Firstly I didn't buy my item from amazon.I think everyone by now has heard of frozen and knows someone or has a family member who loves it. It is hard not to love.I'm 22 years old and I LOVE IT! I started collecting the dolls about a month or so ago.Unfortunately due to the demand of Frozen dolls coming across them was difficult. Everywhere was out of stock because of Christmas. I couldn't get them anywhere, but luckily a relative managed to find me a Sparkle Anna and Elsa.I can't really review the dolls quality as i am a collector I won't open them but I can review what I see.Firstly it might be a good idea to point out that these dolls are made by Mattel but with a licence with Disney,

My daughter absolutely adores this doll and she has been played with since we bought it. My biggest concern though is that the boots come off very easily and within one day, she had lost one. Shame that there is no way of buying replacements and she is distraught about this. The hair has remained in its bunches though the skirt and cape have been on and off as much as a light switch. The clothing seems sturdy enough and has withstood the rough dressing and undressing of a 4 year old. The tiara on the doll was held on by an elastic band with my daughter wanted rid of, then the tiara doesn't stay on anymore but hey ho, that is no biggie!

Really lovely doll, great quality and the detail is really good. Looks just like Anna from the film! If you look around at all the sellers you can get the doll at a good price, although I didn't think this was doll was expensive at £16.99 as they are in high demand just now, and other Barbie products range from £20.00 upwards! Just watch the estimated delivery date as I was about to purchase this doll from another seller and the dates were between 3 to 4 weeks! Great product and my partners daughter was absolutely delighted when she opened it, and it is now her favourite doll which is the best bit :)

I am starting to collect dolls and Anna is the first one. She is very nice and detailed. You can see the freckles that dust her cheeks clearly. For an ornament that will just stand in a glass cupboard she does the job and looks very nice. For a toy I think little girls will love her especially toddlers but I would think that since her top/bodice is on her permently it may annoy them as they can't really dress her up in different clothes. That would have annoyed me when I was younger.

A must for any frozen fan.I bought this for my daughter who is only 20 months old so I had to remove the tiara and boots as risk of choking on these small parts.as the toy is recommend for 3 years plus I expected that.the doll which is about the size of a Barbie doll comes with removable skirt and cloak.the only negative about this toy was the packaging. There were too many little bands to remove before giving to my child.nightmare!

My daughter loves this doll and I think it's slightly better than the Elsa one for toddlers for one main reason. The shoes are harder to pull off so when a toddler is playing with it; they don't randomly fall off!The top of the dress and shoes can be removed. The crown can also be removed but once removed; can never go back on and stay on (my daughter has lost the crown already).Little one loves it so 5 stars for me.

My child is obsessed with Frozen film. Been cinema twice already waiting for a DVD to come out. My daughter especially liked Anna character, when I bought this doll as part of her Birthday gifts, she enjoyed the doll the most. I am happy that I did not hesitate and bought this doll, I will probably buy Kristoff doll too if she behaves well.

this is the second Frozen doll I have purchased as a Christmas present for my granddaughter, she absolutely adores anything to do with Frozen. I can't wait to see her little face on Christmas morning when she opens her present.This arrived on time, well packaged, and not to expensive as a gift!!

Bought as a Christmas present for my granddaughter when these were really hard to get in the shops. Very good price, product was well packaged and just as described. It arrived within 3 days of ordering at a busy time of year so very pleased with it and my granddaughter loved it.

It's an Anna doll!! Looks like the character about the same size as a barbie. Clothes can be swapped too. Not sure what the sparkle bit refers to if I'm honest. I paid £20 which I thought was fair for a branded doll. Now price is down to at least £15 so well worth it.

A pretty albeit little doll for a little princess. Perfect size for a little girl to play with. Expensive for what it is but that is the price you pay for a very popular item that was out of stock everywhere else. My partner's 4 year old loved her so well worth it.

Specifically requested for Christmas by four-year old granddaughter. She was thrilled with it and immediately began making up conversations between "Anna" and "Elsa". The figure does more than other reviews had led me to believe so I was pleasantly surprised.

My daughter absolutely loves the doll but the stitching has come undone on the skirt already. Also why do they stick those stupid tag things on the head to keep the crown on but when you come to cut them, you are left with a spiky bit on the head!

This was bought as a birthday present for my Grandaughter who is currently fixated with the film 'Frozen'. Her birthday is imminent so we will know better when she opend it if it lives up to expectations. It looked very nice in the package.

I bought this doll for my 4year old neice, who is a massive fan of anything Disney frozen after watching the film,anyway I would say that this doll is as described, and a must for any little girl, she loves it, buy this , I recommend it.
