I've never been a lover of Rimmel mascaras in the past as I have found that they tend to have really wet formulas which makes them prone to clumping, so this mascara has been a real surprise for me as it isn't as wet as the others I've tried. I love the big, doll eyed look, and this mascara gives my lashes the mega volume, great separation and rich colour to make the look easy to achieve.I've not experienced flaking or smudging, plus it holds my curl all day. The volumizing abilities of this are unbeatable, plus the increase of length is good too - and since the brand doesn't promise any added length with this product,

I don't wear a tonne of makeup but I do love having curled eyelashes as you can just wear a light bit of foundation, mascara, a bright lip and you're done! In the past I've used a metal eyelash curler and this summer I had an eyelash perm (amazing - nothing will beat that!)In my quest for curly eyelashes I have tried curling mascaras in the past and been woefully disappointed, but this is completely different….IT ACTUALLY WORKS!I have to say, it's an exaggeration to say that it reaches 90 degrees of curl, but it certainly does curl them upwards and more importantly holds them in a more tidy uniform line rather than all the individual lashes looking a bit messy and haphazard.I applied this on to one eye,

I'm reviewing the Rimmel London 24 Hour Supercurler Mascara in black. Here are my thoughts:^^ It's a nice chunky tube of mascara, and for me that makes it easier to handle and find in my handbag/make-up bag.^^ The mascara wand application is big, with a curved, rounded end. Perfect shape to apply.^^ Best of all, this mascara is long lasting and does make my lashes look huge and curly!^^ For best results Rimmel recommend this way to apply :1) Start by coating the top of your lashes, rolling the brush up and out.2) Follow by wiggling the brush slowly up and out from the root of your lashes.3) For extra lift, use the brush vertically and brush up through your lashes.Overall:Were my lashes visibly curved and volumised?

Ok, so I've never tried a curling mascara before or even used eye lash curlers as I never saw the point, and quite frankly I don't have the time to play with curlers. After using this mascara I have realised that I should have used it years ago, or at least what would have been available at the time. The wand is curved to match the shape of your eye and after a few minutes I was using it like a pro. It leaves your lashes nicely separated and curled away from your eyes, not only does this makes the lashes look nicer but it also accentuates your natural eye shape, making your eyes seem bigger. Because your lashes are curled in opposite directions the top and bottom lashes never meet each other and get stuck together which is one of my pet hates about normal mascara,

I don't believe in spending a lot of money on mascara which is why I tend to stick with Rimmel; I find it's good value for money. This mascara is no exception, but my word, it's chunky! The container, that is. I actually find it a little difficult to hold because it's so fat, however, having said that it apparently holds 12ml of mascara which is much more than a couple of old ones I have lurking at the bottom of my make up drawer. They're both well known brands and are 6ml and 8ml, and actually cost about the same as this one.Application with the slightly curved brush is easy; it isn't prone to clumping and does, indeed, make my lashes look much thicker and longer.

Rimmel of London as and probably always will be high on my list for their beauty products, especially their mascara.I've been enjoying wearing Rimmel for many years now, and I'm very pleased to try out their excellent 24 hour supercurler mascara.I have unfortunately extremely small lashes that have no natural curl , length or volume whatsoever, and as I expected Rimmel produced wonderful length curl and volume for me ( I now see my lashes ) very pleasing results.The all in one formula gave me volume ,length, curl and colour that does last up to 24 hours, and I'm loving the eye shape brush for easy , mistake_ proof application and is a pleasure to applyI would probably say this is one of their best products to date,

I have long been a fan of mascara ( Over the last 25+ years, there is barely a day I don't wear it) and this particular one is a favourite.It is easy to apply and gives a dramatic effect to your eyelashes, I apply at least 2 coats of this, allowing it to dry in-between, this gives me a rich dark lash that lasts all day without flaking or smudging.This has a nice sized brush which gets plenty of mascara on to it from the tube and then on to your lashes. It is the shape of this brush that is the secret to the curl as it applies the wet mascara to the base, which then dries and hey presto the wide awake curl is created. Now if I had not opened this mascara first I might have thought someone had shoved the wand back into it and got it stuck as a funny looking brush shape.I like the ease of application two coats and yes the lashes do stand out, more and an exaggerated effect for sure is achieved. Only problem I have is that it does not say anything about sensitive eyes or if suitable for wearing if using contacts. Not had stingy or red eyes yet after a couple of applications so far. The black is a harsh true black and just the thing for festive night time eyewear glamour and cheap for the price.Taking it off not the easiest, used a oil based remover and that took a good couple of goes before all removed.Yes would use it but not everyday,

I’ve always rated Rimmel cosmetics and I used their mascara for decades from when I was fifteen. This particular one is very good and helps to curl your eyelashes. The consistency of the mascara is excellent – it goes on smoothly without clogging and dries to a nice shine. It remains intact all day and doesn’t smudge against foundation.However, the size and thickness of the brush and the bulky applicator are not to my liking. When I was younger, and my lashes were long and thick, this brush wouldn’t have been a problem. Nowadays, I need a mascara brush with a little more precision - and a wand that I can manoeuvre better.

I was a bit hesitant to try this mascara because I often find '24-hour' difficult to remove but am pleased to say this wasn't. Although I do use a proprietary eye make-up remover. The colour is black. It has a pleasant scent and goes on evenly without the least bit of clumping. It says it's formulated with built-in lash curling power but it doesn't explain how this works – I'm wondering if It's just that it comes with the brush bent to a kink. I can't say I noticed any lengthening or curling but it's nice mascara. I was quite surprised at how it didn't run even when I splashed water onto my face. Neither does irritate giving you that red eye look. I'm not a contact-lens wearer,

I've used Rimmel mascara in the past and have not been that impressed, but wanted to give this new one a try as it has a curved brush and I've found that with other brands (Benefit) this has really worked for me.I have been really surprised and delighted by this, I am now a convert and will be using this Rimmel mascara as my everyday choice (probably still using the more expensive Benefit for special occasions!!).The mascara looks high quality; the purple and gold outer casing is really nice and the casing is not flimsy at all. The wand itself is easily removed and the brush does not get clogged up at all. The curved brush really does curl the lashes very well and the effect lasted all day.Easily removed at the end of the day,

It's true! This mascara actually curls my little, short, stubby lashes and makes them look longer! I usually have to use an eyelash curler and my trusty Avon lengthening mascara, but this works well without the need for curlers!As for the volume, I have to say it doesn't make my lashes look much thicker, but they are lovely, long and fluttery and there are no clumps. It says you can use it over your usual mascara, so you could try putting a volumising mascara on first and then using this as a second coat to lift and curl; but I'm happy just the way it is!

he product was used and tested by my wife whose comments and feedback were used as the basis for this review.Have always liked Rimmel products. It comes as a 12ml tube which is small enough to fit into handbags, perhaps slightly too big for a purse. The extreme black colour and the volumising effect helps to give wonderful thick lashes. The application is smooth and easy with little or no clumping, and does indeed provide a great finish. The mascara is more than adequately waterproof and doesnt easily run when exposed to small amounts of water.

Does this curl your lashes? Yes, it does. I was surprised as I have tried others that plainly don't. I usually start with a lash curler and even then my lashes can straighten out. I used the curler as usual and then applied this mascara. It is a little thicker than my present mascara and it coats the lashes well, but beware of any clumping. I was surprised that it did lift well. I will certainly use it again.It will take some removing, so an oily remover, usually for waterproof mascaras is ideal. or perhaps I put too much on!

You get a lot of curl for your buck with this mascara! When I got home from work I thought my wife had fake eyelashes fitted - so obvious was the effect. This mascara volumises and curls eyelashes so that they really stand out and they look really black too!It is easy to apply, although not as easy to get off, but this is the sort of make up that really makes an impression - immediately - on anyone.If you are looking for a better mascara at a sensible price, then look no further this really works!
