One of our cats was very ill recently, diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease and we were told that he had to be on a hydrolised diet. We initially tried the Royal Canin but he wasn't overly fussed on it and as we have 5 other cats it became complicated trying to feed them normal food and him separately and making sure he didn't have anything other than his hydrolysed so we decided to feed them all on hydrolised but it some of them wouldn't really eat the royal canin so we switched to this and haven't looked back. Its only slightly more expensive across a month than feeding them the food they used to eat, but they all seem better, none of them have had upset stomachs (normally one would have at some stage),

I have a VERY picky little Birman who's on medication for anxiety. I bought this food because her big brother has a gippy tummy but he's since been diagnosed with diabetes and CRF so he's on a prescription diet now. I'd really prefer her to eat wet food but she hates it and getting her to eat anything is a struggle. It's very strange stuff - small beige crunchies, a bit like a rice crispy and it smells a bit sweet and malty like Horlicks. Don't be fooled!! My three furries love it and Pookie has put on almost half a kilo. It doesn't seem much but she's tiny. She was 2.9kg now she's 3.4kg and she looks forward to her special crunchies at every meal. Definitely a hit with the felines and the price isn't ridiculous either.

Our ragdoll seemed to be suffering from an allergy from a young age where her eyes lids were reddened and she was scratching quite a lot. Rather than undergo expensive allergy tests at the vets we thought we'd give this a go. Within a few weeks any appearances of the allergy had gone. It's now her regular food and she's been fine ever since we started using it. It's a bit more expensive that some other cat foods but the cat likes it and her allergy has disappeared so it's worth it.

My British Shorthair has been back and forth to the vets for weeks due to bloody stools and vomiting. My vet recommended a hypoallergenic diet as it was looking likely that she had irritable bowel disease or something more sinister. Fortunately, this food worked wonders on my girl and she is has been well ever since changing to this food. She loves the biscuits which initially she was unsure about but now wolfs them down! She is back to being a very happy, healthy cat!

Perfect for cat's with allergies...My 13yr old queen is allergic to everything & was continuously vomiting, passing runny & blood streaked stools and coming out in dermatitis and sores... My vet had tried everything, then I moved vets and they suggested that we try this. She's been on this diet for over a year now, from about 6wks after starting on this there has been no vomiting & no dermatology issues... Wonderful stuff.

My cat suffers from flea allergies and IBD so he is on a wet & dry hypoallergenic diet. Whilst I feed a different brand of veterinary dry biscuits because they have less rice content, Purina HA dry is my go-to food for when he has occasional episodes relating to IBD and is unwell for a couple of days. He loses his appetite but this is the only food he will tolerate and nibble on along with some boiled chicken/broth.

My cats have had a small portion of this for breakfast every day, they queue up and meow for it, they will only eat it in the morning... You know what cats are like.. Then they have their wet food and other dry food for lunch and supper.They are happy.Not sure if it helps skin problems as they should only have this alone, my cat with a baldy belly is not overgrooming now and her fur has started to grow back.

One of your cats (12 years old) started vomiting after eating his usual food, so we had to try and find something he could keep down.We tried a few before we found this, but this has completely cured his vomiting.His sister, the same age, also enjoys this, so we are using it as their daily feed now.It's a bit more expensive, but cheaper than trips to the vet, and he's now healthy and happy again.

my cat has a very strong food allergy and usually I use to buy the Hill's food ,I saw this and I wanted to give it a try to let my cat change a bit the flavour of his food and for the good reviews. The bites looks very tiny and cheesy with a strong yellow color. My cat seems to like it but nothing special, I didn't see any difference or improvement.

I chose five stars because this sorted out my poor kittens skin issues. We had her to the vets a couple of times and I was beyond worries because she was scratching ribbons out of herself to the point she had open wounds, it was so distressing. After different tests, and lots of confusion, I tried her on this food and she cleared up! Thank goodness!

I was asked by amazon to review this product.I'm not sure as I am not a cat. And my cat is not commenting. Because he's a cat.I'm sure the food covers his dietary needs, he has a delicate stomach, and he isn't vomiting everywhere.Value for money - huge bag of food for the price of most smaller bags.

this is the only one i find that leaves her tummy happy no more clearing up and now she wont eat any other i have tried to give her a change of crunches she just walkes away she is a rescue cat and was never allowed to make a choice we call her KAT because thats all she will answer to

I purchased this because the vet recommended Hills Prescription was out of stock. This is a good substitute. Definite reduction in my cat’s symptoms and had no issues with taste (and she is a fussy eater). Would recommend

very good! my cat loved the taste of these buscuits and it was gentle on her tummy after month's of diarrhea and upset tummy she is now having firm stool and is alot happier. would recommend this food for sensitive cats

Cat loves this although it looks like rice crispies. Not sure it particularly helped her stomach but have mixed in with another food. I am just not too sure about the quality of the food given how it looks...
