I bought this spring balence to weigh haynets for horses. So far it has faired well and not broken.It's easy to use and the numbers are OK to see.The only notable issue is that the balance starts off at 1-2lb of weight on the reading before putting a load on. This happened over many uses so may be due to wear on the spring. I can see having to replace this after a lot of use.

Why would you want any fancy scales that need batteries.n They worked well when I was a recruit in the army and they weighed your kit and years later they are still doing the same job but this time mostly for holiday luggage. Brilliant price, sturdy and well made

Excellent product that I will be using using the winter months whilst sea fishing. I really needed something strong and sturdy that I could rely on and this is exactly what the product is. Very competitively priced and very prompt delivery

Excelent little weighing gadget. I have used it to weigh my bee hives to make sure the bees have adequate stores to feed themselves throughout the winter. I weighed each side and then added the readings together and it worked well.

You simply do not need fancy electronic baggage scales - just buy these and have confidence they will be all that you require.Fab price, robust and accurate. What more do you want in a small set of scales?

Just what I wanted for work, I weigh a laser printer or other item before I lift it and if it weighs more than 25kg I won't lift it on my own> if they insist then I tell them to F'#~ off!

The dial was a little askew on mine, so it may not be too accurate. But I marked my luggage limit on it with a piece of tape (the numbers are a little small) and it worked well enough.

Very sturdy, good value and easy to read. Packaging very OTT for such a small item but not surprising with amazon sometimes. Would recommend item and buy again in future if required.

I’ve been under feeding my boy! This is a very straightforward item, easy to use, easy to read the weight, I just hung it up on a doorway so the hay nets is swinging free. Brilliant!

this is ideal for weighing a number of items. i use it to weigh extinguishers as part of my job. could do with a proper handle to hold heavier items with but otherwise its great

This is very good value for money . it is unnecessary to purchase a special spring balance to weigh holiday luggage this does the job

Seems robust so far. I struggle to read the graduations when the light is shining on it because of the reflective surface.

Says pocket , fine if you have big pockets, other than that it does what it says on the tin , works fine for the price

Use them for weighing luggage. I have added a cut down broom handle to make holding them up easier. Scales work fine.

I use it for weighing the cat. But only after I've put him in his travel box! Good for cases too, I believe.
