Undoubtedly chocolatey, but not quite what I was anticipating. I’d therefore suggest, if you haven’t tried this before you’ll need to decide how you plan to drink it before ordering.As others have said, this isn’t a cream liqueur and as a consequence it doesn’t have quite the same richness when drinking neat as something like the Hotel Chocolat or Baileys equivalent. Whilst I could happily polish off injudiciously large volumes of these latter two I’m not so convinced I could say the same of this.Don’t get me wrong, the flavour is excellent, but you almost need to disassociate yourself from the slightly watery quality of the liquid to fully enjoy it neat.I would imagine it could work very well

I bought a bottle of this liqueur at Frankfurt airport. At only 17% it would seem quite a mild drink - but it isn't. This liqueur leaves a lovely warming glow on your chest and, more importantly, a rich, dark chocolate taste in your mouth that really lasts.It is our new Christmas favourite and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys chocolate and liqueurs. Here you have the best of it all.

The flavour of these Mozart liquors is really sweet so I would definitely not recommend drinking it by itself. Instead, I'd recommend using this as a sauce with ice-cream or fruits or something like that. It works very well as that.Also, the price is not such that I would actually but these for myself. But I feel like this is a pretty good gift to get someone if you are out of ideas.

With a very intense and delightful chocolate flavour, this liqueur is outstanding. Of course you have to like dark chocolate to fully appreciate it. Mozart do a range of different flavoured liqueurs and although I have only tried one other, this is (so far) my favourite.It's a shame that they are so difficult to get hold of, when liqueurs of lesser quality are readily available.

Rich, delicious and dark. You can really see why this is a premium spirit. Although this is dark chocolate, you don't get the bitter aftertaste and the flavours are well balanced. Doesn't taste synthetic or overly sweet like some chocolate liqueres. Would highly recommend choosing a Mozart flavour for all of your chocolate cocktails

If you're expecting a cream liqueur like Thornton's, STOP! This is a dark, bitter-sweet concoction that - in my opinion - is best served chilled. If you don't like dark chocolate, it's unlikely that you'll like this, either. Would probably be delicious served over vanilla ice cream and, once the weather has warmed up: guess what...

I recieved this today & it's delicious! It's not creamy (I'm not a fan of anything creamy / milky like Baileys). It just tasted like dark chocolate. I can imagine it'd be good in cocktails but I'd happily drink it neat. However, my hubby didn't like it because he said it had a bitter aftertaste. I didn't notice that to be honest.

I pour this over tiramisu which makes a very naughty dessert. Should have checked before I bought it as this is runny and thin, which I prefer creamy version but with dark chocolate. I was looking forward to bedtime hot chocolate, the adult version, but this isn't it.

I bought this on a black Friday deal so was a more reasonable price, I couldn't wait to taste it. It is lovely , the flavour is really smooth and the taste of chocolate is wonderful. I would definitely buy again just a shame the bottle is not bigger.

I luuuuuuuuuuuurve this liqueur. I first tried it on honeymoon in Vienna, so I may be biased, but it is still one of my absolute favourite things, on its own, in coffee, or poured over ice cream!

This is superb liqueur. Mozart do several different ones, but in my opinion this is the best. Not easy to find in Off-licences but this is why we rely on online purchasing.

It's a small bottle but filled with beautiful contents. The liqueur tastes like liquid chocolate and is simply delicious I am looking forward to trying other tastes.

Guests will drink the whole bottle if let out. I prefer to add to brownies and anything chocolate to enhance any bake with a more sophisticated chocolate-ness.

Very Nice, for someone who isnt a spirits person. and has a sweet tooth these type of liquors are great for me. This will be a staple in the booze cupboard.
