First time to buy and use one of these, so thought this was a good buy together with 20 or so belts. Very easy to use and aligning and replacing the belts also easy. I am sanding pallet wood for future garden seating project and although it's adequate for the task, I think a more powerful one may make the task a bit quicker. The collection bag works well and is also easy to empty. Overall very pleased with Silverline 810W sander.

I bought this product to strip eight years varnish from my outside furniture consisting of an 2m table & six chairs. This after I had 'burnt out' my smaller sander before I had even done a chair. No such problem with the Silverline Sander it not only stripped the varnish with ease but left the table/chairs needing only a light sanding to make them ready for oiling. An excellent product, one of my better buys.

mid priced item . Turned out to be better quality than expected. Powerful action , very useful lock on switch and adapter to clamp upside down converting it to a bench tool . Not to heavy. You could spend a lot more but unlikely to get better performance . Making it a useful fixed bench tool made my decision

I was replacing an older Silverline which has given me good service, in my opinion this new one isn't as good. main reasons no flange on the drive roller for the sanding belt, no speed speed control (just an on/off trigger) and noise. So did use the old one to finish the 6' x 2' table

I bought this to strip 100 years of paint off an old oak door. It started off well, ripping through the stubborn surface. However the dust collection bag is useless, the zip broke on the first undo!! Now I have a great sander that's an absolute pain to use because of the dust!

Well worth the money it is a light weight sander, what would improve it would be to fit a flange to the passive roller and increase the power which would speed it up a bit. But its easy to use, even one handed, its not too noisy and the dust collection is very efficient.

Good value product, but description states it has a Pressure sensitive speed control which to me implies more than one speed, but it is simply an ON Off switch. I probably would have bought a different one if I had known, but it is still a good sander.

Great sander, does the business! Only issue is fan outlet on the side has a habit of blowing dust in your eye, even with eye protection. Other than that perfect, and fixing brackets to convert to bench sander is spot on!

Been looking for a reasonably priced belt sander for a while, so I purchase the silverstorm 631320, used it several times, I am very satisfied with it !!!.

I could this product for my father. So far he loves it, he hasn’t put it to the proper test yet but he’s very happy with how it runs. Thankyou

Over a year on and off use, more than most I would guess. Hasn't broken yet. Has enough power and the belts are easy to install and setup.

Very useful anchorage system to hold it upside down and present wooden article to it rather than the other way around.

Works fine. Makes a lot of dust. Need to be careful if turning it over and clamping it to a bench.
