I have used this years ago once or twice when I was first using make up. I decided to try it again knowing I am much better at makeup, knowing it is a cult beauty fave, and also knowing how to find my shade (using findation and reviews of a fave youtuber with similar shades in other foundation) and I do not regret it one bit!What I didn't remember from t he first time is that it actually has gold shimmer in it (maybe it wasn't in the formula before?), however it is not visible when applied (can see in the bottle and on pumps of the foundation).It is a lightweight buildable foundation, that looks very skinlike, and would work well if you don't want to look like you are wearing makeup but want to even out your skin.

The overall foundation definitely was not bad for the price, in my opinion. I got it in the shade Cappucino (for 7.99 & free delivery) which was a good match for my skin tone (Next time I might try the deep cool tone though just to compare and see which one i feel more sure about)The first time I used it (keep in mind I've used it twice in a row now) I squirted it onto m hand just to see how it might look when blended on my face and to see if i had any kind of reaction to the product. I realised that the liquid was slightly more runny than I had expected, but overall was not an actual problem. When using the make up on my face, I'd say it to about 6/7-8 little pumps to get all the foundation needed,

FOUNDATION===========It’s basically a standard cream foundation which is best applied with a sponge. It's not so big so could be popped in your bag. It is available in a few colours. The white is ideal for halloween, but it's also useful to blend with the darker shades. For example after the holidays I can use a darker shade as I have a tan. As that fades, my skin tone lightens and so a foundation in summer is not the same in winter.The colour I had was perfect for my skin shade.EVEN=====I was pleasantly surprised as it applies really evenly and looks flawless. It's not too heavy but gives a subtle airbrushed healthy glow.NATURAL=======It has a natural look. It looks nice close up too.

I think they’ve reformulated this and thank god they did!!! I tried this a couple of years ago and Golden Ivory was the most beautiful colour match for my warm-toned light skin but the old formula broke me out within about 7 hours - full face of tiny white spots. They now claim it will help clear your skin - not sure that’s true but it certainly doesn’t make mine worse any more.I’ve tried it again recently and it’s just lovely. Medium, buildable coverage, ever so slight sheen from tiny glittery particles but not noticeably sparkly on your face, just makes you look very lit-from-within and glowy. I used to colour correct the redness in my skin before foundation but I don’t bother with this as it covers redness well.

This is a great foundation at a price that's decent enough for everyday wear. Whilst for special events or days where I know my make up is going to be tested more heavily (weddings, meetings, nights out etc.) I tend to wear a more heavy duty foundation like Estee Lauder double wear, this has become my go to foundation for day to day.There is a great selection of shades and I would recommend going into a store to test the colours out before you buy online. Another helpful tip is to look at an undertone test online before you go to establish if you are warm, neutral or cool tones which will set you up well. This is based on questions like the colour of your veins and what colour jewellery suits you so easy to do.

I love this Foundation. Not too shiny. Not too thick or cakey when on.It covers well and doesn't dry out within a nano second which means you don't get patchy coverage.Blends nicely onto the skin and doesn't look powdery.The trick is getting the exact colour for you - but the range is vast so there is something in the range for everyone. They are numbered and named. I need ones around the 6 number.I went into the High Street [Boots and Superdrug] to sample the testers so I knew roughly what number I needed to be trying. They don't always have very colour available to test but you can get a good enough idea.Amazon seem to have all colours. I have tried Golden Capuccino and Golden Toffee and now this one.

A really lovely foundation that offers good coverage without making your skin look caked in heavy make up.The foundation gives a soft dewy look, if left alone without the addition of a finishing powder. If left without powder it does not transfer onto fingers or clothing if you gently brush your skin against them, but will come off if you rub.It has excellent longevity, lasting well alone, but even better with powder.It covered my imperfections well, small things like tiny thread veins and open pores vanished with this alone, spots and under eye bags needed a little more help from a touch of concealer though.It went on equally well with fingers, a sponge or a foundation brush,

I wasn’t sure when I ordered this shade 0.5n porcelain how well it would match - for reference I can wear Giorgio Armani 2, Nars Siberia or the lightest Collection concealer. It’s an excellent match. I made the mistake of being far away from the mirror when I first wore it and ended up putting too much on as I couldn’t see it on my skin. It has the strangest texture in a good way - rather than feeling than makeup that sits on top of your skin it almost felt like a serum. It blended extremely easily and a little went a long way for an almost freshly washed skin finish. I’ve never used a foundation like it. When you wash your face and your moisturiser sinks in finally for a just skin like feel that’s how this felt.

I know that I am not the only woman with less than perfect skin but it sometimes seems as if I might be when looking for foundation. I want something that looks light and dewy (note dewy, NOT greasy!) but still covers my threat veins on my cheeks and and redness around my nose. It must have staying power so I don't have to top up during the day but, usually, staying power means that the formulation is quite dry and therefore, quite drying on my skin. I have tried expensive makes and yes, they do work but they are simply not affordable on my budget, other than as a very special stocking filler or surprise gift if we've got a bit of 'mad money' left over at the end of the month!!Anyway,

I really like this product, I will be using and recommending this to friends and family as its so good for the price. I have used many different foundations and many different price tags, from quite expensive to the more affordable end, and frankly its not a case of you get what you pay for at all.....this is a sensibly priced 30ml bottle of foundation which will last for ages as a little goes a long way, its a good thickness and gives excellent coverage. I used a concealer for dark circles and blemishes first then applied this, then used finishing powder. I don't like to cake my base on, but this gave a really natural look with only a small amount product,

Right, let me start by saying - I don't wear foundation AT ALL! Not because I have such a perfect complexion, but because I absolutely hate the feeling of it on my face. It just sits on top of my pores, or flakes and makes my face look older and unkept, as if I hadn't slept or washed for a while.Then came L'ORÉAL true match. Ok, this is not my shade, that's for certain. But it's the most incredible stuff I have ever tried. Don't get me wrong, but when it comes to make-up, I'm not your high-street girl. There isn't a single shop assistant left at my local Debenhams counter who doesn't know me as "that Dior lady". I go for the best, as I thought quality is proportional to price.

This is a darker shade foundation, although I was able to find three female friends who assisted with testing this and composing a review, two of which would recommend it and the third was of a paler complexion than it probably intended to use it.All three my friends where able to comment on the bottle which is compact enough not to take up a lot of space in a cosmetics bag or medicine cabinet, it is not a circular bottle and so will not tip and roll on a flat or slanted surface. The dispensing nozzle works without clogging, sticking or clicking, it dispenses the same amount consistently and it is also economic about how much is dispensed.

I know what you're thinking, wrong Colour but 5 stars, what's going on?So I had this in my basket for a while, just waiting for pay day so I can treat myself ?, however it was removed because I hadn't bought it yet, which is understandable, so when I re-ordered it, using the link, I assumed it would be the same colour I originally chose, it wasn't, and it's too dark for my skin, trust me I wish my skin was that colour, but that was my mistake, I decided to try it out anyway, because I'm too lazy to return it, may aswell see if it's a good foundation, and it is, I use a small amount for light coverage and it comes out a little liquidy, which isn't an actual word but I'm not smart enough to know a better word to describe it,

A great price for a good foundation. The colour is a little darker than what I usually go for, but it covers perfectly. There is a huge selection of colours in the true match range, so I think most people would find a good match for their skin colour. A little goes a long way. I would definitely recommend applying it over a well-moisturised face, as I felt it did not cover as well without. It can feel quite dry without a moisturiser.This foundation blends in really well, without streaks, and lasts really well too. It is a lightweight foundation, which I was able to wear all day and it still looked good during the evening. The finish is quite mat and so my skin did not look like I had a lot of foundation on.
