I've had this item for nearly a year and it still looks and works as it did when I first bought it, despite being used on a daily basis. I use this mainly for grating garlic and ginger but it also makes cheese go a lot further than a course grater.I find typical box graters uncomfortable to use due to the awkward handles, I would often catch/graze my skin while grating and they're also very difficult to clean. This grater rinses food away in seconds, doesn't scag my dishcloths if I do scrub it and the handle is comfortable to use.I am buying the coarse and ribbon versions now because of how much time and effort this has saved me!

Couldn’t be happier! What a purchase! It runs through your Parmesan Reggiano like a freshly sharpened samari sword, encrusting the surface of any dish with a fine coat of feather-like silk. Good for zesting too! A must have for any aspiring chefs kitchen ensemble. Must buy!

Bought to grate ginger to have in my tea. Works really well. Has a plastic cover so don't can't catch your hand when it's in a drawer. Only used a few times and is sharp to date

The grater is grea and handy. It grates like a breathe. It is easy to clean, its quality is high and it looks good. Shipment was fast and packeging perfect.

Good quality grater. I use it for ceylon cinnamon. Still sharp after almost a year.
