This is my second purchase of this product from amazon. I purchased as I absolutely love trying out new makeup products so when I saw this being used in a makeup video I knew I had to try it out. I usually use Mac concealer but find it quite drying when under the eye. One main reason I wanted to try this product was the fact it claims to erase dark circles, puffiness and fine lines instantly. Its quite a small concealer (6.8ml) but most are. A little goes a long way so start with a small amount and build up. Also Just a tip when not in use keep the lid on, I lost mine and the top dried out making it harder to applyProduct info-- Perfect & cover concealer.- With goji berry + haloxyl.- Instantlyerases dark circles & fine lines.- Visibly diminishes under-eye puffiness.Directions:Slowly turn the red collar of the Applicator in direction of arrows until product is visible on sponge. The first time using this product usually requires quite a few turns before the product is visible on the sponge but be careful not to overdo it. The first time using it I turned the red collar and kept dabbing to help the product spread across the sponge. Apply the Concealer directly to under-eye area, blending in an outward motion as needed. To apply more, twist collar of applicator 1-2 clicks at a time. This product is very easy to work with and the sponge applicator makes it easy to apply. I use a makeup sponge to gently buff into the skin and then apply a makeup setting powder. I find this product does not dry out once applied and doesn't leave creases like some I've used. As I'm not a patient person I was delighted to see this was available on prime delivery so I received this the next day...bonus!

Title - silky smooth skin!!This is such a lovely product. It's so rich and luxurious and leaves my skin feeling super soft and hydrated. Straight away I was amazed by the elegant, light flowery scent of this shower cream and after using this product I could smell this on my skin and in the bathroom for sometime afterwards. I would definitely say the smell is classy and certainly not overpowering in any way. I found that a very small amount went such a long way when using this shower cream. A small dollop became very bubbly and lathered up quickly when applied to the skin. I can see this one bottle lasting me a long time.I can sometimes have slightly sensitive skin especially towards scented products however I found the texture of this to be very soft and moisturising with a smooth consistency, it washed off very easily and did not irritate me at all which I was extremely pleased about. I really like the packaging of this Nivea shower cream, it has a classic feel to it and if the name wasn't on the bottle itself you would still know that the brand was Nivea. I felt the bottle tells you everything you needed to know and the product and felt it was really suited to its name with the floral design on the front. I would certainly recommend this product to everyone I know who would appreciate having silky smooth skin!!Love this product! It has a silky smooth texture and glides on to the skin. I need an under-eye concealer more in the winter than summer and this Maybelline brightener concealer works reasonably well.It comes in a small tube with a fluffy applicator top. It took me ages to get the thing to work; no matter how hard I squeezed and pressed the end, nothing happened and no liquid came out. I had to leave it for a while and eventually after shaking the tube and holding the end down for a few seconds, the liquid began to flow. It's difficult trying to get the right amount because it's soaked into the fluffy applicator and can't really get it off without wasting. I have used this several times over the last couple of weeks and I haven't had to release any more liquid than that which came out on the first attempt.Not knowing which way round to use it,I have used it under foundation and over foundation. To be honest, there was little difference to the appearance either way, especially once a little setting powder was applied. If you know that your under-eye is dark then it can be applied after moisturiser and under foundation, but if you want to see which areas are dark after foundation then apply it afterwards. Very little is needed and I just dabbed the fluffy applicator a few times from the inner corner of my eyes and under my eyes then used my finger to dab a bit more until it blended in.My under-eye area certainly looked lighter and brighter. Application is easy and the price is very reasonable.

I love this stuff. Its very good to cover my dark circles under my eyes.This is a small plastic bottle of the treatment and concealer. I'll admit to having to fiddle around with it to get it to work, my memories of shoe polish in similar foam topped containers was no help (they were squeeze and the polish comes out the top!) You cant squeeze this bottle so another method had to be found.I tried to read the container to see if there were instructions how to open it but the writing is miniscule. No joy there, spotted a teeny arrow near the neck, scrapped at it and pulled off the plastic it was attached to. This enabled me to remove the lid (im a genius) i poked the sponge bit and then twisted the head and it clicked!Itwisted it over and over again until i saw a pale stain appear on the top of the sponge. Seriously, it takes a age to pump the liquid up to the sponge.Once the liquid is at the sponge you can apply it to the area you want to cover.Im not sure how i feel about the applicator to be honest. Id rather have a tube i can just squeeze the product out of. I feel i would loose a lot of product in the sponge and i cant really empty the bottle properly (if you had a wand you could get into all the nooks and crannies to get the last of the product out.Nice product but id prefer a different tube and wand applicator

This product is amazing. I have tried everything for my dark under eye circles - all of the best rated and most expensive products, you name it, I've tried it - Mac, Laura Mercier, Nars, YSL. Always had the same problem with the product building up and creasing under my eyes making me look even more tired.Ordered this after I saw the amazon reviews and though it was a lot cheaper than the Nars creamy concealer I was currently using. To my surprise this is the best under eye concealer I've used - and I have to admit I'm a bit of a makeup snob so I was expecting the worst from a brand I can buy in the supermarket.However, Ive been completely converted,the applicator puts on a thin layer which is easy to blend and I don't even need to set it with powder to keep it there all day! No creases and covers my dark circles 10x better than any other product I have used in the past, looks completely flawless, as if your face has been retouched and you barely need to apply it to get this affect.I previously used MAC in shade N25 and Laura Mercier concealer in shade no.2, I ordered a light colour in this and it suits my skin really well for the winter months when I am a little less tanned. If you have a fair complexion that can tan easily I would say light is the colour for you when you're at your least tanned like myself.

Brought this concealer because of the great reviews and I must admit this is a very good concealer that erases dark shadows like magic! The soft sponge that has built in antibacterial properties is great for gently applying the product , although I blend in with my blender brush too (or fingers if in a rush !) The consistency is just right not too thick or heavy , it also feels moisturising without greasiness. On checking ingredients I like how it contains peptides which has anti aging properties for protecting the delicate eye area that shows the first signs of aging. I didn't notice any creasing and settling in my fine lines which is always a good thing !I first chose the nude shade which is a slightly bit too dark for me and has orangey undertones . However it did tend to blend in and adjust to my skin tone and didn't look out of place and most likely be used in the summer months when I have seen some sunshine! I did purchase the shade in light though the week later as I was impressed with the product overall and wanted to try the lighter shade to suit my winter skin and the light is absolutely perfect for my fair neutral/warm skin tone . It does has slightly yellow undertones so may not suit a cool skin tone as well. It's as good as some high end concelers for a reasonable price. Would buy again ??

I've stuck to the same old cheapo Rimmel concealer for years. It's rubbish, totally useless but thought all concealers were the same. It doesn't really conceal anything and goes all bitty and seperates on my skin, making me look a bit like a pale lizard, so after a look at beautiful people reviewing this concealer on YouTube, i thought I'd give it a go. I am extremely fair skinned being a ginger, and was thinking I'd need ivory, but it wasn't available, and, being impatient, couldn't wait to try a new concealer no matter what the colour, so settled with "fair". To my utter amazement, not only does this conceal match my wishy washy skin tone, but it actually concealed my blue veiny under eyes,so after applying with the patting motions everyone tells you to use, i looked as fabulous as i could possibly be! Ok, not fabulous, but I don't look like a gargoyle any more. I've bought another one just in case i run out, this is my new best friend! I don't get It all settling into my under eye creases either, which I can hardly believe, I'm literally checking myself in the mirror ever hour waiting for the gunky crease lines to appear, but it never happens, hallelujah! How can a concealer make me so happy? I didn't realise how vain i was until i bought this. Hey ho.

I am a 35 year old women, I have struggled with finding the right conceler, the dreaded lines under eyes have started to show and obviously with age lines around my mouth, have become deeper, all I cal say it WOW!! I came across this by accident, took a gamble and I can honestly say, it's the best!! I am a busy mom of 3 I carnt sit in the mirror for ages,so this speeds up that, it has a super soft sponge on the top, and I literally just blend on face, to be honest you dont need foundation with this, I always moisturize with spf50 then I apply this and I can assure you, it is super quick, makes skin look clear and useful, with wrinkles and lines, it seems to blend them in, without any fading around!!It last absolutely ages, even with using it on all my face, it last all day until I cleanse...I used to use maxfacter 3 in 1 in natural and now all I use is this in light shade and its perfect match, obviously everybody different, but it give you an idea of shade..hope this helps, because there is nothing worse then trying to find the right product for face( especially over 30)?

I need a concealer to patch up dark areas mainly around the eyes as well as one or two other areas of the face. Maybeline is one of three makeup brands I use regularly due to the quality, consistency and performance of the makeup. I am trying this concealer, having had mixed results with many other cheaper and more expensive. I must say I was expecting something good, however the results exceeded my expectations. The ability to conceal dark circles under my eyes as well as other blemishes I sometimes struggle to cover was excellent. I have rarely had such a flawless base layer result as from this. The trick is to match as closely as possible the colour to your skin type and colour otherwise results may be less than desirable.The tube comes with an applicator sponge, however I find this is fine for initial application but like to work it around using just my fingers. One final note is the concealer really can last the whole of a long hard day. Overall very effective, need to match your skin tone good value for what it manages to achieve. Recommend.

This product is probably the best cheap drugstore concealer you can get for under your eyes; it has been long raved by beauty YouTubers and apparently has some sort of active ingredient in it to physically lighten up dark circles.However, the product that I ordered off of amazon I am a bit dodgy about, simply because I usually buy it in store but I was too lazy this time so I ordered online instead. I don't see why anyone would create a fake Maybelline product, so I would like to assume that this is genuine, but I got mine in the shade Light and it doesn't seem as "light" as I remember. It definitely suits my pale skin tone,but for the lightest shade of an underage concealer it's just not as light as I remembered (you want it to be brighter than your foundation to highlight the undereye). This might just be me being picky and skeptical about trusting amazon beauty products, since there are a lot of fakes out there, but it's just a little bit less satisfactory than I remember.Still though, I will use it till it's gone as it does the job.

Before trying this concealer I wouldn’t leave the house without piling on my foundation. I have very uneven skin tone and acne prone skin so I often feel too self conscious to leave the house without first layering on piles of heavy coverage foundation. But throughout the day, my foundation would go oily, splotchy and would start sliding down my face. I would feel so embarrassed at work and would often sneak off to the toilet to top up my make up. However, because of this concealer, my make up routine in the morning is so much quicker and I’m not looking like a splotchy mess half way through the day! For the last two weeks since receiving this concealer I haven’t even bothered wearing foundation to work anymore.My skin looks flawless with just a thin layer of the concealer dotted on my problem areas and under my eyes, with a light layer of powder over the top to set it! I bought this to see how it stood up to my usual M.A.C liquid concealer, I've been using it now for six months most days so it lasts well and I still have around 1/4 of a bottle left.I like the twist to dispense style bottle but I'm not too keen on the sponge that come attached as I like to keep my makeup applicators clean and I don't think this is possible here, however it does work well for quick application and easy blending although I still need to use a brush or my fingers.I would say coverage is medium, I have very dark circles and this product is enough to take the edge off them but for a night out I layer it with a higher pigment concealer as it doesn't cover well enough on its own.If I wear primer and setting spray it lasts well enough but when I'm in a rush I notice it's disappeared by the end of the day.This concealer is great if you're on a budget but once it's finished I don't think I'll replace it, back to M.A.C and Bobbi Brown for me!

I purchased this concealer after seeing loads of people raving about it in YouTube make up tutorials, and I have to say it hasn't disappointed. I love the fact it is quite a thin consistency as it doesn't feel too thick or heavy on your skin like some concealers tend to do, it also means it blends in really easily and doesn't settle into any fine lines you may have.Some people hate the sponge applicator on the top but I actually really like it as I feel it dispenses the right amount of product onto your skin, I don't use it to blend the product into my skin but it is ideal for dotting it where you want it.Unlike a lot of concealers this product isn't too pale and doesn't give you the dreaded panda eyes,but it is pale enough that you can use it for highlighting and also for blemish coverage so it's a great multitasking concealer.I have to say of all the concealers I have tried this is my favourite so far and I will purchase it again.

I am really really pleasantly surprised . I love this !!!! Should give it 5 stars really. reading some of the other reviews my opinion is totally different. I had no trouble at all finding the little pull open tab. and getting all the labels off .. You then point the sponge end down and turn the 2 halves hearing a click each time. It does take a lot of turns to get the makeup to drop inside the sponge applicator so that you can use it. I love he colour and didn't find it yellow at all. I am not fair, fair but old with light skin. It made lovey coverage and I am thrilled with it even without make up. It did , in a moment, a great job of taking away dark circles and making my skin tone smoother and younger..It has been a long time since I used Maybelline and I love it. It is great.. A good product which I will buy again. It is a good price. I have never believed that makeup needs to be anything like as costly as it is. This proves it.

This concealer is really popular with YouTubers, bloggers and makeup gurus alike - and for good reason! I'm a bit of a makeup geek and I've tried so many concealers, from high end to the high street and this is one I ALWAYS come back to! It's amazing - brightens any areas of discoloration and dark under eyes, hides eye bags as if by magic and covers up any spots and pimples perfectly. You can work the product around problem areas wither with your fingers or use a damp beauty blender (the real techniques one is AMAZING - but that's for another review) and it just blends so easily, giving your skin a brightened glow. It doesn't crease or cake either (although works best with a tiny bit of setting powder on the under eyes just in case).It also lasts all day which is more than I can say for some of the more high end products.My skin is a light-medium shade and the Light concealer is the perfect slightly lighter shade for me.
