What true Nintendo fan wouldn’t have this little fellow on their desk? I mean, just look at him...This latest wave of Amiibo has me excited more than any of the previous, and that’s largely because of the new poses. Mario, Luigi, Peach, Yoshi and Bowser have already been released in the Super Smash Bros series, but I was never really drawn to the ‘moves’ being pulled off from the game.But the ‘Classic’ series is much more assuring, with each character looking approachable and definitely capturing the spirit of their original games.These figurines are also the most detailed yet; by far (I purchased several). The paint work is perfect and Mario looks great from every angle,

This for me is one of the most anticipated Amiibos yet, and it doesn't disappoint. Well okay, if I could level one niggle at it then it is a little shorter and smaller than other characters (On display, it requires a front row position to be seen). But once you get past this, it comes to be a fun addition to your collection. His expression is fabulous and just typical Nintendo; not overly threatening, but definitely full of cheek!The quality of the Amiibo is excellent and features no production flaws. Boo sits on a red and silver base, like the rest of this collection.One unique feature to this Amiibo is its ability to glow in the dark. The effect isn't especially pronounced even after sitting next to a lamp,

Toads are adorable. We all know and love them and this Red Toad from the Super Mario collection is just as cute as ever. As one of the smaller Amiibo you may think it's stupid to pay £10 for it but once you see the adorable face you forget that and just start wanting to hug it. The functionality is different to most Amiibo due to Toad not being in Smash Bros. In Mario Party 10 you can play on a Toad themed board and in Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker you can play Hide and Seek with a pixel Toad in every level in the game adding hours of extra content. Once again smaller rewards can be gained in games like Yoshi's Woolly World, Mario Kart 8, Hyrule Warriors and many more.

This amiibo is part of the Super Mario collection. This means a few things that set it aside from the Smash Bros. Bowser. This amiibo has a red base with a checkered pattern and also has a different pose to its fighter counterpart. The functionality is the same. In Smash Bros you can train your own personal Bowser, in Mario Party 10 you can play on a Bowser themed board and in a bunch of other games you can get small rewards such as Mario Kart 8, Captain Toad Treasure Tracker, Hyrule Warriors, Yoshi's Wolly World and many others. As a figure it is one of the heaviest and also one of the most detailed making it one of my favourites due to its amazing representation of the evil koopa we all know and love.

My kid loves it, I hear him playing with these figures in his room, usually i'm Mario and his new Step-Dad is Bowser, Mario often wins against Bowser and I would love nothing more than for my little boy's dream to come true. Jane, if you're reading this I'd love to chat, I know you've remarried but I'd love to get our relationship back on track so that Theo can have a proper family again, I miss you.Great product though Nintendo really needs to re-release Excite Bike on the Nintendo Switch, I loved playing that with my Dad and i'm sure my son would love to play it with me.

Mario Wedding represents one of the more common and cheaper priced Amiibos, but one of the best nonetheless! The feel of the figure is quite weighty and the attention to detail exceeds what I was expecting in terms of paint / ink and textures on the model. These really are a joy to hold and of course, they introduce another element to your game playing...and I do actually use mine often! Mario Wedding can be used in every Kingdom on a frequent basis to 'go and hunt' for Power Moons, and it really does pay off. No gimmicks here! ;) Looks great on the mantlepiece too!

This one's likely going to be the toughest Amiibo to get due to Toad being able to activate goodies for not only Mario Party 10, but also for Toad Treasure Tracker on the Wii U.Like other Amiibo, the toy itself is well sculpted, comes on a nice checkered base to differ from the Smash Bros series of Amiibo's - unlike theothers, Toad won't work with Smash Bros as he's not a fighter. But may activate goodies in other titles like Hyrule Warriors.Hopefully Nintendo step up their Amiibo production, as it seems Toad is already starting to demand higher prices.

Great item at a great price. This was the first Amibo I bought to accompany the Wii-U I bought for my son last Christmas. We were not disappointed. The finish on the figuring is spot on, and it looks and feels really high quality. Almost didn't want to use it and just keep it as a collectible!We haven't tried it out with all the games it unlocks features on, but have used it with Mario Kart 8, which unlocks a costume. I know it's compatible with Mario Party 10 and Super Smash Bros., so looking forward to trying those out. Can't wait to get more of these!

item arrived well packed , it's really well made & a must have for collectors or great amiibo if you want to add him in a game, only slight problem I have is the price, I got mine when there wasn't many about & paid over £44, I now see them going for £15 & upwards, so I've been scalped alright, just be aware that prices do change, so if you see him for a lower price than I paid then grab him while you can.....overall I'm happy with the product only not that I mentioned, this was my experiance of purchasing this item yours maybe very diffrent.

Ordered this from somewhere else as I found it much cheaper, but I have to say what a lovely figure, I mean of course this figure is nowhere near as detailed as Peach's super smash amiibo, but it is bigger and I love that it looks like the classic Princess Peach we see in every Mario Game. In terms of usefulness I would definitely say yes as unfortunately, you can only use one amiibo per game, so unless you want to delete your data on your super smash amiibo, I would say pick up one of these new ones, you will not be disappointed! :)

Wow! I prefer the Super Mario Collection over the the Smash Bros Collection. Bowser is massive and chunky, he's even bigger than Smash Bros bowser Amiibo. In fact they're all bigger than their Smash Bros equivalents! These ones seem a little more robust as they don't have the little stands to hold them in poses. In order of awesomeness I rate Bowser and Peach as the best, followed by Toad, Yoshi, Luigi and Mario. I'm glad I unboxed mine to use and I just love the bigger sizes.

First of all he looks great and is bit smaller than other amiibos as should be expected as hes Toad.I only bought him to play hide and seek on captain toad as this is still one of my favourite games for the Wii U and highly recommend it.He also works on so many other games too. mario maker, yoshis wolly world and mario kart.He came well packaged and doesnt have a bad mark on him and looks great next to my other amiibos.I just hope he will be used in future games

So I would play Mario Kart 8 with friends and I would use Bowser and sometimes get the win. I thought it would be funny to play mind games and stick this right in front of the TV as we played. I was surprised with the quality, I don't collect these or anything but I always play as Bowser in most games so I thought Yeah why not. It's got a little weight to it and perfectly shows the character how he looks from the games. Quality!

Great amiibo. Useful in lots of games. (particularly Mario 3D Worlds and also Toad Treasure Tracker for WiiU, but also works on a few others aswell). Wish I had it back when I bought toad treasure tracker, which I completed ages ago. But might go back and play it again using this amiibo, just to access the extra content, as it's a thoroughly enjoyable game that I could totally replay many times over and still never be bored.

Arrived like new, and it was even in pink bubble wrap lolI got this along with some other Amiibos and it's just as you'd expect. In Mario Odyssey it can be used to give Mario an extra 3 hit points too.The details are nicely done, the base of the Amiibo has the checkered pattern sticker on it like the other ones in this collection even though her dress covers most of it. It's nice to know they put it there anyway.
