After being impressed with these new age battery powered tools (impact wrenches without a compressor wohooo!!) I decided to try a battery powered chainsaw from my chosen manufacturer. My usercase is typical homeowner use. Felling and bucking 5-10 trees yearly for firewood etc. I was pleasantly surprised of the power and torque that this thing has. Be aware however that this thing uses up batteries like nothing else I have ever tried. Better to have ca. 4 6Ah batteries for for contionous workflow charging the extra pair simultaneously.I'm especially pleased to not have that 2-stroke odour hanging around me for the rest of the day.My ears got a rest for the buzzaw whining and no shaky hands after a day of logging.Refuel from the wall outlet all the way.
