Fantastic, good quality, genuine Mattel product (I ordered from Amazon themselves), my Daughter loves it, takes the clothes off etc - the sleeves are part of the doll and for those who think there are no shoes, look in the packaging!Very good qulaity hair, getting brushed loads and still all there - dress is a perfect match to my little girls Frozen outfit so lots of fun. Good size, currently living in a Barbie Malibu mansion, 3 year olds have the greatest imagination.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my 4½ year old granddaughter and I'll never forget her excitement when she saw it. Suddenly I was the world's best Granny. The doll seems to be of good quality. The skirt, shoes and sparkly cape are removable (and were removed) but the bodice, sleeves and pants are painted on so preserve Elsa's modesty. This is the must-have doll of the moment and I'm sure every little girl would be thrilled to own it.

I bought this doll for my daughter's birthday as a very disappointing Disney store had no frozen dolls at all. Can't believe they would have no dolls from there biggest selling movie anyway this one has done the job bit diappionted that it doesn't have moveable arms which they Disney ones do and are much cheaper at 12.50 usually. But my daughter loves it nonethe less quick delivery to so not bad.thanks

I already got DVDS before here in Amazon UK from my cousin so this was my first purchase that I got here in Amazon Uk for Elsa from Frozen doll. Quality of doll is good as I like her outfit and her features(despite the fact she hasn't got the big quiff like the Disney version),looks just like Elsa,even though its from Matel. Price was cheap. Came here today by post. Out of 5 4 stars.

I was lucky enough to get this Elsa doll while it was at £16.99, they are sold out everywhere!!! I had to wait about 3 months for it to be delivered but I was not prepared to pay over the odds for it as it is just a Barbie doll size. Its for my daughters 3rd birthday, she is a fan of the film so is going to love it!

greta service as always i live in spain and for years iv brought from amazon and never had a problem....my daughter loves frozen last year she got ana and elsa was sold out so she will be so pleased ....doll is lovely great price..and carefull the shoes are at the bottom of the box!!!!!

bought this on behalf of my mum to give to my 7yr old sister, very lovely doll I'm sure come Christmas day she will love it, arrived quickly and on time. currier was a bit questionable unmarked van with no id or company details. other than that the product is exactly as pictured

A pretty albeit little doll for a little princess. Perfect size for a little girl to play with. Expensive for what it is but that is the price you pay for a very popular item that was out of stock everywhere else. My partner's 4 year old loved her so well worth it.

I managed to buy one of these months before Christmas in readiness for my nieces present. Frozen seems to be cat nip for kids, so true to form I was the best uncle in the world on Christmas Day! Priceless. And I'm proud to say I still haven't watched the film!

I ordered for my daughter's sixth birthday on behalf on my luddite/technophoic in-laws. My daughter loves Frozen, so I know she will love it!It is expensive for what it is, but it had just sold out everywhere else (and I wasn't the one paying for it)!

well we paid a lot for it as our daughter only decided she liked frozen the week before christmas she had the dvd from it coming out, still supply and demand and all that, it came quickly and she plays with elsa every day so money well spent really.

Lovely doll! Used for birthday cake that my grand daughter had asked me to make after watching constantly on internet. She probably could have made it herself !! Everyone thought we had bought cake. Bought another one for my other grand daughter.

My little granddaughter is busting for xmas as she loves anything to do with Frozen and hoping she will get a frozen doll for xmas, so i can't wait to see her face when she opens this xmas morning, Yes this is well made and value for the money

What can I say I managed to buy an elsa doll at a discounted price during the height of frozen madness. She still sits around the table with us even now. Great condition and im loving the prepainted leotard somehow makes her more decent

Elsa was a complete delight with her long blonde tresses and sparkly dress. My 4 year old granddaughter took her clothes off to play with her and then put them back on again when she had finished so that her dress wouldn't get messy.
