I was slightly stumped when opening the box to find the model did not have the same colour scheme as the box artwork's brushed steel and orange--the parts were uniformly lilac, with subtle darker tones. This confusion on my part may have been due to the backstory of this starfighter, designed for the movie Revenge Of The Sith but never actually seen, then reinterpreted for the Clone Wars CGI movie as the vehicles of General Grievous' MagnaGuards which is where their new lilac scheme emerges.The model is very easy to assembled EXCEPT for the cockpit canopy. It has a very nice sliding feature, pulling out to reveal the MagnaGuard at the controls, BUT the hinge mechanism is very challenging to assemble.
