It’s always great to have some extra data storage on you – the number of times that I have wanted to transfer files from one device to another is extortionate, and I’ve always either had to borrow someone else’s USB stick, which is just embarrassing, or even worse, not have the file that I wanted. This cute little USB stick should make all the difference.The packaging is small, and you can clearly see the little alien USB stick in there. He looks like such a cheeky chappy, which is what instantly drew me to him. The packaging is really colourful and bright. The only downside was that it was a little hard to get out because of the plastic.I’ve seen a couple of other reviewers mention that it is often quite difficult to get the covering off the USB at the beginning,and I had the same problem, but once I had taken it off and put it back on again two or three times, it worked totally fine, and I think it’s a mark of the quality of the product because it is made of very sturdy stuff. The ease of use was simple: just plug in and go! No manual or anything complicated necessary.My computer accessed the USB instantly, though with some computers and laptops that I’ve tried this with, it’s been a little slow – probably because it’s 2.0 and some are 3.0 USB. Compatibility wise, however, it has worked with everything which is such a relief. I really love the unique feature of the keyring, because it means that I’ll never have to lose it! It’s hard to compare this to any others, because most USBs are much of a muchness, but the keyring is definitely a positive unique feature.If you need a way to make sure that you can easily transport files around with you, this is a great option.***I was given this USB to review with my honest opinion.***

I got this USBee (sorry) to use to store some photographs as my laptop was quickly getting fully loaded. It’s got a huge 8GB memory, I’ve got a few hundred photos and still lots of space left to add to. I’m unsure on how many songs or movies it would hold but it seems like a substantial amount. I do an online course and it’s handy just to have my notes in 2 places just in case anything ever happened to my laptop I know I have a spare of those files and can also access them on other devices than my own.It’s really handy for someone like myself that loses pretty much everything that this has a key chain on it. I love having it as a keyring, it’s bright and pretty and makes me smile!It’s also useful to me to bulk my keys up so they’re easier to find in my handbag! When it’s on my keys you can’t tell at all that it is also a USB, it’s just a hidden bonus :) I’ve not come across a USB with a keychain on it before so I really appreciate that added feature.The packaging it came in is really sweet and runs with the bee theme. It’s clear that it is meant to appeal to the younger audience but I’m 23 and love it! It’s so much better than a boring plain black or silver USB. It does the same job but I guess if you need to back up a whole laptop it’s not going to be ideal. I’ve previously bought My Doodles products for my nephew and I can’t complain about any product I’ve bought. They’re just a fun, bright, cheerful brand with a great range of characters for both boys and girls, toddlers, teenagers and even the early 20’s like me! Definitely recommend their products.

I was kindly supplied this item free of charge to test and evaluate. In exchange, I agreed to provide an honest review detailing my thoughts:At a first glance, this product appears uncomfortable and annoying to wear but I've been using this cute football for weeks as a key ring and it fits perfectly into my pockets. No bumps and no discomfort at all.The first time I tried, I found it hard to open. It took two or three attempts before I succeeded but once opened for the first time, I found no issues with the "opening/closing" process on successive days.How you use the USB feature is heavily dependent of the host devices. Usually, you will find some issues for use it in hard to reach USB connections,as usual. This makes this My Doodles USB Flash Drive a bit useless, depending on the situation. You may encounter some problems if the device does not have a clean, visible and easily accessible connection. Maybe you need an USB extension to ensure that you can use your USB everywhere, but this means you have to take the cable with you.The worst part of this is the transfer rate. Today, the sale of a device with a USB 2.0 protocol is like selling something obsolete and this is not a good idea to look like a cutting edge product.Copy 1 gb data took 2.18 minutes . Not bad, but nowadays should be better.Useful to have it as a backup, but not to trust it as primary storage, due to the difficulty to connect to most devices.The best:More comfortable than it looks.The worst:Low transfer rate for nowadays.

I was kindly given this product to test and to give my honest opinion. As soon as I saw it, I instantly thought of my sister as she loves pugs. This will certainly be given to her as a gift (once I am done with testing it).I immediately opened the packaging and held the pug in my hand. The first thing I noticed was how cute it was. I am not a massive pug lover, but you have to admit, this is cute. Just before I opened it, I realized that the join to open the drive is half way across its face, therefore I will be literally separating its head in two. Not sure how I feel about that...Anyways, once you have taken off the protective cover (lower half of the head)you can see the USB 2.0 flash drive which is a little dated as all the new products are using USB 3.0 nowadays. It has 8GB of storage which is plenty for on the move quick storage, simple plug and play to use with a handy keyring on top of it's head to keep it safe.The only problem that I have faced with using this is that it is a little bulky and when you insert it into a USB slot, the head of the pug may partially cover the next USB slot along making it difficult to insert another USB cable into the port next to it. On my machine, it only seems to become a problem in the back of the computer as I have lots of things plugged-in to it. The front slots seem to have much more room for it.Besides that, it's pretty good (If you can get past the fact that you will be severing the head of the pug to open it).

I bought this novelty USB stick as a present for a friend who is (just about) as obsessed with pugs as I am. As soon as I saw him I knew it would be a winner as it made me squeal with delight on arrival! He (it might be a girl?!) has a lovely smiley face and I’m sure any dog lover would think this is cute.The My Doodles packaging is young and colourful (maybe a little too young for a girl in her mid-twenties?) but fun all the same and I certainly wasn’t deterred to give this little pup away as a gift. He is very well presented in a plastic bubble-like casing with cardboard surround (so no chance of damage during transport).The device is a decent size and has a soft touch finish; it attaches easily to sets of keys and looks really adorable when not in use.The fact that the bottom half of the pug’s face covers the USB drive when not in use means that no harm can come to it and therefore your files are kept safe.The 8GB storage is perfect as my friend has recently gone back to university, where writing essays and keeping files to hand is a must. It’s a shame that when the device is in use you have to pull his wee face a part, but asides from that I think he is great in both design and functionality.I highly recommend this device to all pug enthusiasts. You can never have too many of their little faces dotted around the place to make you smile!

I got this flash drive for my wife for two main reasons. 1. She is always losing her current one and borrowing mine, this one has a key ring attachment which will hopefully mean she can clip it to her bag and not keep losing it. 2. It gives money to Cancer research UK Kids and Teens.The packaging is eye catching obviously aimed at those that like bright colourful things. It was a little annoying to get into and if it was for a child they may need to use a pair of scissors, so parents beware. Once in it is quite nice to hold and I’m sure it will not get lost in the bottom of my wife’s handbag.From a technical point of view USB 2.0 is a little dated, but not the end of the world.8GB of storage is plenty for on the go. It seems quite sturdy and I’m sure if it got dropped or trodden it would probably survive. It boots up quickly and easily. The main issue is that when you plug this in it almost covers the USB input next to it, annoying if you want to use the other USB input.I’m giving this 5 stars because it does the job it was designed for very well and they donate money to charity as well. Very good.

Really happy with this product. I think in terms of a USB stick, there isn't much to talk about in terms of what it actually does!So, below is the reasons why I bought it and also why I am giving it 5 stars;1. enough storage for photos / videos for a good price.2. Design - really cool characters and very creative. this added quality is the reason I went for it. with so many products on the market, you need a added something to sway you, and this is what did it! great range of characters! perfect gift for someone!3. Build Quality - a lot of other products lack in this area, being light and have a plastic / poor build. this product is sturdy and well built. no signs of color fading or tearing.4.Key ring - always handy having a memory stick with you, to upload / download files and this is probably the most convenient way.5. Packaging - keeping consistent with the creative characters, the packaging is brilliant and colorful. again, another added touch that other products lack in! Also not hard / annoying to get into!Great little product and a perfect gift!

I was kindly given this product to test and to give my honest opinion.I have lost so many USB's in the past so the added keyring is great, i can keep it on my keys so its with me at all times.The design is good for all ages and would make the perfect Christmas present as it is so reasonable prices.The build of the USB is really sturdy, the printing is nice and it hasnt shown any signs of wear after being in and out of my bag for the last month. The USB is quite stiff to pull apart but this is good as it means that there is no chance of you losing half of your USB!8GB is the perfect size for photos and videos, and would be particularly good for childrens homework.Overall this product looks great,feels great and is the perfect buy, would highly recomment.

My daughter loved this, as did all her classmates when she took a PowerPoint into school. It is a little difficult to pull apart the first few times, but gets easier.
