Will never bother with another shoe. Usually do a daily 10k that takes me across beaches, pine forest and some hard packed trails around where I live. These shoes are superb and with enough protection to wad off the occasional root or sharp stone. Love them.

My favourite pair of trail shoes have for a long time been my Speedcross Vario version one. The only issue I ever had was they were initially too tight around my toes. I've had no such issue with the Speedcross 2...perfect sizing.

Bought these trainers for a tough mudder event to replace a previous pair of Salomon Speedcross. Required no breaking in and performed well for the event. Great grip, very comfortable and no blisters. Would definitely recommend

Got size 9 as I always do, found these ok if barefoot or very thin socks. If using a thicker sports sock you may find them too tight. But it’s early day’s yet and still breaking them in. But for comfort you can’t beat them.

Sent second pair back as much smaller than expected. I usually wear a 10 but went for 11 then 11.5. Very short with toe close to end. Got 12 on the way now.They feel good quality though and were comfy apart from the toes!

Tried them in dry sunny conditions. Excellent fit (size 8) seamed to be very well made. Too early o tell how long they will last and how they will be in different conditions. Very grippy on the slightly muddy terrain.

Shoe is exactly as expected from Salomon with the only issue being that you will need to buy half a size larger than normal to get a normal fit. I am a size 8 in every other shoe but these fit perfectly in an 8.5.

I've got narrow feet, and these trail trainers were tight across my feet, had to send them back. But the quality of the trainer's was excellent, only wished they were a better fit.

Great quality trainer with good grip and a comfortable fit for a narrow foot, although slightly on the short side. Buy a half size up - I’m UK 10 and will buy 10.5 next time.

Great light weight trek shoe, very good grip. The shoe is narrow so if u have a wide foot may have to try it for comfort. Fit size is accurate and has half sizes if in doubt.

Quality trainer very good value for money second pair ive owned possibly get a larger size i am a nine had to get a size 10 this time 9 ok 10 bit better for movement

Amazing trail shoes, light, tough, fab grip.Make sure to order whole size bigger than your usual size. Huge fan of Salomon shoes, but i always order a size bigger.

I love these shoes. I find them good for road & trail if the trail is not overly wet with slippery mud. If it is I recommend the speed cross 4 - another favourite.

Love the shoes , brand ,comfort , all !Used for 2 years , walking , driving , even walk in Atlantic Ocean while last 2 holidays.Highly recomended shoes .

Usually Buy Speedcross 3 but i am doing slightly more road running than Orienteering at the moment so these have grat cushioning compared to S/C 3.
