Bought for a gift and they were very happy with it. I have tried this whisky in the past: it is very smooth and with simple, beautiful packaging. Wish the bottle was slightly bigger but that’s just because it was so delicious!

This is just wonderful as a cheapish japanese whisky. Takes a lot of inspiration from speyside (read the story) and so similar tastes but different enough to provide an interesting contrast. Really enjoyed this.

With taste such an individual thing, I can only speak how I find. I'm pretty rubbish at nosing, but got a bit licorice and saline on the palate, decent finish. Nice for a change.

Great price. Father-in-law loved it. One of the beat he has tasted and he’s tasted a few. Will be buying again for Christmas gift.
