First of all, the product came extremley fast. I bought the colour milk but have heard good things about the other colours.I love this eye pencil, you can use in your waterline or you can use it for what i use it for, as an eyeshadow primer. I just place this all over my lid and blend with my ring finger or an eyeshadow brush before i do my eyeshadow. If you have one of the coloured ones, they will also work as an eyeshadow primer. You can place them all over the lid on its own or, for example if you have the gold one, you can use that on your lid then set with a shimmery golden eyeshadow for a bright and vibrant look! I also place it on the middle of my eyelid and around the inner corner for when i'm adding pops of highly pigmented, bright shadows. Milk is espiecally good for this. I would definitely recommend this pencil for that purpose and the eyeshadows used stick to the white on the lid so they last longer and appear more vibrant. The formulation is creamy and smooth and the colour is a highly pigmented, true white colour with no undertones of cream etc. You can use black bean as an eyeshadow base as well if your opting for a heavy, smokey eye look. As for the other colours, i have heard great things! Highly pigmented, smooth and blendable colours with an interesting range of shades to suit different skin tones. I would definitely recommend this product and also a sharpener with a jumbo pencil hole if you dont already have one! This pencil will last a very long time, definitely recommend!

NYX Cosmetics Jumbo Eye Pencil(Horse Radish) for me is the perfect eye shadow for two main reasons I love the colour and it is so easy to use. I found the actual texture very creamy which made it so easy for me to blend it in and I could make it darker or lighter by either adding more or simply blending in using a clean finger tip or even an eye shadow applicator. It was also very easy to match in with other eye-shadows which helped me change how my other eye shadows looked when applied. One other reason for me loving this actual eye pencil is the price as it is so well priced for the actual quality of cosmetic makes this for me the perfect buy.I was at the start wary for buying a brand fromthe internet which I have never used or seen before plus the fact I would have sensitive skin and there are even certain more expensive high end brands which makes my eyes burn really hot and so painful once applied plus the fact they make my eyes water like a garden hose. This for me was another reason which I was not sure whether or not this was the eye pencil for me, I can honestly say I have used this every day for a full week and have had no ill effects therefore I was so happy that at last I am able to buy this brand so easily and so cheaply.I would highly recommend the NYX cosmetics Jumbo Eye Pencil the perfect buy for anyone who likes to have good quality cosmetics at a very reasonable price.

I bought four of these pencils after so many beauty blogs mentioned using them as eye primers. I have very dark eyelids, and have trouble getting light colors to look right. 'Milk' as an opaque white primer that intensifies and holds shadows all day? Sign me up!The pencils are quite pigmented, especially 'Milk'. But they are a bit greasy, too. My lids are very greasy, so they don't set up as nicely for me as for a lot of folks. And I started using them in hot weather (I'm outside all the time), and my shadows were all running together. We did have a couple of days with cool weather, though, and they worked great for me all day, so in fall/winter I'll be using them all the time!Along with 'Milk',I also ordered 'Lavender', 'Gold', and 'Lime'. The gold is excellent, although quite a bit darker than the color chart showed. The 'Lime' is not as yellow/green as it looked; the frost gives it a silver cast but it doesn't seem to affect the green shadow colors much when they are put on top of it. 'Lavender' is a really light, super frosted color that wasn't quite what I was looking for; it doesn't really give a purple base but it does lighten up my dark lids nicely.I will probably end up buying a couple more colors, but I do wish the color chart was a little more accurate.

I love these pencils! And for such a cheap price, they are highly pigmented and very soft. I have been looking for an alternative to MAC's shadesticks because I'm unemployed, looking for work and don't wanna spend nearly £20 on one product and honestly I think MAC are WAY overpriced for their products, anyway I was looking for an alternative to use as a base for my eye shadows as they crease and transfer without a base and I saw on YouTube that many people used these as bases, so bought Milk and Black Bean. When I received them this morning (15th February)I opened them and smelt them, they didn't have a intense smell like some products do or a horrible rubber smell.Black Bean on the other hand did have a very slight floral smell, but nothing to bad and nothing to complain about. I tested Milk in my eyelid, blended it in and applied an eyeshadow and my eyeshadow looked AMAZING, compared to how dull it look in the container.I also found out that the Milk and Black Bean make a awesome eyeliner for your waterline and lasts ages and doesn't transfer or wash away with the wetness of the eyes.

I bought this in the color Milk specifically for my waterline (make me look more awake at work lol) and it works wonderfully for that! It's super creamy and reallllllly well pigmented, meaning it's very easy to go too heavy with it (found that out the first time I used it), also if put on after other eyeliner (on the lash line I mean), the other eyeliner will likely rub off on the pencil and make colored marks on it.It shipped fast and in good condition, bubble wrapped so I'm happy with that.I gave it five stars because it does exactly what I got it for and it's also really good quality (wouldn't expect less from NYX),it never tugs on my eyes and it's so pigmented that just one swipe on my waterline lasts for a couple hours (better than most considering where it is). I also really love how creamy it is, I imagine if it were to be used as a base, you wouldn't have to use much, or you'd run the risk of creasing. But since you wouldn't use as much product at once, it will probably last longer.I loved it and would recommend it.

The colors are pretty and they work pretty well, especially for those (if you are like me) that can’t use powder pigments and anything on the waterline. I can advocate that these are not good for the waterline with sensitive eyes, but because there is no fallout I can say they help avoid problems caused by random makeup dust or liquids getting into the eye. However, I would have dropped the score when reviewing this objectively. Two of the pencils that I purchased have product that isn’t smoothed on the inside, and it’s a waste of product when you have to constantly sharpen the pencil. It’s so soft that they make a mess of my sharpener- there is a chance of crossing the colors by accident.I like them and use these a lot,and I bought more because it’s the only eyeshadow that hasn’t stung my eyes, but the execution needs to be improved.5 stars because it’s worth it to me with my sensitivity to most makeup, but if you’re a typical makeup user I can’t really recommend these.

I have a handful of these pencils from the milk/white color to silver to the strawberry pink and I keep buying them over and over again. The milk/white really makes the eyes pop. This color -- strawberry milk -- is more subtle than the milk/white color. What I love about all of these pencils is that they are soft going on without being too soft and crumbly. There's nothing worse than getting a hard pencil that's like using a cold candle to apply eyeliner. These pencils will NOT give you that problem at all. I have read other reviews and some complain that these are hard to sharpen. They're not if you know how to use the bigger of the 2 pencil sharpener sides that come standard for most eye pencil sharpeners. You just have to do it slowly and take your time. If you really are looking to make your eyes stand out, use these pencils. I typically use the lighter shades over a classic black or gray skinny pencil and my eyes really stand out. Highly recommended.

I bought the shade Pots and Pans and when I first got it, I loved it. Absolutely. I wore it everyday. It creased only a little bit and that was after a long day at school, so it didn't really matter to me. It was a perfect silver color and made my green eyes pop a lot more than my usual black eyeliner. But then I heard all the controversy about depotting these so I figured I'd try just to get the most use out of it and my money's worth. It makes sense to depot it and everything. It was easy to do, I didn't have a problem depotting it. But after it was depotted, the color changed completely. The silver was not as opaque as it was, which it why I loved it so much. It was more of a silver glittery, very translucent, color. So, I suggest, if you get this color, don't depot it.Otherwise, I loved the color. I guess now it is nice for just a little bit of shimmer but I don't wear nearly as much as I did when I first got it.

The NYX Jumbo liners in general are a great low price but not low quality makeup item. I have several. The ever popular "milk" which works great as a base for eye shadows not only to make the shadow last longer but the white base allows any eye shadow to show true to color on the lid. Some of the colors are great as a cream shadow all on their own. For instance "Yogurt" or "French Fries" for everyday wear. The pencils are creamy, easy to apply and are huge so they last forever! You can use your fingers to spread the color all over or use a synthetic brush to do the job. And of course they also work as an eye liner. I would however, recommend setting the liner w/a shadow for better staying power.Whether you're just starting out with makeup or a pro I would definitely recommend NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils. I certainly don't have every color but the ones I do have I thoroughly enjoy!

Makes for a great eye-lid primer, worn on the eye lid and underneath eyeshadow. Can even be used as highlighter underneath the eyes, on cheekbones, nose and brown bone. It is creamy and the blendability is high, but it is not 'smudge proof' unless it is set with a shadow or setting powder, depending where you apply it. You can use it inside the bottom water-line of the eye, but its too white for my taste to be used there. This milk-pencil works on all shades of white, light and dark skin. Over all, I give it 5 stars. The milk pencil is sheathed in a HOLLOW plastic tube, so you literally only get what you see at the tip of the pencil...BUT....for the price and quality, its worth it.A little goes a long way. I dont see enough reviews from drag queens and entertainers on here so as a former entertainer who still dabbles in the art from time to time, I hope my review helps.

I mostly use this pencil as a waterline eyeliner and occasionally as an eyeshadow base. It is one of the most long-lasting options I have personally tried for the waterline and is still mostly visible at the end of the day. As an eyeshadow or eyeshadow base, the formula does not add any longevity and just makes colors pop better. Meanwhile, there are other white eye pencils (Wet n Wild in particular) that can add quite a bit of crease-proof wear time. The "jumbo" size of this makes finding a sharpener a little difficult. Personally, I decided to buy the NYX pencil sharpener just to be safe, and that was definitely worth the price. I believe the pencil is too wide for a standard (non-cosmetic)dual sharpener, and do not know if it is compatible with most other cosmetics pencil sharpeners.

Fabulous! It really is very soft, smooth, easy to apply. Incredibly responsive - will color exactly where you want it without ANY tugging or pulling. Stayed on all day. This will definitely be part of my beauty box for a long time. Also, the white color can be used for lots of things, but I have had great fun using it on my eyes. It is so soft, I cn trace the interior red rim of my eyelid, which opens up my eyes and makes them bright. I use it instead of eyeliner too, which also is great and just makes my eyes open up, seem totally fresh and awake. I used the white stick, haven't tried other colors. It uses me no irritation,d despite my contacts.Sometimes my eyes are prone to styes with heavier makeups - this does not irritate my eyes at all, even while I am tracing the interior rim!

Ive seen a lot of reviews that said this creases a lot but I decided to buy it anyways to give it a try and im glad I did. I just started making my own mineral shadows and am having trouble with the adhesion, how well they stick to my skin, and the shade milk is perfect for that. They will crease to the point where they melt off your face if you use them alone you need to put a pressed or mineral shadow on top. But it really does make your shadows much brighter and when used as I described will last all day. My shadow didnt even crease when I went to a school dance and I danced all night in a hot room without a primer.Just rub on your finger and put a VERY thin layer on your lid or water line then put a powder product afteralso good to hilight your face.Amazing product :]

The first few times I tried this I was seriously disappointed in how much it creased. That was when I realized I was simply using way too much. My fault, NOT the products. You literally need only to swipe it once on your ring finger and dab it wherever you want to use it - that is ALL you need. If you are a lover of NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk, I will say this one works completely differently. If you actually draw on you lid like you can with Milk you will get creasing. But if you use just a tad of this you still get the vibrant color payoff and it gives a beautiful pearl finish to any shadow applied over it. It might take you a few tries to figure out the best method of application for you,but believe me, you will love the final results.

The color is a nice flat white. You can apply it in a nice wide swath or a somewhat concentrated line (if you keep it sharpened). As soon as I got it, I began incorporating it into my daily makeup routine. I use it as an eyeshadow base and it makes my eyeshadow stand out like WHAM!!! Also nice for lining the water line for that doe-eyed anime effect. It's definitely jumbo. The pencil is too big for most sharpeners, which is annoying. You have to get the NYX special sharpener. I think you can also melt the filling out into a sample jar if you don't want to get the sharpener, but that sounds like more trouble than it's worth. The pencil makes the application much easier anyway,so the sharpener is worth it in my humble opinion.
