I've only had this for about a week, but am extremely pleased with its performance so far. It seems a bit ridiculous that this costs almost a fifth of what I paid for my whole Miele C2 Compact vacuum cleaner but, on the other hand, I can see us getting a great deal of use out of it. It's lightweight, slots in easily and the flexible head makes it very manoeuvrable. Vacuuming the mixture of wood, vinyl and tile flooring on our ground floor now feels like a breeze, to be honest. Hopefully, our upright dustpan and brush will be spending a lot more time in the cupboard. We don't have pets, so I can't comment on how it copes with cat and dog hair.

I love this hoover head - I know - it sounds a little pathetic to love a hoover head, but this really does making hoovering hard wood floors childs play, compared to the normal hoover head that came with my hoover originally.It swivles which makes it easy to manouver around things and it also tips which makes it possible to hoover the skirting boards without changing the head. I would estimate that this hoover tool has reduced the time it takes me to hoover by 1/3 and for someones who hates hoovering, that is well worth the extra cost.

I bought one for a friend, that's how good it is. I have one myself since two years and I absolutely love it. Why? The neck swivels as well as moving vertically which makes it nimble and it can get to hard-to-reach places. As it is light it can with ease be used on walls if you wish. The nozzle is built to have a maximum airflow and use its brisles to protect your floors as well as loosen up stuck down dirt. Wow, this has made a good machine brilliant. I homeboard dogs, dog hairs everywhere, Dysons, Hoovers, etc. couldn't cope, rollers kept getting clogged, but this is brilliant on hard floors, easy to manouevre, angle into corners, the dog hairs stick to the bristles as well as get pulled into the dustbag, and so easy to remove the hairs off the attachment. Just can't say how pleased I am with this product, it has really made a difference to cleaning - brilliant!!!

I bought this with a new Miele vacuum cleaner, but I wish I had bought this tool years ago for my old Miele vacuum cleaner. The tool is very easy to use, very lightweight and manoeuverable, and saves effort and time on all my hard floors. Whilst I think it is so good that it is still worth the money, I also think it could be sold at lesser cost! However, being a Miele product, I know it will last and last and go on lasting well for many years.

Brilliant attachment for solid floors! I use it on my kitchen tiles, solid wood floor in lounge and hall plus laminate floors in bedrooms. Very easy to manoeuvre and the brush is so easy to clean...I have two dogs and their hair was always difficult to remove from my previous brush, but not with this one. I wish I'd bought it years ago as it has taken the effort out of hoovering for me! Excellent quality product as you'd expect from Miele!

This is fantastic on laminate and all smooth floors, SO easy to maneuver compared to the standard airteq attatchment which tries to go straight on all the time . wasn't sure about buying as it's on the pricey side but would thoroughly recommend if you have a decent amount of wood floor, the natural bristles just glide along making the job so much quicker and easier .

I wish I’d bought one years ago. It’s so light I can vacuum my stairs without causing myself or the wall an injury because I’m lugging a heavy vacuum head with me. It swivels so it is super fast. I no longer use the original head on my Miele. I’ve found this also does a good job on carpets and also it is easy to remove accumulated dust and dog hair from the bristles

A very nice brush that's light and flexible. It's already included if you buy a more expensive Miele vacuum, but I bought an entry-level Series 5 model and only got the combo brush. This is one is a lot nicer than the standard one for hardwood, tiles and other non-carpet surfaces. It's easy to use and the 360-degree mode makes vacuuming a child's play.

Perfect. Well worth buying original. This has halved my hoovering time. I mulled it over for weeks and suffered with the tiny head the C3 came with. Why did I wait?! I've only one room with carpet. All upstairs is wood and downstairs tiles. This is much wider and glides safely over wooden floors. Don't hesitate. Buy it. Great discount too.

What more can you say about Miele quality product at it's best. Purchased to replace a unit that finally gave up where the swivel joint had given up, after many years of hard use. This may be more expensive than some of the alleged alternatives in the market place, but you get what you pay for, so bear that in mind when you buy cheap.

This is so much lighter and easier to manoeuvre than the big heavy head that came with my vaccum. I had one of these on my old vacuum and when I eventually replaced it with a newer model i was disappointed by the awkward head which was heavy and hard to get into corners. Ordered one of these and it's just like my old vaccum. Super!

Excellent, better than a switchable carpet/hard floor brush - lighter and more manoeuvrable. Warning: the clip for attaching the brush to the vacuum cleaner for storage is of single bar type, as opposed to two bars in some Miele models (e.g. s316). This only affects storing, nothing else.

The best hoover head if you have "precious" hard flooring! We have limestone kitchen tiles (which cost a fortune), used the head with the rollers that the miele hoover comes with and it scratched the floor. This is expensive (we looked at cheaper copies) but have to say, it was worth it.

I was using the ecoteg head that came with my Miele cat dog for a year but it was not as gentle is I would like it was also a bit heavy. So I got this it is lighter and so gentle. Miele products aren't cheap but they will last you a long time.
