The eyes lashes arrived faulty on our Elsa doll with one set of lashes missing but this ended being a blessing in disguise as we trimmed the other one down and Elsa looks amazing, she really is a beautiful doll and girls love her. The dress is amazing quality with a removable over skirt and her hair is lovely. We have the lots Disney store frozen dolls and this is now our favourite!

Ok so when this arrived a few days before Christmas I was a bit like oh heck. She looks ok but not really what I expected her to look like. However my 2 year old ripped the paper off Christmas Day and screamed ELSA!!! So tbh it must look ok because she loved it!! I’ve taken the shoes away as they are a bit of choking hazard for smaller kids but she’s a lovely doll

I bought this when it was reduced to under £10. This was then put with the Santa stuff. My daughter absolutely loves her and we thunk it was great value for money. No problems here.

Item is lovely. All joints can move such as wrists etc. Dress is lovely quality and overall doll is perfect.The recipient did question the eyelashes mind but hardly a concern lol.

Bought this when was on offer, my daughter loves it, though doesn't do anything I wouldn't pay the full price for it. But can't complain for £14 at the time.

This doll is stunning!! There is a lot of details on her face, her dress is beautiful, everything is very high quality. My daughter loves it!!

Same as the anna, everything is perfect except for the eyebrows will need a trim with a tiny pair of scissors

Beautiful doll, crazy big eyelashes. Doesn't sing anything and shoes fall off easily
