was delighted and even wore it to nursery, I can't get it off her. It is a good fit on her, but not a lot of growing room, so if we went up a size I would have to have it taken up because it is quite a long dress. She looks like a princess wearing it. I gave it 4 stars because of the price.

My pre-schooler really wanted an 'Elsa' costume so I complied by ordering this for a special occasion as it seemed by far the best of the bunch at a reasonable price. The dress set really is very pretty indeed, it's a lovely pale-blue colour and not garish unlike others. The bodice is well stitched and covers the chest area really well, not gaping at all. The sleeves are transparent with a delicate glitter design & the cloak attaches well with velcro. Yes, there is a glitter element to this set but it doesn't come off in swathes! There's a little dusting of it after wear, I can cope with that. My 3-year old loves it and looks lovely in it!

Finally managed to get an Elsa Dress that did not cost at least GBP40 as they go for on the popular auction site. It arrived very quickly and looks well enough made. Only time will tell. She has not got it yet.Similar material to the other princess dresses. Although this one is slightly thinner than my daughter's Belle, Rapunzel and Sleeping Beaty outfits. All came from one of the 3 big Supermarkets at GBP12. Paid GBP20 for the large size Elsa costume. I suppose they are so popular hence markup in price. My daughter is quite small at 4.5 years But looking at the dress I am glad I bought the large size. It looks to be on the small size.

The price of £95 (!!) was very excessive, but we bought it because cheaper version was out of stock. Quality and finish were very good, so it will probably last longer than the cheaper version. Our six year old loved it. Ordered via Amazon, marketed by Rubys Masquerade, but dispatched by ORCA in Spain. Arrived two days after order, but wrong size, so had to be returned. ORCA staff in Spain were very helpful, and arranged for me to return it to a London (UK) address. Replacement arrived a few days later.... only just in time for the birthday party...phew!!

Bought this for my little girl to wear to a 'be Elsa for a day' event. I therefore got to compare it to other such items. This is definitely in the premier league - not as good as the premium version in Disney Store but also only half the price. I was very pleased with it but more to the point my daughter thought it was lovely. She has since worn it lots of times and it still looks good. Don't agree with other reviewers comments about it lasting just one day. I ignored the label and washed it and it came out looking like new.

Beautiful else dress value for money. Medium red red as we have all the other dresses. Released that tha wrong dress didn't arrive as per other reviews. Received jan 2014 so seller must have this problem sorted out. My daughter is a tall age 3 and half I always order age 5 to 6 and then take a hem of 2 inches up on bottom as we need the width and she is very slender. Means we can let hem down later when she grows further. Lovely dress. Daughter delighted! Gonna buy the Anna one next.

Purchased age 7-8 for my 6 year old daughter tallish but not broad (124cm, 23cm waist) it just fits and quality wise I expect it only to last the length of the princess ball it was bought for. Delighted with the design and the dress, although as I say not great quality. You get what you pay for, if you want better quality go to the Disney store but on the whole delighted. No problems with seller, arrived the day after the estimated delivery date but again not a problem. Many thanks.

Like most children at the moment, my daughter is hooked on Frozen & as soon as she saw this dress she wanted it! I had my reservations about buying it as some reviews I had read said that it was itchy and so their children couldnt wear it but decided it was worth chancing & im glad I did! My little girl adores it and has had no problem wearing it for hours at a time! Really pleased with it! I have one very happy little girl!! :)

I bought this for my daughter's birthday - Disney and others all sold out. Was worried wrong dress might arrive as per several previous reviewers said. I wasn't to be diasapointed tho. My 5 year old has almost lived in this dress - well made, very hard wearing and a a quarter of price of disney store. Really glad I took the risk of ordering from this company as they were the only one who had it in stock.

I ordered 7-8 years for my daughter who is going to be 6 in August, fits her perfectly, so I would recommend that size for 6 years old. Very pretty dress and lovely detail, only negative is material is quite itchy, easily solved though with long sleeved top underneath. Overall very happy with my purchase and a very happy little girl all ready for her fancy dress party. Speedy delivery too! Thanks

My daughter loves this costume! Her only complaint is that the sleeves are a bit itchy, but this happens with most of these type of costumes. It is lovely and sparkly, and good quality for the price paid. I bought age 5-6 for my 6 year old daughter (who is small for her age) and the sleeves are a little tight, but the dress is long so this was probably the best choice for her.
