I purchased this product to work in conjunction with a Dyson DC34 handheld. I also have a Dyson DC25. This review is conducted with these two products in mind.My first and immediate impression of this product is this is what the handhelds should ship with as standard. They significantly improve the usability of the DC3x range in a variety of situations. I'll break down the tools individually:Stubborn Dirt BrushSignificantly stiffer than the existing combo tool supplied. Bristles are also approximately 1/4th longer. Tool is approximately the same size as the combo tool. Works reasonably well on carpets. Will be of most use on caked on dirt in longer pile carpets, and particularly in the case of cleaning cars.

This kit does not fit my V8 Dyson as it was designed for the V6. However, Dyson do an adaptor that converts the fitting and as my V8 is still within the warranty Dyson are sending me the part I need. Amazon need to make it clear that this kit does not fit all wand models or that the adaptor should be purchased at the same time as the kit. Well done Dyson but Amazon please make it clear this is for V6 or that you need to buy the adaptor for other models. Since writing this review it seems I have been a little unkind to Amazon. I received the adaptor from Dyson today and checked all the tools fitted. All was OK. However, when disposing of the packaging I noticed on the box that it says "Fits all Dyson cordless models".

I bought this kit in the hope that the extension hose etc fitted the DC 50 Animal - IT DOES!!! Makes life a lot easier dusting etc because it extends the existing hose so that it is manageable. That is to say, it's possible to vacuum mantles etc without having to lift the DC50 or pull it over by trying to over extend the hose. The other brushes provided are useful too and it is far more economic to buy the complete kit rather than the extension hose alone. Prior to buying this kit, we were looking to buy a cordless portable for those hard to reach areas, this is a much cheaper option and actually less hassle because there's no constant recharging. Some cordless only have a life of about 6 minutes before recharging is required.

This kit does fit the wireless handheld V6 vacuums. I use it with the Fluffy+.The kit is a good addition! Especially for the price here on Amazon. The hose was most useful. The kit came in what seems to be authentic Dyson packaging. Build quality of parts is what you'd expect from Dyson. Only gripe would be that the brush bristles seem a bit measly, but this could be part of the dynamics of the design, giving you better suction. There is an adapter part in the kit, so you could use a brush head from another brand. I bought an extra Henry Hoover brush, but it does not fit the adapter. I think there is another adapter (not a dyson product) that can be bought to solve this,

The main reason I purchased this pack was for the flexi hose and the light dusting tool.Both perform really well as expected. Brilliant results.All the tools are usual Dyson plastic; so look quite tough, with exception to the dusting tool. For some reason they've made that transparent... Maybe some survey said that was more trust worthy on delicate items psychologically.I can't give the product 5 stars. It costs too much to do that. If I could have paid less and not had to get the other two heads, or at least ditch one, then probably 5 stars. The kit as a whole is mediocre. The hose and dusting tool are brilliant.

I just have to say how useful these additional tools are.The extending hose with the soft brush is ideal for those hard to reach places, and is great for the sides of stairs and skirting etc.For this combination alone the kit is worth buying.The other attachments are useful, but they do duplicate to a certain extent the tools that came with the machine.If you could have just bought the soft brush and the hose then this would be getting 5 stars. But its just a bit expensive when you are duplicating on some tools, but at least I have a spare brush for when one wears out, or more likely I loose it.

A potentially useful toolkit, which I bought particularly for the flexible / extendable hose. At the time I bought it from Amazon Warehouse, this kit did not cost much more than buying just the hose individually as a completely new item, plus it had the bonus of 3 other tools. These tools all fitted the DC44, DC59 and V6 range of cordless vacuums. It also had an adaptor which would allow these clip on tools to be used on some earlier push fit Dyson models (eg DC18). Overall it was a good experience buying from Amazon Warehouse since the kit came in a sealed retail box and was completely as new.

THE QUALITY WAS OF THE USUAL HIGH STANDARD EXPECTED FROM DYSON,The flexible Extension tube with the alternative brush option is a must when it comes to accessing difficult areas,i bought this mainly to use in my car , but now find I'm tempted to use it here there and everywhere..However, It does seem expensive compared with similarly designed items from other manufacturers but the more unusual flexiblity of the tube may have put the cost up , as often said " you only get what you pay for" so it's fingers crossed for longer than usual life, thus justifying the cost..

I love this toolkit!!! I bought a handheld in the sale in January and the Dyson original accessories in Curry's are just stupidly priced, so I trawled through trusty Amazon and came across this, they arrived and put them to the test, they are fantastic, the fit perfectly and the extendable hose is so amazingly handy and makes easy cleaning of stairs. Using the dust brush is very good for those hard to reach areas behind the TV and window sills. I can't recommend these enough. Very well made and will last a long time, probably longer than the handheld!!

I had reservations because the same kit is sold by Dyson for £56 (rather than £29.99) so was it a fake? Well the packing appeared to be genuine (not that this is proof as the bandits are very good at copying things) and the build quality etc is very good. Anyway, I am very pleased with it and particularly wanted to the flexible extension hose to use with a soft brush.My other reservation was compatibility as I have a new V6 handheld and couldn't find other reviewers who had this model.Anyway, it is fully compatible with the V6.

I'm a Dyson handheld fan (see my review of the DC-31 Animal) and this is a great collection of attachments. I haven't found a use for all of them yet, but I am sure I will do one day. The ones I have used are great and do what they are supposed to. This is a good price for what you are getting -and maximises the versatility of your handheld.There's not a lot else to say: these do what they are supposed to, and are well made. I am glad I bought them.

I bought this cleaner to help me be safer whI bought this item to help me feel safer whilst cleaning the stairs. It has been a godsend and has met my expectations. I noted the comments about battery life and yes it is around 15 minutes on normal use. I decide what I am going to clean and get on with it finding no problems. Turbo mode is great but does lessen the time you have available. I would recommend this cleaner to all.

Dyson Quality, It fit perfectly with my DC50 MF and DC59 Animal.- Extension hose is very useful to extend your reach ability. It is a must have if you own a handheld Dyson- Small soft duster is really handy for cleaning small delicate stuff- Mattress tool, you have to use it without bed sheet on the mattress or otherwise the sheet will block the intake- Hard brush tool is handy to clean stubborn dirt on carpet or rug.

great products, i find these are very handy around the home exp. the dusting brush and the extension hose you get, saves alot of time using polish and dont throw the dust everywhere, and the extension hose is very useful exp. for hard to reach areas, the only down side is the price, a little bit expensive really plus you should really get them with the cleaner free, but great product neverless

Returned unused as I returned the dyson as it was of very poor quality. Fell to pieces. When it was taken out of the box. With no way to hold its self together. I have sense been told be someone. Who had a dyson that there most have been something missing from the one I was expected to accept. No way was I going to accept it. I now have a black & decker vac that is great.
