I have used microplane graters for years now and think they are probably the best you can buy. This was to replace my original which I have used for probably 10 years . My tip to make them last even longer is to hand wash them rather than in the dishwasher.

I love this grater. I highly recommend it. So much better than the big old style block graters - easier to clean, smaller and more convenient to store in a drawer.

A comfortable to use hand held shredder that performs well. Its easy to clean and comes with a useful guard. Well worth the cost.

Excellent product. Buy the two accessories that hold whatever you are grating. They make the whole process much safer.
