Arrived on time. It certainly did resemble Elsa unlike others I’ve seen. Smaller and lighter than anticipated.You have to hold onto the head to stop it toppling over when brushing and putting clips into the hair.

A excellent piece of kit, arrived on time, really good value my Grandaughter is going to just love it for Christmas. Can recommend.
