I had a non genuine part before which was fairly knackered. After having used this one I wish I had bought it sooner , so much better on hard floor and carpet and well worth the money. It hoovers the dirt up rather then spitting larger bits out again.

Ordered yesterday and came today. I was all set to get a new vacuum and then I tried with the new head. It’s like a dream. Fits perfectly onto my Miele S5210 and glides effortless along the wooden floor and carpets. Very happy indeed.

Universal fit .. have had my Miele cleaner for dogs and cats for over 15 years and thought it was time to change floor head. Cleans carpets more effectively and brush much softer on sandstone tiles. Photos attached. Quick delivery

You forget how items deteriorate over time. Eventually we bought this new head, it just glides across various surfaces, including carpet. Fits perfectly, should do, it's a genuine Miele part. Should have bought it years ago.

A worthwhile investment which has made vacuuming much easier and has extended the shelf life of my Miele. I can't compare with cheaper, non Miele alternatives but I don't regret paying the extra for the right part.

I am very pleased with this new attachment for my Miele Vacuum cleaner. It has made such a difference to have a new head. Fits perfectly and has made the machine work as it did when it was new.

Perfect replacement. Had not realised my original vacuum head had rusted on the bottom. I would say the head is very slightly smaller than my original, but no complaints.

Miele IS quality. Needed to replace a cleaning head that seems to have lost itself! This arrived and is great. Should work better that the head we currently use.

Like this product only draw back is its not as easy to stand in hoover slot as the original one. Arrived on time f not before and was well packaged

Genuine article. Well made as expected. Rubber seal had perished on my previous vacuum. Fitted perfectly on the Miele S4211 that I have.

A perfect fit to my (very) old vacuum cleaner, delivered in excellent time. I've no doubt it will last as long as its predecessor.

It's an original so obviously it's going to be brilliant quality! And Miele vacumms tend to be the best anyway.

It is what it is, it arrived quickly, and was no more ludicrously expensive than Miele spares generally.

My old one the clips broke so needed a new floor head. Good price and it's a genuine Miele product.
