Come earlier than estimate date which was a relief. Estimated date was 5th of February when I ordered and comes within 3 days. I thought it wasn’t going to make it for my daughter’s birthday. My daughter loves everything frozen she’s turned 4 and I decided throw her a frozen party and I got her this doll for her gift and other frozen goodies. The doll looks nice and it is a good size. Haven’t opened yet waiting until her birthday. The price is great it was on offer when I got it so not bad at all. Can’t wait to see my daughter’s reaction when she see this on her party. Definitely recommend this for every frozen fan.Update my daughter loved it she’s taking it every with her she’s keep saying mama I love my doll ?she wasn’t letting it go the doll goes everywhere with now.

All I can say is that this Elsa doll is absolutely beautiful and well made.She was bought for my daughter as she was a good girl while I was away for work for a short time and surprised her with it when I returned. Unfortunately 24 hours later my kid threw her in the bin and announced “don’t like Elsa now” and “don’t like mummy anymore either”. So she’s mine now and looks amazing with my collectibles. For the 24 hours she owned her she loved her intensely I guess young love fizzles out too quickly.Would buy again, but not for a horrible 3 year old!

A lovely finished product. But the reason I only give it three stars is because the lovely ice cape will not stay on for love nor money!! It’s a shame as it’s one of the nicest parts about the product and I didn’t even know it had that on it but it just falls off instantly. The doll itself, the boots, the clothing and the hair is really good quality. My daughter is only 2 1/2 and a he’s very happy with it and not bothered about the ice cape, I think it bothers me more!!

Just as described. It's the original Disney doll, it looks just like in the picture.I bought it as a present for my niece because she is obsessed with Frozen and she loves it.It's quite a good price for a Disney doll and it makes an ideal present for your little one.Note that it's the Elsa from Frozen 2, so the clothes are different from the first movie.

Elsa came in an official Disney frozen box, price was great, it's always a worry when you find something cheap whether it'll be fake or not but it's definitely a original and not fake, doll is great, daughter loves it, her clothes arnt easy to take off which is great if your child constantly likes to get her dolls naked!

The doll is pretty simple.An Elsa doll.Got it for good value but although I knew it didn't sing, in hindsight I wish I had bought doll that did sing. I can't fault the item for that. I knew what I was buying.I've no doubt it will be played with anyway (keeping as part of daughters birthday coming up)

It's Elsa! She arrived all packed up in an astounding amount of wrapping, all recyclable I hasten to add. She was priced within the parameters of a Disney doll. My granddaughter will love her just as my daughter loved whatever doll was around when she was three going on four. I have no complaints ?.

Exactly how the picture looks, my daughter loves the new frozen 2 film and this is going to be one of her Christmas presents, cheapest price I could find in comparison to other shops, however arrived and the box was slightly crushed so the packaging is a bit squished but overall lovely.

I bought this as part of my daughter's birthday present and she loved it! Nice sized doll with removable clothing (my daughter has the Anna doll too and likes to swap their clothes around!). Sturdy parts that won't come off easily - well made. A must-have for any young Frozen fan!

Lovely doll for my 6 yr old granddaughter, she was absolutely thrilled with it. I thought it very good value for money considering the hype of frozen 2, I was expecting it to be a lot more expensive. Arrived quickly and presented well in the box. One very happy little girl.

An instant hit with GD, it was lovely to see her face as she moved the paper out if the delivery box, she loves her, bought when on a price drop.Yes the legs are a different colour to the body, it looks better to see the legs the same colour as her boots.

It’s a lovely product it’s for my gran Daugther for Xmas x value for the money , but I have to say I bought the doll at £9.99 fab value and a writing pad , it all came to over £20 pounds and still had to pay delivery which then made it not such good value ?

Excellent value for money. My daughter loves her doll. My daughter is almost 4 and often plays with her doll. I’m not too concerned that she can’t bend her legs, it’s not needed really. Happy with the buy especially at the price.

My daughter was extremely excited about this and it looks a little different from the online image. It’s also smaller than I thought it would be. The cape keeps falling off as well. Still a pretty doll but not good quality.

Purchased this for a Christmas as present for my frozen mad 3 year old. She’s going to love it. Packaged well, in proper packaging. For the price of £10 you can not go wrong. I look forward to sending it to Santa.
